352: Fore Hadley x Beautiful Golf Courses Charity Auction Preview!
Some tee times unlock more than a fairway. They open doors for families fighting through the longest days of their lives. We sat down with Ryan Bush from the Fore Hadley Foundation and our friend Mike of Beautiful Golf Courses to share how a daughter’s story became a force for good—funding CDH research, survivor scholarships, and NICU grants—through an annual charity auction that also happens to deliver the most exciting golf itinerary you’ll build all year.
We walk through Hadley’s journey and the reality of congenital diaphragmatic hernia, then map the three pillars Fore Hadley supports: cutting-edge pediatric research across leading centers, college scholarships for survivors who often return to care as nurses and NICU pros, and the Angels in the NICU program that sends rolling grants and holiday care packages nationwide. The heart of the engine is the auction: members and clubs donate rounds, public courses offer select tee times, and golfers bid on access to private clubs, international links, and serious stay-and-plays. Think Old Head in Ireland, Lofoten in Norway, Dismal River in the Sandhills, Dormy Network experiences, and West Coast and Southeast standouts—all curated and amplified to a massive audience.
You’ll get practical, no-fluff guidance on how to register and bid on Handbid, when the action spikes, and how to sort lots to build a year of golf you’ll talk about for a decade. We also spotlight why donating a tee time or hosting an accompanied round is a no-brainer for clubs: tax-deductible support, real social reach, and new fans who return for merch, meals, and more. Along the way, we trade notes on Sand Valley, Bandon Trails, Arizona peak season sticker shock, and why the planning text thread is the best part of any trip.
If golf is your love language, this is your moment. Download Handbid, search “Fore Hadley,” set your watchlist, and get your card on file before the opening bell. Bid big, book that dream round, and help families who need it most. If this moved you, subscribe, share the show with your group chat, and leave a quick review so more golfers can find and fuel the mission.

Hello, Mike, how you doing is here uh with his his good friend Ryan Bush from the Four Hadley Foundation, and we are going to be talking about the Four Hadley Beautiful Golf Courses Charity Auction. How are you, gentlemen, doing this evening?
SPEAKER_00:Doing good, yeah, Matt. Can't say thanks enough for having us. Uh honored to be here. Uh excited. So uh here we go. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:So first time here. First first time.
SPEAKER_05:Hey, welcome, welcome in.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, welcome. Uh we are just some average amateur golfers in Vegas that love the game, but we love going on golf trips even more. Uh, it's it's something that we look forward to every year. The the planning, the booking, setting it up, where we're going. And you, with what you guys are doing, have made that a lot easier for us to get on some courses that we might not have been able to get on to. Uh, we don't have the influence like Mike does, where he just calls up and says, Hey, I'm beautiful golf courses, give me an eight call now. I want lunch and dinner ready.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, uh we don't have far there. Beautiful golf courses on Instagram. You should already know if you don't. Beautiful golf courses on Instagram. Go now.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_05:Leave the show and then go follow and then come back. Come back.
unknown:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Uh so Ryan, uh, you are the the man behind the Ford Hadley Foundation. Why don't you tell everybody that's listening what it is? I'll give you a little center stage here. You can talk about it and tell everybody that's watching what's going on and what the foundation is all about.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, no, uh Matt, I appreciate it. And and everyone at uh Chasing Daylight, this is an honor to be here. And to your audience, thank you. Um, yeah, so for Hadley started um back in 2015-2016. Um, Hadley was our daughter. Um, Hadley was our first girl. She was diagnosed with a uh birth defect called congenital diaphragmatic hernia at 20 weeks, um, also known as CDH. So in CDH, your diaphragm keeps everything up that's supposed to be up, lungs, heart, uh, everything else is supposed to be down your gut, supposed to be down, and CDH babies, a hole remains in your diaphragm, and it allows um organs that aren't supposed to be in your chest as you're developing a utero to be up in your chest, and so it inhibits a lot of things, lung lung development primarily. Um, her case was uh a decently positive case of it, um, but she also came at 26 weeks, so super premi. Um, and they kind of have prepared us for you know, worst case given the CDH diagnosis. CDH itself has about a 60% survival rate, um, still even in this day. That with her with her premature birth was was a pretty morbid and and and tough diagnosis. And so they kind of prepared us to she'll arrive, you'll probably see her for an hour or so, and then she'll probably pass pretty quick. Um, and so that was tough to swallow. And uh to her credit, she stuck around for six days. So we had her for six days here at the NICU in Atlanta, Georgia, where we're you know based and the foundation is based. Um, and then she passed, unfortunately. And at the time, there was probably one or two foundations and charities that offered any kind of support for CDH families, and and wasn't much out there in terms of what to expect. There wasn't much in terms of encouragement or community really to share questions, thoughts, concerns. And the one that was out there was it was more you know, what was us, more bund, and and not just was it my wife and I's speed. And so after she passed, we're we're both very optimistic and hopeful people. It was something good has to come from this. You know, this can't just be the end of her story, it can't be the end of her legacy. And you know, we were at a loss, and and I was traveling for work a good bit, and so it took some time to be here with my wife and and kind of go through, you know, what was a very unexpected loss. We were we were very excited for our first girl. Um, I was playing in a lot of golf tournaments for work, and I'm a you know, like you guys, average Schmo golfer who likes to get out and play as much as possible, but um knew what I liked in tournaments, knew what I didn't like in tournaments. Uh, had a good friend of mine who wanted to be in on something we were doing and and and was a marketing whiz and said, Hey, I think we got something special here. And so you know, we started off as just a tournament to benefit what was at the time the other CDH or the one CDH charity that was out there. Um, and we we blew it out. The first year we had just an insane turnout. We made more money than we even thought possible. And um we kind of sat back after that and and thought, you know, I think we we have a we have something here. Her story is resonating. Um, my wife and I are you know a million years thought this would never be our story, and and and frankly, still this day, I wish Fort Hadley didn't exist. I wish I never knew anything about CDH. I never knew about you know Fort Hadley. It's kind of like the silver lining of the world's shittiest fraternity of people that have lost you know kids before you know they're they're supposed to. So took a minute and said, I think whatever the message is, whatever the brand is, is is hitting hard with some folks. And so we we spun off our own 501c3 back in 2016 and and have hit the ground running ever since. So you know, we've done uh 10 golf tournaments we do a golf tournament every year here in Atlanta. Um you know, we I reached out to Mike Cold called on Instagram like nine years ago, back when he had like 20,000 followers, and now it's 10x of that. And and just and just by dumb luck, he happened to be in his residency of Mayo. And I was like, I don't know if you know me, you don't know me, but I don't know if you've ever heard of CDH. And he's like, Yeah, actually I know exactly what it is. I'm doing my pediatric rounds right now at Mayo. So talk to me. And um, and then just one of those cosmic occurrences where you you know you kind of find somebody who has a shared interest and a shared professional knowledge of what was going on, and so yeah, we've been around 10 years. Um, you know, we fund three different kind of parallel funds. We we do a lot of pediatric research for they don't really know what causes it still. So we fund a lot of research with centers around the country um to find out cause, genetic cause, preventative measures of how do you make this better for kids that have it. Um, we do an annual scholarship fund for survivors every spring. So we've put now 45 survivors through their, you know, in some capacity, their college degrees as they go pursue their dreams. Um, of a lot of them want to be nurses, they want to be NICU folks because that's the people that saved their lives back in the day. And then we do it's called our Angels in the NICU fund, which is kind of a rolling grant fund for kids that are in NICUs around the country. And so even those CEH kids that survive typically are in the NICU for I'd say best case 30 days. Um, we've had kids we've supported them, but in NICUs and hospitals for six to nine months. It's a pretty nasty disease, even if you do survive, there's a lot of complications, breathing or eating. It's just it's a lot to deal with as a as a as a survivor. So we have a a fund that supports them through financial grants. And I think uh at you know to this point we've now you know done a thousand, I think we're over a thousand families now in 48 states. Um, and and cumulative over the 10 years now we've raised about 2.1 million dollars to to fund those three um those three grants. So yeah, um it's been a it's been an insane ride. Um, never in a million years thought it'd be at this point. Um, generosity of folks like yourself, you know, Mike has been insane uh in terms of what he's allowed us to do. It's it's the auction is by far and away now our our highest netter of of revenue and funds, um surpassing our golf term every year now. So yeah, it's been a it's been a rocket ship for 10 years now. And so um it's been really cool now to see some of the research catch up a little bit too. So that stuff takes a long time. So we're starting to see some developments and the genetic component of it. Um, you know, some some cool cutting-edge research they do with facilities around the country. So um, yeah, it's it's it's it's a wild, circ, it's just bizarre way to get here, but it's it's been an awesome silver lining for us, and and and it's I think changed a lot of a lot of lives. Um, and her legacy is obviously a huge part of that. When is the when is the annual golf tournament? Annual golf tournament is every it's the last week in September every year here in Dunwoody. So Dunwoody, just north of Atlanta. So yeah, we usually this was year 10. Finally got Mike down for year 10. We've been talking about for a while, but um yeah, about 100 and 112, 115 people, 116 people every year, and it's it's that's a good scene.
