Joe:

Not the Tony one, but yeah. Yeah, it was. No, I didn't have a Tony Fino stamp on it. That's got the TF on it. The mine didn't have the Tony.

Matt:

Really? It was just green?

Joe:

Mm-hmm.

Matt:

Wow. Oh, I thought only the green ones had the Tony. Tony, Tony, Tony, Tony. But this is the this is the Abraham Answer one. Look that little like that little joint right there.

Joe:

Yeah, I missed that. I missed that. We sold a bunch of those. You probably missed those, you know.

Matt:

Got another one of those. Got the uh the Italian, the Mexico, however.

Joe:

International.

Matt:

Big one. Yeah, this I've never seen this one. This is the the original uh edge grip in the G Pro, yeah. Got one in got one in white.

Joe:

They sent those to run on whatnot, or what? Which button is that? Oh, they just sent them.

Matt:

This is uh the original. I think the blue one's open.

Joe:

The edge.

Matt:

Yeah, this is his original design. This is the one that he crafted.

Joe:

Shout out, Bernie. Shut out, Bernie. I'm not sure.

Matt:

I uh is that the one with the spine in the middle? Yep. Gotcha. But it's but it's small, it's not it's not like the max. The max is much bigger. Gotcha. I like that colorway. Yeah, yes, it's a nice little, yeah.

Joe:

Little target Michael Jordan joint. Yeah, UNC.

Matt:

UNC, yeah. Oh, chat's going nuts. Hey, thanks everybody for being here. Jeremy's here. Hey, Jerry. There he is. Hell, hell, the gang's all here.

Joe:

Yeah, thank you guys for being here, man. Like, uh, obviously, your interactions help with the show, especially in the slow golf season or golf time of the year. Uh so yeah, love it. Thank you for being here.

Matt:

Uh, so no, these are we're gonna be giving these away. All these grips will be giving away. Not tonight, not all of them.

Joe:

Gape brain. Can I massage you guys' private parts, please?

Matt:

Please.

Joe:

Uh, not us, but we'll go for it, pal. Yeah, we can probably find someone for you.

SPEAKER_04:

Maybe on chasing darkness. Uh go for it. Gate, gate brain.

Joe:

Sign up for the subscription, and then you could you could ask that in Chasing Darkness. There you go.

Matt:

So here's here's a little uh holiday gift pack that we're giving away tonight. Uh and this is just if you comment, uh no no stipulations tonight. Uh, so we got the uh chasing daylight ball marker. We got a uh Garson uh sticker, got uh look at that, hitting green sticker. Oh new chasing daylight sticker, our new chasing daylight magnet.

Joe:

That's the new new. I don't even have that one.

Matt:

Yeah, I need that too. That's the new new. That's the new new new. Uh, and then uh I did this a while ago. Uh so this will be hand stamped. Give that away. Yeah, why not?

Joe:

Can I win?

Matt:

Hand stamped by yours truly, uh, Chasing Daylight Podcast ball marker. Copper antiqued.

SPEAKER_04:

So what the hell is going on in the chat tonight? Yeah, dude.

Joe:

Gate gate brain is uh is a you know, you know, it happens when you go live, you know, like hey, we're throwing it out there to the world. You know, they they they don't do it, but we do it, and that's what we do.

Matt:

Jeremy got a joib.

Joe:

He's got a job.

Matt:

Job.

Joe:

Yeah, got a job.

Matt:

Yeah, this this this magnet is sick. I'm it's it's not crazy thick. So I mean it's really is that Joel?

Joe:

That's fucking Joel. Is that Joel? Fucking tell me, bro. I'll call you right now.

Matt:

Let's go around in it under the ages of 18. Please do not read the chat right now.

Joe:

It's gotta be fucking Joel. Somebody is having fun. It's gotta be Canadian club flipper.

Matt:

The trolls are crazy. Yeah, so uh hey, I also want to give a thanks to Matt Boyd. He's been a gracious host for us at Paiute the past couple weeks. Playing out there again Friday. Uh Jeremy, Dan, and myself uh will be out there on Friday. Jeremy's going back out Saturday.

Joe:

Um, so was there a fourth found for Saturday? I I might I might be able to swing it. I don't know.

SPEAKER_03:

I don't know who's in for Saturday. Okay, I'll try. I'll try.

Matt:

Yeah, I was gonna try, uh, but then Emma's flight's coming in. Then I found out her flight is late. Uh the time in the calendar is when she leaves, not when she lands. Uh, but then I already told the wife that no, I'll go shopping with you. So play Friday, and I'll be happy.

Joe:

Yeah, I mean, Pi it's always a treat, man. Always a treat. That place was fucking pure, pure, pure. Holy moly.

Matt:

Yeah, so good. So good. I had one of my best putting rounds of the year there. I mean, I did chip in once and I had a bunch of tap-ins because I was chipping it pretty good, but uh man, it's fun putting on those greens.

Joe:

Yes, it is. There was there was moments where it was just like like Jeremy's putts specifically, they were just like rolling and they kept like going. It felt like they never stopped.

