Ruby El-Kanzi is a Chartered Architect with an international career spanning over 25 years; she is currently Senior Design Manger for the Construction Division of MACE. Ruby is very active in promoting the role of women in construction through public speaking and mentoring.
She also supports the work of Skills 4 in her role as a strategic advisor, and worked with us as part of the focus group involved in designing the Skills 4 Thrive programme.