SPEAKER_05:That's awesome, yeah. Great cause. Yeah, thanks. I mean, and like you said, silver lining, like what you've done is yeah, something good has come out of it.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, it's which is incredible.
SPEAKER_00:We even had we have a we have another spit of son after Hadley passed, and you know, CDH again is not supposed to be genetic. They said it because they haven't figured out if it is or not. So until they definitely find out it is, they have to say it's not. Um, our son Beckett, who was born in 2017, was born. We checked him all, we checked him the entire time looking for it again. Like, hey guys, I know be careful, I know it's not genetic, I don't care. Look at the diaphragm. He was born, he was fine. Three weeks later on Christmas Eve, he goes into cardiac distress and respiratory distress. Took him to the ER. Sure enough, they're like, Hey, I don't know what we're looking at CDH here, so we've actually done this twice. So, and he's about the best case scenario for it, but you're talking in terms of if it's not genetic, you're talking uh a one in six million shot of odds of that happening twice. So we've we've kind of lived both sides of it. The worst case of it, and about the best case. This was about the best case you can have, and he's doing great. Wow, that's good, that's good. Yeah, so it's it's a it's a wild ride. It's and now it's it's we don't have kids, no more kids. Let's just say I mean like you guys know the casino to you.
SPEAKER_05:I can only imagine how difficult that is, and to turn it around into something good, like props to you. Um, I've talked about it before. My brother um was born with half of a heart, and you know uh I saw my mom and you know, stepdad go through all that. So props to you and and doing something good from it and you know creating the awareness of what's happening.
SPEAKER_04:So I appreciate it, Jessica. Yeah, appreciate it. Thanks, guys.
SPEAKER_01:On on the auction front, how many the first time you guys did it, how many courses got involved?
SPEAKER_00:It was um what Mike, maybe 30?
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, it wasn't it wasn't a ton. Um maybe 30 or 40. I mean it was pretty small.
SPEAKER_00:30 or 40.
SPEAKER_06:I could probably look back at the the software, but it was yeah, I mean, and that was that was nine years ago now. Um, this is our ninth this year, so I mean it was small, but it was you know, we I don't remember how we even came up with the idea, Bush.
SPEAKER_00:I think we were just chatting about it and you know how we can I called you I called you at 8 30 in the morning. I woke up and I remember that I woke up at four o'clock in the morning and Instagram was chatting. He was like, I got an idea. Yeah, like at that point we didn't know each other at all. I was like, I don't know who you are, but I like your stuff. Here's my idea, and you're like, that's cool. Let's talk about it. I was like, okay, yeah, straight straight Instagram cold call.
SPEAKER_01:And how many courses were in last year's auction?
SPEAKER_00:Last year we had 126. So 126.
SPEAKER_04:Um sick tracks too, like some of the some of the best in the country, top 100 courses and stuff like that. Like it, it was the list of of the courses was just unreal.
SPEAKER_01:Like it's like yeah, this isn't like you know, Nebraska, Omaha municipal. These are bangers, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, yeah, it's it's pretty wild. I mean, I I'd say half of it was you know, still remains kind of friends and family and friends and friends and colleagues and work and colleagues, you know, work co-workers, but you know, every now, every year we'll lose five because I just get tapped out and I understand, and then another seven will show up out of nowhere. Like, I heard about you through Mike and I follow, or I'll get an email just from somebody, and it's like that's awesome. Uh, yeah, so it's kind of continue to self-propagate every year. Where you know, Mike and I look at each other in like late August, and we're like, shh, or now it's probably September. We keep bumping it back, like, oh shit. We got we gotta play catch up. We lost three courses we're gonna do, and then all of a sudden five appear. Like, all right, so every year we start to freak out, and then we like, you know, it'll settle in the week before, like, all right, we're good again. So yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Well, I I'm gonna like call out every Vegas golf course that can do this, that can participate.
SPEAKER_06:You're one of your favorite courses, Revere, already in.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I saw that. I saw that in the I was looking through the the pre-launch of it. So, but I'm calling everybody else out. We have way too many golf courses in this town that this is a great opportunity for not only people to help donate to an amazing foundation, but also get some people that may not have come to Vegas and played a golf course. That hey, they find it on the auction and then they book it. So, all you Vegas car courses, I'm putting you all on point right now.
SPEAKER_06:I'll say uh Circuit and Cascada are also already both in. Um we're working on working on some other ones, but yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Should all be doing it, every single one of them.
SPEAKER_00:This one maybe it's been it's been cool to watch like the um I mean it's it's been a it's been a great spread of like it's every year, every now and then, like every year, like some regional catch fire, you know. And it's like this year we're super like northeast, probably heavy, or even uh we've kind of ventured southeast again. But years it was like central would blow up, like with the Midwest, so just you know, good old, good old farm folk, like or you know, three years ago we had California just went bananas, so it's this rolling like hot pockets hit, and so I don't know what creates that, if it's friends talking to friends or what, but it it always is uh you'll see it coming. And this one I I I bet we're probably 65, 35 east of the Mississippi right now. So yeah, we got some ground to catch up on the west coast a little bit.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, yeah. I mean, I mean, some of the golf courses, I mean it's a it's a fantastic auction, and the courses you can play are just insane, insane. And the West Coast definitely needs to represent if you're in the West Coast, you guys gotta rep. Let's go.
SPEAKER_01:No reason not to do this, no reason not to do it.
SPEAKER_06:Well, and and we talk about how big and you know awesome all the courses are, but anyone who's willing to donate, like somebody in your area probably wants to play your course. So a lot like Ryan mentioned, a lot of the courses, um, the opportunities are because some awesome, generous member wants to, you know, donate and help out. And you know, they typically do an accompanied round where you know, three or maybe four people go check out the course, and you know, regardless of how big or small your course is, if someone wants to donate, we'll take it. Um, and you know, every every as cliche as it is, every penny counts.
SPEAKER_00:And yeah, um, I think too the the I mean hell, if you just look at it, I mean half of them, I think, and and I won't I do the same thing, I won't blame them too I I donate around. You're talking to your CPA this time of year. Uh hey, you had a great year, yeah, get rid of some money. Hey, put some money somewhere. So yeah, I mean five poor Havley is a 501c public charity, so in-kind donations all count. Um, so there is, you know, selfishly, I think uh I I again I do the same thing. Uh, there's a you know, if you want to look at it just from strictly dollars and cents, congrats on your awesome year. What your money to go to the feds, or you want to, you know, good service of money and donate around the golf. I know which way I'm going with it for sure. Exactly.
SPEAKER_05:Shut up on members that are donating their time to play with three strangers. Heck yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, for sure. For sure.
SPEAKER_06:Well, and to uh to Ryan's point, you know, public courses, there's no way you can convince me that every one of your tea times during the year is full. So, you know, if you're donating an empty tea time, you know, we've got any most donations have some sort of restriction or exploration or whatever on them, which is fine. Um, but you know, any open tea time people want to donate will take, and that's also you know a write-off for the course. So that would either be unfilled or it could be a tax write-off, you know.
SPEAKER_01:Like yeah, and I mean, the if it's a gray course, they're gonna book again because they're gonna want to come back, they're gonna buy some merch, they're gonna buy some food. I mean, it's not like it's a you're just giving away money, right?
SPEAKER_02:Right.
SPEAKER_01:Plus, the people are gonna see it on the site, so it's gonna get some recognition there. I mean, I mean, I know these guys could attest that we scroll through and see it. I'm like, never heard of that one. Let me see that, you know, and check it out and then straight to Google Maps and look into the overhead.
SPEAKER_06:Oh, there's another course around there, so we can bug this and then we can go there, and then we you know, it's well, and if the course is wanted, if they donate, they also get two posts on DGC, which is that's a lot of a lot of eyes on a lot of yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I mean, I I think with some I had a girl, uh, girl I just went to college was as big into social media marketing. I asked her, I was like, Yeah, hey, Jacqueline, what what is the value of this given this the dynamics and then the follower count of Mike and his engagement? I mean, it's it's in the thousands and probably five thousand plus dollars of free exposure for what you would pay for that kind of social media exposure to the audience and engagements and the dynamic and the demographics of the followers. I mean, it's it's no joke what they would go pay to have sponsored posts in front of 260,000 people of you know, the you know, you probably couldn't tailor a golf audience better than what you know BGC and Mike have in terms of right age, travel golf or male versus uh it's yeah, she looked at it, it's probably been a couple of years, but it was it was significant uh in terms of what that would cost you if you went out to to market and said, Hey, I want to go put my course in front of this many people.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, for sure. There is more than a force of yeah, way more than definitely, definitely it's a no-brainer.
SPEAKER_01:Gosh darn it.
SPEAKER_05:Definitely no-brainer, definitely no-brainer.
SPEAKER_01:I'd better see a lot more local.
SPEAKER_05:You need to go, you need to go to your roots and go visit the east side and get the ditch on there.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, well, I'm I'm gonna put email blasting some people tomorrow 100. There, there are some people that I know at some courses that would be kicking themselves if they didn't participate in this.