Matt:

A couple times I said, Oh, I'm in my head, I'm like, oh, that's woefully short. And it would like nestle up right next to the hole.

Joe:

TLC style creep.

Matt:

Yes, end over end over end, and it finally stops near the hole.

Joe:

It was it was you can't go wrong out there. Malbon was out there today.

Matt:

Yeah, they had one of their out there.

Joe:

I know secondhand golfer was out there today. Yeah, Peter Lamb was out there, Peter Lim, Craig, uh compressed with Craig. Uh Don Merkin was out there.

Matt:

So a lot going on in the Titan world. Yep. How are you guys doing this evening now that we got our thank yous all done?

SPEAKER_04:

Doing good.

Matt:

How's life, Dan? Rodeo's all wrapped up?

SPEAKER_04:

Rodeo's wrapped up. Got that shit out of there. Getting that bullshit out. It was good though.

Matt:

It was a good run. What's up next for the TM?

SPEAKER_04:

Uh, right now getting into graduation modes and then uh basketball.

Matt:

Wait.

Joe:

Yeah, yeah.

Matt:

Right back into basketball. NBA Cup is is that tonight or is that tomorrow night?

Joe:

I have no. Is it tonight?

Matt:

That's the Knicks and San Antone.

Joe:

Yep. Could smell it from the show's house. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

Did you guys see that uh Allegiance Stadium is the highest grossing American venue? Yes. Yeah. It's crazy. It all makes sense now.

Matt:

$24 beers.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah.$281 million, I think, in revenue.

Matt:

Yeah. That's pretty good. I wasn't pulling that in at the Coliseum, I'll tell you that.

Joe:

I guarantee the the uh the A's stadium is not gonna pull that much money.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's gonna be an away game every game.

Matt:

Yeah, yeah. Oh, the Raiders are an away game every game.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

Just depends on what other events they get there. Right.

Matt:

I'm looking forward to going watching some Pro Ball though.

Joe:

Yeah, I love baseball games. Yeah, I love watching baseball. And now it's quicker too. It's like pop, pop, pop, pop, you know. Yeah, they're making it a lot.

SPEAKER_00:

They're trying.

Joe:

My my biggest, my biggest sports bet I've ever hit was an eight-teamer on baseball. I hit an eight-teamer, and uh I mean it was like five bucks. I think I won like 250, but still, I mean to hit an eight-teamer is pretty crazy. Baseball is the easiest sport to bet. Yeah, if you know pitchers, yeah, absolutely in parks. Pitchers and parks.

Matt:

Pitchers and parks, yeah. Yeah. My best, my best, I hit an eight-teamer. It was basketball at Sunset Station. I was on lunch. My lunch break, I went in there and I pulled into a parking spot, and some guy got out of his car and started yelling at me, and I thought we were gonna get in a fight because he thought I took his spot. And I was like, I don't even know where the hell you're coming from. I don't know how I took your spot. And uh, so I was all fired up, and I picked the wrong team on the board, picked the wrong number because I was all stressed, you know, and just all agitated, and that won. And so I was like, What are they? You know, if I would have picked the one I wanted to, I would have gone seven out of eight, but shit like that.

Joe:

Smokey asks, do they have slot machines in the stadium? And I feel like that's a serious question. No, they do not. No, no, but there's slot machines everywhere else, gas stations, grocery stores.

Matt:

There might be one in some of the private booths, but a blackjack table, a poker table. Uh but no, no slot machines.

Joe:

That would be wild, though. I never even thought about that. It's just normal to us, too.

Matt:

So well, you come out of T-Mobile and you walk, you know, 100 feet.

Joe:

Yeah, you're right there. Yeah.

Matt:

So not like you need to have it inside the facility.

Joe:

No, insane. It could be a revenue boost. Potentially, yes, yes.

Matt:

You better video poker machines at your seat.

Joe:

They should be that would that would be a touchdown.

Matt:

Nobody cares, they're gambling.

Joe:

Yeah, that would be wild.

Matt:

Oh man. All right, so what else we there like we said last week, there's not a lot going on in the golfing world right now. Yeah, there's not a ton. The there was a really good event, the Grand Thornton or Grant Thornton, where it's a LPGA player and a PGA player. That was fun watching that. There was some good golf. It's nice that they actually show the ladies' ball speed, which is a lot more relative to us common folk, excluding uh excluding Jeremy, Dan, Trey, Julian, and some of the other heavy hitters we hit with. Um, but it's nice seeing, you know, realistic numbers, the, you know, and but it just shows you how good those ladies are, because they're still averaging, you know, 68, uh, only hitting it, you know, as far as a the common average golfer does.

Joe:

So it's yeah, I mean the ladies' game is is so much more relevant to the typical golfer, which is you know, and it's surprising more people don't watch it, and they could learn a lot from it too, you know. Just like the ladies' game is just smooth tempo, it's just like Freddy Lady Freddies, you know what I mean? It's just like Freddy ladies. Yeah, short games are immaculate, they're just putting it's just different.

