Homicide 93-110667 - David Comparetto
It was the fall of 1993 in Southwest Florida. The warm nights were getting shorter and shorter and the reality of what actually unfolded on the night of October 16th would haunt this Florida town for decades to come.
Fire department officials were dispatched to a vehicle on fire in Lehigh Acres. They would find 30-year-old David Comparetto dead. He was murdered under extremely suspicious circumstances.
David was a single man who grew up with disabilities and struggled to find his place in life. David wanted to be accepted and find love. However, this isn’t a love story, it is a homicide.
This was a death of a man who had loving parents, questionable friends, and a strong work ethic. But who killed David? We hope this first episode of Seeking Closure, releasing on the eve of the 28th anniversary of his murder, will help us find the answer.