SPEAKER_00:So welcome one and all, by all means. We'll send them a we'll send them a we're usually pretty good taking care of folks too. We'll we'll send them some swag. We got good swag, so we'll get you guys' addresses after this and send you some good gear too. So we'll we'll take care of folks.
SPEAKER_01:So I'm I'm loving that lid you got on.
SPEAKER_00:So yeah, we'll we'll send some gear out to the group here, and anyone that donates, we'll we'll send them some gear too to say our things. We'll take care of our folks for sure. Love it, love it.
SPEAKER_01:So uh, do we have any overseas stuff this year?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, um, I know we got um old head in Ireland, we got what Mike Lofeten in Norway.
SPEAKER_06:Um we got which is just bought by Cabot, and that is gonna be a special. That's one of the only places in the world you can play under under the moonlight at midnight, middle of the hours. Yep.
SPEAKER_00:Um we're working some Mexico and Dominican. They always are they're always kind of the the last couple in. So I'd expect, you know, in the past we've had Mayacoba, we've had Casa Pierre Potita the Dogs. Um at some point we had Wentworth over in London. We gotta kind of revisit that one. Uh what's the one in Italy too, Mike? There's one in Italy that's been there.
SPEAKER_06:Uh well, we had um La Nationale where they had the Ryder Cup in Paris.
SPEAKER_00:That's right. Yep, hand them up.
SPEAKER_06:Um the one in Italy was a few years back. It was uh oh, I can't remember the name of it.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, we'll we had well we have Carne, we had to get Carne. We've got Carne links, yep. We've had them multiple times. That guy's usually pretty responsive. So yeah, I mean, they'll they'll be a good spread. We had to a spot at some point. We gotta, you know, these are all people that have been poked multiple times now over the last two months. So hopefully they can return from their um their summer vacations and get on it.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, part of the go ahead. Did that pigeon putt up in Canada do it again?
SPEAKER_06:It didn't sell last year.
SPEAKER_01:What?
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, which one was that again? It was uh it's that it's the course you see all the videos from. It's like this sick pigeon putt that's like pseudo-private that some guy set up basically in the woods. And I don't know if it's because nobody knows where it is. Because you don't even get basically if you secure a tea time there, he doesn't tell you where it is until the day up he calls you. And I think the only thing he tells you is like what city it's around. It was he wouldn't even tell us, he's just like it's around the city, and whoever wins will get into contact with me and we'll tell him how to get here. It's it's crazy. And it didn't sell last year, which is wild because he basically reserved the entire day for a group.
SPEAKER_05:But well, there's another one called Vickery Creek.
SPEAKER_06:Is that the one in on the east coast? In like yeah, it's like Georgia, Georgia, it's in Georgia, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:Vickery Creek. So it's like Vickery Creek. Oh, I must be thinking of a different one then. The one in Canada, I for there's one in Canada and I just forget the name, but it's similar. That's the one that they don't know.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, I remember seeing that.
SPEAKER_01:I wanted I wanted to get some feedback on that.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, that would be so it looks it looks wild. Like if you played there every day, your short game would be so good.
SPEAKER_05:Oh god, I would love to play that. I would love to play that.
SPEAKER_01:Uh all right. So, what about uh stay and play packages? How how many do you have? Is there some what's going on with those? Because I know that that's appealing for a lot of people.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, um, we got a number of them. Uh, I guess we'll start from the West Coast. Uh Court of All just confirmed they've got an overnight stay for two. Uh that's probably one of the best publicly accessed courses in Northern California. It's in wine country. It's stunning. Um uh Dismal River, it's technically not a stay in play, it's just two days of unlimited golf, and then you can pay for a lodging. That's worth it. Uh there's nowhere else to stay though, right? So you gotta get two free days of golf, like just pay for the lot. It's worth it. Yeah, absolutely. Dismal river is unbelievable. Shout out Dismal River. I'm trying to think of other ones off the top of my head. We have we have a number of them. Go ahead. Oh yeah, Sylvie's, which is uh out in the ranch. Yeah, that's Sylvie's Ranch. Yep, or Oregon. Thank you.
SPEAKER_00:Thank you, uhdies.
SPEAKER_06:We've got the goat caddies there. Yep, yeah. They're always they're they're always super like they just got on board a couple years ago, but the um trying to remember what his name is. Patrick Steffi. Maybe that's that sound right, Ryan. Yep, yeah. He's unbelievable. He's so excited to help out. He, you know, whatever we can do to raise, he's just unbelievable.
SPEAKER_00:Um their properties. Yep.
SPEAKER_06:Uh Dormy's a OG supporter, they've been doing it since day one, basically. Dormy and Piners, outside of Pinears, Dormy.
SPEAKER_05:The club network, so like the whole network network. Oh my network shout out, Dormy Network.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, Zach and Brian are awesome. They've been they've been around for yeah, eight, nine years, probably since the beginning. They'll all raffle off a year-long membership.
SPEAKER_05:So, question so Dormy Network is Grable up there.
SPEAKER_00:They have, I can't believe I want to say that the stable, the stay and plan may exclude Dormy and Grable. I think of the two that may be excluded from it, but I think everything else is in it.
SPEAKER_06:Dude, that place is interesting. Next full disclosure, I did my buddy, my co-worker bought this a few years ago. Um, I happened to take along, and we we went to Victoria National.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, that's the one outside of uh Louisville, right?
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, uh Indiana, right? Yeah, yeah, kind of around that area. Um, but that place was oh my god, that place is awesome.
SPEAKER_04:My buddy Travis lives out there, and uh he's a member at uh uh I think he's a member at Valhalla, but yeah, he said the same thing. Yeah, it's like that course is insane.
SPEAKER_05:Victoria National ex sweet.
SPEAKER_00:Yep, yep. Um Bar, I think Barton Springs down there in Texas, Pine Dunes down in Texas. We both have two stay and plays down there. Um there's probably eight or nine trips. I'm missing one somewhere, I think, too, on the east coast. But yeah, that's eight or nine trips in there in the stay and play variety. Is whispering pines on the list out there in uh Texas? We they are not. They are not. Once upon a time, they once upon a time they were. They they uh they are not this year, but uh Trinity Trinity Forest will be in there. Okay, all right.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, that's isn't whispering pines your favorite golf course, Dan.
SPEAKER_06:It's it's yeah, it was it's incredible. There's also a course in Arizona where Rom and Mickelson are both members. Silverleaf.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, I saw that.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, yeah. Arizona has too much golf, it's just insane. Too much.
SPEAKER_01:Dude, did uh not to change the subject, but did you see the pricing of golf in Arizona for waste management week?
SPEAKER_05:Oh ridiculous.
SPEAKER_01:Week away. I think I've told you guys 475.
SPEAKER_06:475. Well, dude, I talked to I think I've told you before, but I talked to the uh marketing folks at Quintero. No shame. Like as far as demand goes, the price just goes like they told me about like during COVID, their t-sheets were just stuffed and they just went until they didn't fill anymore, and they never really stopped filling.
SPEAKER_05:It it blows my mind. So my my daughter's named after Quintero, her name's Quinn. Oh, I named her after Quintero. I've never played there, you know. Of course, yeah, and and her middle name is Poppy after Poppy Hill Poppy Hills in Monterey. I've never played there, but um, I mean, that's what I tell myself. My wife might think something different, but um it's just crazy, like just undercut and then you'll get ever you'll get the t-sheet full. You know what I mean? Like that doesn't make sense to me.
SPEAKER_06:But I uh their t sheets are full. Oh, that's the problem. Well, they are, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, yeah. That blows my mind. I I mean Quintero's been charging 400 bucks for for a round for five years now. Well, they just went underwent uh renovation, big renovation, yeah. Yeah, yeah, but uh charge 500. It's it's they need to recoup that money. It's it's peak season, like you know, I've gone there in the summer and it's way cheaper, and you go in the winter and it's or no, it's cheaper in the winter and then more expensive in more expensive in the winter.
SPEAKER_01:It's more expensive in the winter, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:Cheaper, so yeah. So yeah, I mean I played PPT Summerlin and it was 600 when I was there in the winter, and in the summer it was 200 bucks, so it's just a big season.
SPEAKER_00:I played some uh the Marriott course out, JW Marriott course out there. I was out there for a conference and it was like July. I think I paid like 75 bucks, and I had the course to myself, but it was also 115 degrees out. All right, that's rough. Yeah, if you want to go play, I guess. Like drink water. Nobody out there, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:As long as you're first there, it'll be all right. Make sure your cell phone has reception because you're not coming to get you. We're not coming to get you.
SPEAKER_00:Exactly.
SPEAKER_01:Okay, so how do people participate in the auction? What's the process? What do you got to do?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, so um I think both VGC and we have it on our Instagram feed. I can pop it in a chat here if you guys need me to. But um the apps run, it's all mobile, it's all on an app called Handbid. So download the app, you register, you gotta have a credit card on file, and then um yeah, it kicks off Tuesday at noon Eastern. Um, and we'll run it through uh Monday, the Monday after. So the following Monday, we'll do Cyber Monday, let everyone get back from their weekend plans, check on their bets and or their bids, and then everything wraps up Monday night. So bets, bids, yeah. Um so yeah, it's simple, it's super user-friendly app. Um, if you know if you guys want to drop it in the chat afterwards, we can. But handbid um for Hadley. If you download Hambid and then you search for Hadley or BGC, it'll pop up. Um, you can register browse, and then yeah, when it goes live.
