Oaxaca: Mezcal, Food, and Birds

Oaxaca is a hotspot for food, history, culture, and... birds!  In this episode, we really dive into the food, mezcal, and logistics of Oaxaca, as well as our first day of birding.  The state of Oaxaca boasts the biggest bird count out of any in Mexico.  There are lots of habitats to explore and endemic species to see.