SPEAKER_05:Will it be on your website? I mean, I'm assuming, right?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it will be on our website. We'll put it on there.
SPEAKER_05:I'm just gonna drop your website for now, and then um we can we can throw it in the the description when the video posts.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, yeah, here you go. I can um get back to the um I mean I can text us in the chat the the link, the actual link to the auction.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, if you're in if you're in the yeah, go for it. There you go. There it is. I don't know if it'll work, but there you go.
SPEAKER_00:You guys have it you guys have it at least, or I guess there it is in the private chat. You guys have it. So yeah, I mean it's it's wild. It's always fun to you know it everyone comes out guns blazing on Tuesday. I mean, it hits it, and and people get a banana, start getting early bids in, and it kind of goes dormant for an hour, a day or so. Everyone kind of gets the travel going. You can kind of see people getting a little hopped up on cocktails and turkey on Thursday, so they'll check back in. There'll be another wave of bids, they'll come through Thursday and Friday with people watching football. Gotta Peter's off you know, Saturday, Sunday night, people get home, check in again, and then Monday just a free-for-all, Monday afternoon and Monday night. So it has been close, like it it every year, and then that like hour out from the end of it, it's just like a just so yeah.
SPEAKER_01:I think I mentioned this to Mike last year. Do you have can you guys put a tally board on the website so we can see how much money's being raised?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I think it's in there. There's something on the app that I checked the box for it.
SPEAKER_06:Um if you maybe go back to like it's hard to see on the app, but if you go on the if you go on a computer on the on the handbid website, you can see um the the running number.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it's out there. I you know, I probably could I'll I'll send out I'll usually send out an email or a message, you know, broadcast message to everyone on uh Tuesday morning, kind of outlining the you know, tips, tricks, what to expect, where to check on things, and so I could probably list that too. But yeah, you can always kind of see the running ticker where it's at. Let's see.
SPEAKER_01:So this is what it looks like. There you go. That's what the website looks like, everybody. So you can see it. And there's uh this is for the YouTube viewers. If you're on the podcast right now listening, I apologize. But we're showing the uh the four Hadley BGC beautiful charity auction, beautiful golf charity auction, uh, where uh you can go to the website and view everything.
SPEAKER_06:So yeah, if you're just listening to the website. If you go to Browse, if you go to Browse IG you can uh you can sort by region and stuff, so you can sort by private, public, or east or west of the Mississippi. So it shows a lot of a lot of different things you can sort by.
SPEAKER_00:Oh, yeah, we have Scotland course in there. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05:Oh, you got Scotland now?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, and Aaron was in there.
SPEAKER_06:You go back down, there you go. Private, public, vacation, golf memberships, all that stuff.
SPEAKER_01:Oh yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_06:Um there's gonna be more. We always have a big push kind of the last week as we kind of follow up on emails that were.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, don't don't expect these prices to be that when you're these these will jump, but uh there's some really really good stuff on here.
SPEAKER_03:Really, Dismal River might work really well at the end of May. Yeah, true.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, this is true. This is very true. All right, let me stop this.
SPEAKER_05:That would be awesome. Oh shit. Little six-hour drive after I've been all the way across the state again.
SPEAKER_00:We're gonna go again. Uh I'm overdue for a Vegas trip, boys. Where do you guys usually play when you're in Vegas?
SPEAKER_05:All around all over the place, not in Vegas. The outskirts. We're on the outskirts, is where we typically play. Nice, yeah.
SPEAKER_04:Uh Paiute's great. There's three courses out here that are yeah, similar. Paiute's very good.
SPEAKER_01:Rio Seiko is really good right now. I I can't call it circuit. I can't do it.
SPEAKER_00:What was I gonna do with Aisha?
SPEAKER_06:Aisha was our girl at Paiute, which I think she's yeah, she's been she's Paiute's flaked this the last couple years now.
SPEAKER_00:It's crazy. It's I mean it happens like you hooked in. I mean, yeah, I think the the the the career for somebody at like a given course is probably two, three, four years before they move on. So when it's like re-establishing that connection with somebody who comes in afterwards, it's always like you know, it kind of comes and goes, and you hope that somebody is is a note's been left, but that's always chasing down whoever the last person was that was in marketing and and donation and charitable giving, you know, they leave, and then you know, you probably lose them for a year or two, and hopefully they pick it back up.
SPEAKER_05:Well, that's what's crazy about golf, it's exploded so much, and you know, people are moving to the next hot thing, which is you know, good on them, but you know, you gotta you gotta build your network. And I mean, like are if you're even still in contact with her, where did she go? Because where what else is she gonna do?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it's um I mean it it's it's well I have some I have a buddy he's he's gone on done, he was kind of a dipshit in college, and but he was always a good golfer. I mean, we're all dipshits in college, I guess, but he was you know supreme dipshit, but he's gone on and you know, turned in a career, and he's worked his way up the ranks at at TPC through different courses. He was running the show at River Highlands for a while, and he's you know, he's probably 20 years into a career at TPC Corporate. Um, what's the guy that used to be at um Palmia? He's gone and now runs invited clubs. So it's kind of cool to watch the net the progression of um some of these folks have stuck around and made it a career. Um good cards to uh good cards to have, you know, for those of us who don't have kids like Mike and can still get out there and travel and play as many sports play. Uh at some point I just need to take a year off and be like I feel like I need to cash in some chips and some favors of all the invites I just don't like, yeah. I'd love to come out and hang out and tell Mike's inviting me on probably a dozen golf trips. I'm like, man, I'm sorry, I got freaking little league baseball this weekend, I can't miss that. So yes, I know, I know, I know.
SPEAKER_01:I'm a year and a half away from an empty house. So oh man, yeah.
SPEAKER_04:You're about to have a Mike, it's nice to be able to try and go.
SPEAKER_06:I was gonna say, you know, Dan, this all sounds really tough, doesn't it?
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, yeah. You know, got a lot of dread over here.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I'm almost done. Jeremy's right in the middle, and Joe just started, so just started, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:It's great, it is it is great though. I mean, it is great, and um it's just tough.
SPEAKER_06:It's tough I'll just hung out with I just hung out with my nieces and nephews this past weekend. It's awesome when I'm there, they're great kids, and then you just give them back and then you get to leave. Yeah, you get the best of both world.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, they'll probably appreciate us at some point. I'm sure they'll look back and say thank you many, many years from now. But I also had a knockdown drag out with my son this morning at 7:30 because it took him between 6:55 when he finished breakfast, took him 42 minutes to uh take a dump, uh brush his teeth and get dressed. We were still late for school. I was like, I don't know how this took 42 minutes. I don't understand. Like, I'm not even like I'm not even trying to be an ass. Like, I literally need to know how this happened, how we're like what were you doing? Like, what were you doing?
SPEAKER_05:Like, tell me there's no concept of time traffic, yeah. Like Coach has like coach, I mean, coach's son, I believe, is in Japan, so he has to take a trip to Japan every year to go visit his son and grandkids, and you know, so enjoy the moments. Uh, it's tough in the moment, but enjoy the moment, like I would say, do it for the moment.
SPEAKER_00:When one trade one trade now this morning I could have probably told you, like, I'm out of here, guys. But no, they're good kids. That's fine.
SPEAKER_05:I got I got a I got a birthday party on Saturday, and I have no idea who any of these people are because my wife has to work, and uh she was like, 'Are you taking them? I'm like, I I have to, I have to, I guess. So yes, I'll one up you.
SPEAKER_00:I got seven kids staying the night here on Friday night. Uh it's gonna be an absolute shit show. I don't think anything to do either. It's like we're going to dinner, and then I think you know what you do. So I've already told their parents, like, hey, I want to call you at 10:30 because your son's having a meltdown, like, you gotta be here in like five.
SPEAKER_05:Right, yeah, you're you're fire marshal bill.
SPEAKER_00:Like, yeah, uh, I'm gonna give them a glass of milk and sit them down, but like when it's over, you gotta be here.
SPEAKER_05:So, yeah, grab a Garmin R, uh the Garmin, the cheapest launch monitor, and just set up a net and just have them hit some golf balls.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, we're going to a Mexican restaurant to tire them out, let them run around the grass for about two hours and come back here and throw on top gun or something and be like, See ya. Yep, here I'm gonna lock this door from the outside. You guys behave yourselves. We'll see you later.
SPEAKER_01:We did a we did a party one time, and I was like, never again. Go anywhere else that not never hear again.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, if if crystal pizza was still around, I would I would maybe do a party, but Crystal Pete's is gone.
SPEAKER_00:We did three years straight, and we just I don't know why we didn't do it. I guess we just got sick of doing it, but we paid a it's it's an awesome business idea. It's a game truck, it's a guy that has like a sprinter van outfitted with like oh yeah, nine TVs inside of it, like loaded with PlayStation 6s or whatever they are, and they just show up in your driveway, throw that thing up, and allow kids to go play games for two hours, and it's awesome.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:I mean, it's not that expensive. It's like business idea, these are your problems. Uh, I don't know why we're gonna do that again. I may just give the guy a call and tell him to come back Friday night just because I don't want to.
SPEAKER_01:Oh man. So anything else that uh you guys want to cover about this?
SPEAKER_05:We're gonna go full golf after this.
SPEAKER_00:No, guys, I um I I I can't uh can't thank you guys enough for having us on. I really do. It's um this this makes you know, from the bottom of our hard drug society, it makes such a difference for for our community. Um, a lot of the funding from this this auction goes directly to a massive push we do over the holidays. We send out about a hundred care packages to kids and nikkies around the country, pretty much funded solely by this auction. So um, you know, for having us on, thank you guys so much. Um I'm thrilled that you guys have been the passive one and and and are using this to go do some awesome stuff with friends. So um for those on the community, I we can't see, I can't see I to everyone out there. Thank you all for taking the time to listen. This is something that's obviously near and dear to me, but it's turned into something that's that's really cool to watch and see. And I know people, you know, we get probably several stories a year. I got a guy emailed me today and said that they just finally played their round in uh I think somewhere in Florida yesterday, and they met a good dude. And so the connections from it are awesome too. So it's golf, man. Golf, yeah, it's golf. It's awesome. So no, uh, that's a lot of people.
SPEAKER_01:If we not gone, we would not have found out about that killer Mexican spot in Paison. What was it, Joe?
SPEAKER_05:I forget, but coach is asking, can people donate if they don't win two times? And I would assume that is true. Yeah, definitely can't.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, well, there'll be they'll be if it's not built in yet, there'll be an appeal. Um, it'll be a line, it'll be an item where you can either donate, uh uh, you know, just whatever you want, or we we also let people buy like hundred dollar Amazon gift cards for families. So that'll be in the there'll be another tab in there, and so it'll be like there'll be donation or you know, Amazon gift card.
SPEAKER_05:This is gonna be a record. This is gonna be a record. We're open so record 30. No, 32 minutes in was last week's right. Maybe I have to do a whatnot show where all the tips 43 minutes at the record. Yeah, no whatnot. The new record, yeah. So maybe we'll have to do a show. Yeah, 30.
SPEAKER_06:I'll just uh I'll just say a little thing. You know, you guys heard this story. Um, you know, when Bush reached out to me uh probably close to 10 years ago now, it was it was a no-brainer on my end. Um, you know, I I'm just happy to be along for the ride here. This is something that's bigger than social media, it's bigger than golf. It's you know the fact that Ryan and and Katie established this for Hadley and and you know, they know the pain of what these families are going through. And for them to be doing this this uber positive, incredible thing to help people that they know what they're going through, they know the struggle they're going through, and they're doing it in such a positive, incredible way. It's I'm just it was it was a no-brainer for me. Like, how can I help? Um, and you know what we what we've done and what we continue to do, I'm just it's an honor to be a part of. So it's it's a ton of fun on my end. Um, and like I said, it was a no-brainer originally, and it's it's really cool what we're doing, and we're really proud of it. And we thank you guys for having us on here and and helping us out.
SPEAKER_00:So yeah, absolutely. I can't I can't wait to get you guys the contact info too. I'll ship you a care package out with the swag or whatever around the desert for us. Need we need some new and brand new brand ambassadors around the biggest, you know. Just ask it if you guys get into any real biggest trouble. You just hide the logo or flip your shirt input out. Hey, hey, how you doing?
SPEAKER_05:Those days are behind me.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, we we we don't really get much into trouble on the golf courses anymore.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, okay. There was some footage of you guys aiming at billboards somewhere over the highway. Yeah, well, that's because that's that's true. That was really fun.
SPEAKER_05:You you have to do that.
SPEAKER_06:You have to do that.
SPEAKER_01:It's a tradition tradition, you know.
SPEAKER_00:You gotta have a local cart girl, some guy in his hat was awesome, but man, he really wrote me in, thought I was a sweet guy, and the game he spit at me on the course was just well, Revere has a uh cart girl that likes to record and not tell you that she's recording you.
SPEAKER_01:And oh and uh Dan got caught, but Dan was a super gentleman, he was very um, but uh yeah, anytime we're out there people that don't know, I gotta go, hey, careful, she's recording you.
SPEAKER_06:Does she have an Instagram account? I feel like I've seen yeah, videos of that. Yeah, she does. Does she have to give consent for that? Like to post people on there. I didn't I didn't sign anything. I don't think so. Because I've seen videos, there's some pretty obnoxious dudes she posts. Oh yeah, watch yourself, watch yourself, y'all.
SPEAKER_01:Just watch never know who's watching you watching them.
SPEAKER_05:Hey, always feel like people are always watching me.
SPEAKER_01:Watching me. I saw one the other day where a guy pulls up and just slipped her some money, you know, and it was just it was an old cooter, just happy to see a beautiful young woman and wanted to pay her. Like, wow. Be careful out there. Uh Ryan, if you want to stick around, you can. If if you got a bounce, we totally understand. Uh, I'll have links to everything in the show notes, uh, links to the website, uh, links to previous episodes that we had uh Mike on about this. And uh when you're outside, you have no privacy rights.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, it makes sense.
SPEAKER_00:Makes sense. Um yeah, I'll probably uh it's getting late here in Georgia. I'm probably gonna go because to the cool this morning. I probably wake up this morning with a little bit cooler head so I can rationalize a 42-minute routine for a seven-year-old.
SPEAKER_01:So yeah, let's knock that down a little bit.
SPEAKER_00:Hey, I wish I remembered that. Hope you guys don't mind me just you know popping in and taking the time. Oh, you're good. No, you're good.
SPEAKER_05:All good.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, thanks for coming in. Uh pass cross out on the golf course, either in the desert. You guys are always welcome here in Georgia. I'd love to get around him with you guys. So we'll put it together. Mike will make it happen. Yeah, awesome going on. He's not a doctor or anything.
SPEAKER_01:Thanks, Ryan. Uh appreciate you. Thanks, Brian.
SPEAKER_06:See you later, Ryan. We'll talk soon. Yep.
SPEAKER_02:Oh, wow.
SPEAKER_06:I'll hang out. Hey, there he is. I got I got nothing to do, just work in the morning. It's early. You guys are early. Yeah, we're early.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, me up till the next day. That we did this for you.
SPEAKER_06:Unbelievable. I appreciate it. I'm honest. The early episode, but no, I I appreciate you guys having having us on. This is you heard the story. I mean, it's incredible. Um, what Ryan and uh Katie is the other the other side of of Fort Hadley, and um she's incredible. I've met her this this past um trip down to Atlanta, and she's incredibly strong woman. She's just like Ryan is as far as you know, she'll tell the story, and um it's just it's awesome what they're doing. So yeah, we appreciate you having us on.
SPEAKER_01:We need a lot more people like that in society.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, I mean honestly, it's it's unbelievable.
SPEAKER_01:Man, true. Man, uh like I said, uh I'll have everything in the show notes for everybody to uh check out. Uh there's some descriptions in there right now that you can find out if you're not sure what exactly we were talking about.
SPEAKER_06:But uh so uh last thing about the auction. Uh I don't know if you noticed right before uh this started, I posted a$250 credit giveaway to the auction. Ooh.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, tell everybody how they can do that.
SPEAKER_06:Well, you go to the uh go to our Instagram post and tag and register for the auction and tell us which course you want to play and you're entered, and then we'll pick the winner on uh the day that it starts, the 25th.
SPEAKER_01:250 bucks to use towards an auction.
SPEAKER_06:Yep.
SPEAKER_01:That's that's you know, it's pretty solid. Yeah, yeah. 25% off if you get a thousand dollar auction. So that's that's amazing. So behind me, you will see a wall of Garson. This is something new that Garson is doing this year. Uh these are the winter golf boxes. Uh that you're gonna be able to buy these on their site. Uh and if you use uh our code to save yourself some money, daylight 15.
SPEAKER_05:Daylight 15 at Garson Golf.
SPEAKER_01:But inside these, it's pretty cool. And each each one has a different grip selection, but uh nice little uh Garson towel.
SPEAKER_05:Can I uh before you go too deep into this, do do you get to pick the grips that go in?
SPEAKER_01:I think it's random.
SPEAKER_05:Oh okay.
SPEAKER_01:I thought they said like you can uh pick, but you might be uh I don't have to I'll have to get into a little bit more details, but uh yeah, it's three grips. So you may be able to choose you know which ones you want to uh want to try. Got some some Garson markers. Uh yeah, mark up your bulls. Got some Garson tees to tee up your bulls. And then it comes with three. So it's uh it's a great way for you to uh try out some grips. Uh there is some value in this. Uh great grips. And uh you get a nice little caggy towel and a marker. So be on the lookout for those on the site. These are these are ours, so you can't have these.
SPEAKER_04:Welcome to the congregation.
SPEAKER_01:Uh go ahead, John.
SPEAKER_05:Use the code daylight15 at Garson Golf. Fantastic grips. Um, we are not gonna pick a sponsor or throw a sponsor out there that we don't fully believe and trust in. Gars and golf, use code daylight15. Promise you the grips are fantastic. Probably the best. I mean, it's up for interpretation, but everybody's different in golf, but uh, Gars and Golf makes fantastic quality work. Give the holiday box a try, and you can try a few out.
SPEAKER_01:It's a good way, it's a good affordable way to throw some. Give it a shot on a butter and see what you think. If you don't like it, you love it.
SPEAKER_05:There you go. Also, go check out three off the tea podcast. I'll end it there. Three off the tea. The whatnot homies started a podcast at church, smoky, all right. Go check it out. They don't go live yet, but you know, go check them out. If you want some banter, banter, banter and shrimp and shrimp content, you can go check them out. But yes, Gars and Golf. Fantastic grips. Daylight 15 and checkout. Save some money.
SPEAKER_01:Who's this, Mike?
SPEAKER_06:What is that? My mom, she just texted me. She doesn't know how to use the chat, but wanted to let us all know that we're okay. Oh, yeah, you got the last name in there. What a ma.
SPEAKER_05:What a ma.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, that's hilarious.
SPEAKER_03:You should be very proud of your son. Very proud of your son.
SPEAKER_04:He's a great guy. He's a great guy. Okay, real quick, real quick, Mike. I have a question. I just recently saw that Loch Labelle has the par three. The shorty boy. You got any insight on there for us?
SPEAKER_06:I haven't played their par three. I've heard uh so do you have you guys seen uh whistle golf addict? He posts quite a bit out of the out of the Midwest. He does a lot of media and stuff. He's posted the numbers of things from their par three uh and has said it's it's very good. And um I know that I played their their new new, I guess it's um eight years new, but their new setup's unbelievable. It's very, very good. Um as far as courses within maybe a half hour of Milwaukee, it's up there with any of the other ones. Um there's not a lot of great courses in like the Milwaukee Metro that are public. Um if you go to Loch Labelle, you'll probably see 70% of the licensed plates are from Chicago because that's like where they go for good golf, which says something if they're coming from Chicago. Um that's that's almost two-hour drive for them, probably. So uh it's if if you're in Wisconsin, I would I would definitely make the trip to play there. Uh if you're gonna mix it in with you know Aaron Hills or a number of other courses are within a couple hour drive. Um Black Lab's really, really good.
SPEAKER_05:How many beds bedrooms do you have, Mike? Because that's are you interested in interesting getting yeah. Are do you are you interested in getting like oh my apartment?
SPEAKER_06:Oh yeah, uh well, this is my office, which is filled with a lot of uh I'm just curious. Like if we just showed up one day, uh we could make it work. I could get you a call room at the hospital.
SPEAKER_04:Oh, here we go.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, the call rooms are very nice, but we could get you stuff.
SPEAKER_05:Oh, you really need to we need to get up there and see you, man. We really do need to get up there.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, San Valley's only about an hour away. There's so much good golf up there. There's uh it's unbelievable. Like Wisconsin golf is we're spoiled here. Um we only have golf, you know, seven or eight months out of the year, but yeah, I'm within three hours of whistling straits, Aaron Hills, Lasonia, um, San Valley, uh Century World, I can go on. I it's just we have unbelievable golf in in our state. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, the rankings you had on your uh your stories a while a couple months ago, it's like new courses that I've never heard of that you were doing the rankings of Wisconsin. Wow. Yeah, you guys are spoiled up there for sure. Flooded, yeah.
SPEAKER_06:And and and even like a lot of the courses that were good, but then Sand Valley and whistling and all these courses popped up, and they they're now doing like like Century World did a renovation at the beginning of COVID where they shut down, and now they're also like very, very good. Um it's just yeah, there's a constant improvement in the state for golf, and there's kind of a drive as far as uh keeping up with the Joneses, if you will, for destination golf. And like we even have, I mean, there's a course um down around Milwaukee that I would argue is the best muni I've ever played, Washington County. It it's getting buzzed now on social media. It's it's a similar setup to something like Lesonia, but it's$49 to play. It is unbelievable. The condition that a county course is in for this course is if if you would just you know get placed on the first T and not know anything about the course or what it costs or anything, you'd say it's a$250 round. It's unbelievable. And it's a county course, like it's crazy good.
SPEAKER_04:That's awesome.
SPEAKER_06:We need my dad and I play there because it's just he lives in West Bend, which is probably 20 minutes from the course, and we play there whenever I go over there when we can, and it's it's crazy good.
SPEAKER_01:We have an opportunity to book a trip to Sand Valley. It's let's see what is it. It's four rounds and three nights at their lodging for 1800 a person. Is that worth it? Yeah, in October? In October.
SPEAKER_06:Oh, you guys will be oh, the fall's really good.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_06:I I think that's so how many rounds?
SPEAKER_01:Four rounds.
SPEAKER_06:We could we could get you guys on Lido too. Uh well this uh I mean is it included Lido or Lido?
SPEAKER_01:It's it's there's two tea times at two different courses per day. So it's it's Seg and Leto day one.
SPEAKER_06:It's a mystery bag, is it? Oh, so you get Lido.
SPEAKER_01:Well, it's it's either you're playing either Sedge or Lido day one. You play either Sand Valley or Mammoth day two, you play Sand Valley or Mammoth day three, so you just swap.
SPEAKER_06:Wait, so you may play you may play Lido or you may play Sedge. They don't tell you which one you're gonna play. I need to play Leto.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, no, you can you'll be able to play each course. There's four courses. Oh, you'll be able to play each group thing. So they have they have tea times from 10 to noon at sedge and 10 to noon at Leto on day one.
SPEAKER_05:So well there's the commons now. Does that include the commons? I don't know if the commons is open it's gonna open by next year, though. Probably at that point, yeah.
SPEAKER_02:But that's only 12 holes, isn't it?
SPEAKER_05:Isn't the commons only 12? It's not a full 18, but uh yeah, 12 holes. Yeah, I'm looking at it. I don't know how they're I don't know how they're gonna incorporate that into yeah, is that uh Jeff Marsh?
SPEAKER_06:Who is that?
SPEAKER_05:Jeff Marsh, shout out Jeff Marsh.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, he's he's incredible. Look at that boy right there, dude. So ironically, I've been chatting with him a lot. We had the same exact back surgery like the same week. Oh, really? February last year, yeah. Yeah, yeah. We both had like our legs stop working. And I noticed he posted the same thing. I was like, dude, but yeah, he's doing great now. He's and he does unbelievable work. Yeah, being honest.
SPEAKER_05:He said he would come on the podcast. We've just been you guys should get him. He he's yeah, no, he said very well traveled.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, yeah, he's he yeah, we've reached out like Joe said, we've reached out a couple times, it's just it's tough with scheduling, and then he wasn't doing well.
SPEAKER_06:So now he's I think he's on the he's on the up and on the mend, and now he's back he's killing.
SPEAKER_05:So he was at Tobacco Road and killed the drone today. Oh, yeah. Now that we now that we're potentially going earlier in the day, maybe he'll come on because then it Tennessee time, you know, that's that's tough. 11 30 start Tennessee time. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06:I'm not gonna say I didn't say something like you guys come and go on late, but I might have said that.
SPEAKER_05:No, we do, we do, but it's we do.
SPEAKER_06:I know you guys it's tough for everyone to get a to get a schedule before 7 p.m.
SPEAKER_01:It's you know, and and I've been going down this this rabbit hole of how to make the show better, you know. As far as podcasting and YouTube live and how to get more eyes on this on the show. And I came across her analytics and like at 8:30, it's just dark. There's nothing. And so I said to the guy, hey, let's maybe try a couple earlier episodes, see if we can get a little bit more people hanging out on the live chats and uh you know see see how it goes. But uh last week was a pretty good success with the new vertical format. So we'll see how uh earlier with vertical does and uh you know keep it going.
SPEAKER_05:I will say, guys, like if you guys follow my whatnot show and I it seriously, this is we're serious moment right here, guys. Uh-oh. My only goal ever with starting my whatnot show besides like those people that suck at selling, was to get you guys two episodes now to talk golf. I know a lot of you guys are new, but you can go back into the catalogs. We love golf. I want if you watch my show, I want you to understand like the hit and greens brand is dope and uh to come listen to the Chase and Hilly podcast show. Only goal I've ever had, not to steal from you, make money from you, to uh any of that. Maybe and with my funds, maybe take some golf trips, maybe, but it's to get you here. So anybody that is here now, because of whatnot, I appreciate you because that that's been my entire goal the whole time. And if you own anything hit and greens, I appreciate you. I rock with pride. I'm gonna go hit and greens. Honestly, I promise you, it's not to steal money from your wallet, it's to get you to come to the Chase and Daylight Podcast and listen to the catalog. Because there's a lot, you gotta get you. It's it's time to start catching up.
SPEAKER_01:There's quite a bit on there. There is quite a bit on there. Uh, so we have uh a massive box of goodies from Garson coming. Uh it'll be here, it'll be here Thursday. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to get it to Joe in time if he's doing a show this week or not. Uh so we and then Thanksgiving the following week, so it may be a couple weeks before we get some of the stuff on the show.
SPEAKER_05:Hey, Black Friday, there's zero commission. Black Friday. So guys, people are gonna be going crazy on Black Friday and whatnot. So go check them out. If you need it, if you need a referral code, you know who to contact. Should boy.
SPEAKER_01:We have a uh a bunch of special edition, never released uh player player stuff that uh can read for the app to crash. Yeah. Um that we're gonna be selling, and uh Joe's gonna be selling on the show, and uh gonna be some really cool stuff. So be be on the cool, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:I'm keeping some of those for sure. I'm keeping some. I know you're keeping some too, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, yeah. That we got some Odyssey Garson grips coming.
SPEAKER_05:So also this is this is our giveaway tonight. Shadow Creek ball marker. All you gotta do is comment. Be here. We're doing the we're doing the influencer thing. Shadow Creek ball marker. All you gotta do is comment, and we're gonna wheel it up. Looks like a bot uh bottle opener, too. Is that a bottle opener? Yeah, it is a bottle opener. Yeah, bring brand new multi little multi-purpose shadow creek tool. Still in the plastic. It was ten dollars. I purchased this cleany boys, plastic boy, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Or brassy piece plasty, brassy, cleany boy.
SPEAKER_05:There it is. That's your guys' giveaway for the show tonight. Cleany boy, cleany boys, still in the question for you.
SPEAKER_03:So you played a lot of bangers, obviously. Like you get access to courses and you've been on a lot of trips, but what's coming up for you? Like, do you have any on your bucket list that are that you can safely say?
SPEAKER_06:Or uh I'm I'm hoping. So I had a couple of trips scheduled last year before all my my back stuff went down. Um I'm hoping to get back to Stream Song soon. Uh, I haven't been back there since they had black and uh the chain added, and that's that's a little bit of a sentimental trip for me because I that was sort of my first big trip. Uh, I think I told the story that kind of the first big trip I had, the first tea box there, the first caddy I ever had, and there was a giant gator underneath the first tea box. So it was it's kind of a cool thing for me, and I I would be ecstatic to go back there. I work with Kemper a bit too, so getting back down there would be really cool.
SPEAKER_01:Um I fell in love with Tom Doak.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, uh Streamsong is it's just a it's a special spot. They've got some really, really good golf. Um, it's it's very isolate. I'm I'm kind of a sucker for being off the grid a little bit. Isolation, yeah. Yeah, it's just you're away from all the buzz.
SPEAKER_05:Um it's not the destination, it's the journey.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, and then being there and not having anything around. It's just it's part of the reason I think I'm such a sucker for like Dismal River. Like going to Dismal River, you you lose service a half hour before you get there. It's just it's crazy. You're so isolated, and it's just Nebraska sandhills are a trip. Oh, oh yeah, you guys, it's it's crazy. Um, so there's another place that sounds similar to that, and I've talked to their their folks out in uh Gamble Sands. Looks like that's my and and and part of the reason I want to go is because I've posted it before and people complain about how how long it takes to get there and how often the credit is now there's nothing around it. I'm like, that sounds perfect. That's part of it. That sounds unbelievable.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, it's like what three hours from uh yeah, it's not that far.
SPEAKER_06:People are just complainers. Okay now. People just people just like to complain. Um, you know, probably the same people that would rather go to Florida and play in the middle of a residential neighborhood. But uh yeah, I mean Gamble Sands, I've I'm pretty good friends, sort of um, you know, Instagram friends. They're they're marketing guys. Name is Darren Bunch, and he's he's fantastic. He he worked at Rams Hill before then, and he also works with um Tobacco Road quite a bit. Um that's another course bangers. Bangers, dude, and and Darren, Darren knows how to market. He works with Brian, uh Brian Orr quite a bit too. Yeah, uh, they're they're they're like very good friends, and they played, they love to go out and play with Hickory clubs all the time. So they'll post I'm down, I'm down. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05:So those are a couple that are on my list. Have you seen anything about I saw something the other day, Rams Hill, like another course?
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, McKid McClay signed on to do it.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, DMK DMK.
SPEAKER_06:Yep, I saw something about that. I don't know much about it though.
SPEAKER_05:Dude, that would make it a destination. Like, okay, we're gonna go and we're gonna play, you know. Like I've played Rams Hill, super sick, great golf course.
SPEAKER_06:Well, and that's what they need because they're they are in the kind of the middle of nowhere, but they they need something else to make it a multi-day stay there.
SPEAKER_05:Is there what are they borrago springs, which is probably an hour, maybe two from it's like an hour and a half, two hours from San Diego, and like an hour, hour and a half from Palm Springs.
SPEAKER_06:So it's out there, and there's there's nothing it's tough to get someone to drive or go that far for one round, you know. Um, but yeah, I mean if they could if they could dial up another sick course there, then people are gonna be running.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, I'm looking forward to that for sure. It's a day trip for us, you know.
SPEAKER_06:Jeremy, to get back to your question, uh yeah, Bandon is still it's still on the list. I need to get to Bandon. You need to get no, he hasn't.
SPEAKER_05:Oh we've talked about this last time he was on. What two years ago?
SPEAKER_01:You think I remember every conversation?
SPEAKER_03:I I do, I remember everything. Hey, we have a book, we have a trip on the books for January 2027. If if anyone backs out, I'll give you a call. We slip link deck.
SPEAKER_06:I I would hop on that quickly. Yeah, do you guys stay on site when you're there, or how do you what do you stay?
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, we will be.
SPEAKER_06:Stay on site.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, Joe and these guys have all stayed off site though.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, yeah. Me and Dan's stay terrible. Go, Dan.
SPEAKER_06:Have you guys played that uh Bandon? What's the course outside of Bandon Resort? Bandon Crossings. I've heard that's a great warm-up course. I think we're gonna tend to do that when we go.
SPEAKER_01:It's yeah, it's it's pretty freaking good.
SPEAKER_06:I've heard that, yeah. And it's it's right outside of it and not associated with the resort. And right, I would say it's a it's a little bit of a breath of fresh air just to be off resort.
SPEAKER_02:Have you heard of bar run, Mike?
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, bar run, yep. Okay, so bar run, the designer Dan Hickson also designed Bannon Crossings. Oh, cool. Bannon Crossings is where crossings are way better than bar run. Way better.
SPEAKER_06:Bar run might be donating to our auction, though. So if you want to go to bar.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, and it's not in the middle of nowhere either.
SPEAKER_01:So still crossings is a definite go play. 100%.
SPEAKER_06:What uh what course would you equate it to on property? I've heard it. It's kind of in the is it a little bit in the woods? Is it more like uh yeah?
SPEAKER_01:It's it's a it's it's like the meadow section of trails and the woods section of trails.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, that's what I think. It doesn't have any dunes, but there's some you guys like trails quite a bit, didn't you?
SPEAKER_05:Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Favorite course on the planet.
SPEAKER_05:That's I think it's really that I played it might be the number one too now. I think I think trails I would play trails more. I think the best design course, like the best golf architecture nutso thing is pack dunes, but I'd probably pay play trails over it if I was given one or two, you know.
SPEAKER_06:Wow, no ocean views on trails, right? Doesn't matter. No, I know that's that's my point.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, you can see the ocean only from the hill on 14, yeah.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, that's and that's that's saying something. I mean that's saying something. That's a little bit similar, excuse me. Um a little bit similar to my opinion of whistling straits versus like Black Wolf Run.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, yeah, that's what I've heard.
SPEAKER_06:People are obsessed with whistling straits because it's right on the water, it's right on the lake, it you know, you get some crazy cool views and stuff. But the uh the design at Black Wolf Run, the river course there is it sounds similar to what you're describing at um trails.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, yeah, it's it's it tells a story, which it's a fantastic story if you've never read that book. Like it's a book you need to read.
SPEAKER_06:I should read it before I go.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, just go.
SPEAKER_05:No, you know, you're gonna start on number one T and you're like, I've never read this book, but I'm about to read it. And then when you finish, you're gonna be like, Um when you come up on 18 and you finish, you're gonna be like, damn, that was a great story. Yeah, trails tell the story about it. That's what trails is, that's what trails is.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, and trails is core and crenshaw, right? Yes, sir. Corn crenshaw in the woods, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:And it's funny because I I tell these guys, and I've told people before, I uh the first core crenshaw I played was Stream Song at Red, and I hated that course. And then I played Cabot Cliffs, and I hated that course.
SPEAKER_05:Don't don't take Matt to Cabot Cliffs ever.
SPEAKER_01:Oh it just he'll be miserable. And so the first time I went to Bandon and played trails, I'm like, I'm gonna, I'm gonna hate this course just because of Core Crenshaw, and it's my favorite course I've ever played.
SPEAKER_06:Well, what did you did? You guys play the corn crenshaw at Weekopah?
SPEAKER_02:Did you play Seguaro? Yeah, or did you play Choi Choi? Oh shit.
SPEAKER_06:Corn Crenshaw Weekopah special. Dude, with that.
SPEAKER_05:Both courses are very good, but when we were there, I was like, I want to play the core crenshaw, I want to play the core crenshaw, like choya's whatever, and then we played Choi. This shit is fucking sick.
SPEAKER_06:There's also two foursoms uh for Weekle Pa in the auction.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, make it one. Yeah, it's a lot closer to second swing, too.
SPEAKER_06:Yes, and I don't think uh I think last year those went for less than a thousand.
SPEAKER_01:Really?
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, yeah, I'm pretty sure they did.
SPEAKER_01:Right right around prices in golf right now. It's insane.
SPEAKER_05:Also, do you guys remember the the outside services guy at Weekend Law? Dude, that what was his name? Dude, that dude was fantastic. Did he give you a full historic rundown? Oh, dude, he gave us like evidence, and dude, he was the best outside service guy that I think poster around here.
SPEAKER_01:We tipped up, I tipped him pretty good because he was awesome.
SPEAKER_05:I think we all gave him 20 bucks.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, and then we gave him oh yeah.
SPEAKER_06:When that kind of an experience starts your round, you just know it's gonna be awesome, right?
SPEAKER_01:He was amazing.
SPEAKER_06:You go to the first tee and someone runs you through like a it doesn't have to be extensive, but when someone runs you through a quick history, you know, points out some cool things, not just like you know, keep up face of play, like when you get a cool thing like that at the start of your round, like he was like excited for us, he was exactly excited, and when he found out we were from Vegas, he's like, Oh, you know, and so that just made it really hit it off well.
SPEAKER_01:That's awesome. Well, we got anything else you want to chat? Do you do you Mike? Did you watch any of the internet invitational?
SPEAKER_06:Oh, I watched all of it. Uh I have opinions, I have a lot of opinions. Okay, go. Oh, 100%. No doubt. Thank you. There is no doubt in my mind he cheated. I don't know if you guys know Melosi, I don't know him at all. Um, but I mean it's pretty damning as far as the video ends.
SPEAKER_01:But I I sent message because he was the one that I know that was watching it, and I said, This will end Melosi.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, and I was like, what the f are you talking about?
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, I mean, I unfortunately well, unfortunately or unfortunately, I think he's getting more clicks now because of it. But I thought Luke, I mean, the day before, what's his name? Who I also am not a huge fan of Micah um called him out and he's like, dude, you're seven yards less than what I'm shooting at the same distance. And he denied it, and it was just kind of overlooked.
SPEAKER_05:But Micah was in the cart and Melosi was on the box.
SPEAKER_06:Okay, well, in hindsight, though, looking at all of the evidence, it's pretty damning. Um the thing that annoyed me more though, and I became less and less of a fan of her as the whole episode went on, is Paige Goranic just looks miserable to be around.
SPEAKER_05:That's the thing, right? That's what's she just looks miserable to be around. Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, it's chatter.
SPEAKER_04:How dare you look at my titties?
SPEAKER_06:Yeah. Well, and then she's telling people, like, well, I can tell you you don't play professional golf, but then she doesn't know that you can't improve your line in the festival. Exactly.
SPEAKER_05:And that's the shitty thing, is like her. And then started at least his own. And then started crying what she did.
SPEAKER_04:Anything else you can accuse me of cheating about?
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, no, I think the funniest part, and this is this is maybe a little shallow because I'm not a big fan of her, but um, I love Bob from the sports. And he was on the green when she started sobbing, and he uh she clearly like moved into him to like get comforted by him, and he like naturally like just a natural reaction, just like stepped away, like it was so funny. Um, but yeah, I just those were the two big things I got kind of annoyed by. And Melosi seems like a genuinely nice like person. That's what I've heard from some all things. I mean, if you look at everything, like it doesn't look great for him.
SPEAKER_05:It does not look great for him for sure. And we've all seen the clips on Instagram and like the Bushnell, like well. I mean, he very clearly like he pushed it. Yeah, but I would say I would say slope is not the hugest issue in the world, improving lies is way worse. Oh, it's way worse, yeah.
SPEAKER_06:But he also knew like you shouldn't you're not allowed to use slope, and he had been told that multiple times, and then Florida denied doing it totally on camera.
SPEAKER_05:Like the page thing, and I wish we had better like footage of it. Like that, I think that was so much worse. And dude, there's a video.
SPEAKER_06:I don't know if you saw it. There's one video where you get a very kind of acute angle where she's in like the top right corner of the video, and you can see her with her foot like basically yes, exactly. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Dan, you can see basically she's like zambonying the stuff behind the ball. I mean, it's not even close to oh, I didn't know you could do that. Like, that's the that's why fescue is a hazard.
SPEAKER_05:One thing, one thing that I said was is um when Matt, after I watched, I was like, is it possible that somebody from the Barstool team went up to his range finder and clicked it the other way to incite the drama, right? Because they want the drama, right?
SPEAKER_06:That that is possible, and I thought that about the Kwan thing. I thought maybe they just told him to sleep in to create the drama, but actually bar barstool is I mean, bar stools that's what they make money on, right? Is drama.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, we're all talking about it.
SPEAKER_06:We're yeah, we're all talking about it, we're all talking about it. And I don't think that's out of the question. Is would they have done that? I I wouldn't say absolutely not, you know.
SPEAKER_05:The the thing that makes me think that's possible is that they tried to make the Roger Steele um drama like he was a dick that day to talk about a gay guy.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, yeah, you know, like he was and he I know that Roger's a really nice guy. I dude, he's actually like a very nice person, he's solid. Um, yeah. I mean, on a lighter note, though I lost my shit on watching the last round with with Beef and stuff. Oh my god, what a story that was! And he was actually before he went to Barstool, he was the club pro at um a place called Thornberry Creek in Green Bay in Wisconsin.
SPEAKER_01:He was here, he worked here in Vegas too.
SPEAKER_06:Oh, what a what a perfect human being. Like, you want to teach kids how to be a good human being. Like, oh my god. He loves the game. And the best part, well, the best and the the most telling part is he wasn't that good at the game, but he loved teaching it. And he was probably a fantastic teacher. Yeah, he just taught people the basics of the golf swing. He was excited to teach him. I mean, you can see every po every post about him on you know, anyone who knew him is like this person was beef, was a stand-up human being. Um, I mean, Bob asks him, like, what are you gonna do with this money? You know, yeah, 99% of these influencers are not gonna say what he said. Yeah, I'm gonna pay off my parents' house and donate it to charity. Like, yeah. Wow, yeah, yeah, yeah. So, I mean, just an unbelievable human being. They could, I mean, they didn't set that up for sure, and that's it couldn't have been written better.
SPEAKER_01:What do you think was good about it? We could always everybody can always talk about the shit that causes everybody to talk the talking points, but what did you what did you like about it?
SPEAKER_06:Just the event in general, yeah. I I I thought it was entertaining. I mean, it was certainly relatable, right? I mean, these guys outside of um uh what's his name? Uh the the stick, um Brad Donkey, yeah. I mean, I don't even know how you can consider him an amateur. Oh, he was fantastic. He was I mean, the guy played in the masters. Like, I don't know how they can consider really consider him an amateur, yeah. Um, but outside of him, like people were hitting bad shots, people were topping balls, like it was relatable, and I think that's horrible. Yeah, oh, the putting was real bad. I yeah, it was it there's some real bad putting. Um, and I love how when they played uh the par three, they were all talking like the greens were trash, and that's why the putting was bad. Like all the players were, and it's like, no, those greens are true. You guys are not gonna put it.
SPEAKER_05:They just break the shit then, you know.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, yeah. But no, I thought that was good, and I think that's why people liked it. Um, and I think people really enjoyed like the non-golf like commentary because that's how you talk on the course with your friends, and that's how you that's how that's why people enjoy the game. Um, you know, I thought it was a creative setup. I thought they did a good job with that. Uh say what you want about Barstool, but they know how to produce. This is probably the best, the best production of you know, non-professional golf I've ever seen.
SPEAKER_01:Out of all these social media influencer golf things, this one blew all the other ones away. Even the one that they have before the the players championship where they had the nine creator classic.
SPEAKER_06:Well, that was all PGA tour driven, yeah. Yeah, yep. So they interviewed Bob um about that, and he he essentially said, like, we asked to help produce that, and the PJ Tour said no. They basically just handcuffed them and put them out on the course and gave them a you know a grill for winning or something. Yeah, but I mean that was I think we talked about this in a prior pod, but like that was just a PGA tour seeing YouTube golf going off and trying to get a piece of it.
SPEAKER_05:Yep. Somebody is somebody said something today, but I just want to say real quick before I forget, like, I think one of the biggest winners of that entire thing is Chaz. Chaz 100. Yep, one I didn't mention winners.
SPEAKER_06:What a what a again, an awesome human being and and a stick. Exactly. It's really good.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, but um, somebody, somebody, I forget who it was, but they were like, let Bob does sports and barstool produce a PGA tour event.
SPEAKER_06:It's gonna you imagine that the commentary would be so good. Oh, no, they're so funny. Yeah, they well, they're gonna see the I mean they're gonna make a ton of money on this. You saw the views, they're knocking everything out of the park for views. I mean, this is a three-hour production that they have 30 million views on in like two weeks.
SPEAKER_05:Well, dude, I was like, Oh, the first episode four hours, four hours. I'm not watching this whole thing, I watched the whole thing, yeah, yeah.