Matt:

I was chatting with Sean Rowe yesterday. We went and had uh lunch talking about some things that we're gonna try this next upcoming VGN season, and I was telling him when uh Dana Finkelstein, now Dana Fall, played. I played with her. Me and Ryan played with her out at Revere, and she showed up. She well, she's played here at UNLV, that's how I know her, and she's on the LPGA tour now. Uh, but she showed up, never seen the course. We played uh Concord at the Gold Tees, which is 6,500, and uh she hit every fairway and hit every green and shot a 71. It was the most beautiful, boring round of golf I've ever seen because it was just right down the middle, middle of the green, two butts.

Joe:

That's the thing. Good golf is boring, man. Good golf is boring. But I was it was so except for the saves, except for like the saves, you know. Yeah, stress.

Matt:

Gotta have those flop shots when you're a foot off the the green, right, Joe?

Joe:

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, floppers all day, always.

Matt:

He had one at the at Paiute uh and he was just off the green and he sets up this and just bladed it all the way across the green, and I just laughed out loud so hard.

SPEAKER_03:

The crazy thing is though, it flopped it again.

Matt:

And you flopped it again, and it was beautiful.

SPEAKER_03:

His completion rate is like 80% though.

Matt:

Yeah, you you pull it off.

Joe:

Yeah, I tip yeah, I typically do pretty well with it, you know. But there there are occasions where well you should.

SPEAKER_04:

That's the only shot you hit.

Joe:

I know, right? But that's me, man. That's me. It's fucking fine, dude.

SPEAKER_04:

I what do I always tell you? Never change. Do you do you?

Joe:

Yeah. It's I mean, there's no other shot in my eyes. You know what I mean? It's dunk or nothing. You know what I mean?

Matt:

I get it. Had a nice little uh Chibsky inner on the one of the par threes. You did, you did, you did. That was nice. A couple other good runs. That that new putting setup is is uh pretty wild. Um I took the the max grip off put an ultimate on and cut it to the length that Preston recommended. So it is 33 now, and I've been putting with it uh yesterday and today. Oh my.

Joe:

Oh my the um we got a question, but I just I I was very surprised on how well I played for not playing for a month.

Matt:

Yeah, you had three in a row, three birds in a row.

Joe:

Yeah, I shot I shot like eight over. I don't keep score, I think it was eight, eight, nine over on the front, and then I was like even on the back, and uh yeah, three birds in a row, and it was just uh it was a great time.

Matt:

And it's it always is nice when you're at Paiute, but um made one little tweak to Jeremy's driver, and all of a sudden he was hitting it 360 yards.

Joe:

Got some drivers off on the T box, and that was Jeremy's idea, too.

Matt:

Yeah, great idea.

Joe:

What a creative guy.

Matt:

He probably had been practicing it, so my swing was so I don't want to do this. Jeremy, what did you do to your driver?

SPEAKER_03:

Uh just I mean, honestly, I just knocked the loft down to standard, and I'm I think I was getting a little too much spin, and it was just long as you know. But man, I just it straightened out and was it looked more like your ball flight, yeah, which is crazy.

Matt:

It was much lower window and penetrating.

SPEAKER_03:

It was law, it was longer.

SPEAKER_04:

So no more high ball, no more high carries, it's more just a missiles now.

Matt:

Dude, it was I think I can hit either now. Dude, what it what's that? Is it 15 the par five on the back on side?

SPEAKER_03:

15, 16. Yeah, what did you have in I had 140 into that hole?

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah. Into what hole? In 16.

SPEAKER_03:

On what the part three on sun? Yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

Sun. Jesus Christ.

SPEAKER_03:

Dude, it wasn't that bunker that's out in the middle of the fairway. I think I was even with the end of it.

Matt:

I flew the bunker on the right, which I was really proud of that, and got a nice kick forward, and and I looked, and it was I hit that 270, and he was like a hundred yards ahead of me. At least. It was ridiculous.

SPEAKER_03:

At least that was a bump. Sure. But if you could if you hit it on the left side, though, that's kind of cutting a corner, and you get down slope help off the that bunker on the left.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, but you still gotta pound it. Yeah, you still gotta pound it again.

Joe:

Jeremy, you remember my shot on that hole with the through the three iron? Remember, I changed my shaft in my three iron, and we thought it was on the flag. And I think I was what 230?

SPEAKER_03:

Two, yeah, 227. I do something around there, yeah.

Joe:

How many times did you move it? Uh I think only that time. Yeah.

Matt:

Did it feel better?

Joe:

Oh, yeah, yeah. I mean, he smoked it. It flew the green from 227. You're high. Yeah, so I changed the shaft. Matt Matt swapped the shaft for me.

SPEAKER_04:

So what you got? What do you got in that now?

Joe:

Uh extra stiff recoil. Yeah, so a little bit better. 80, 70. I can't remember. I have to look. I don't remember. I think it was 75, 75.

SPEAKER_04:

It was a 70 or 80. Yeah. Those tricks ones are money. Yeah. When you square them up, they go.

Matt:

All right. Here's a question. Do you guys have any experience with the ovada curved face iron jet? I wish they were a little cheaper. I would try them. No, Rob, have not. Have not seen them again.

SPEAKER_03:

That's one of those crazy expensive irons that you could find occasionally on proclubs.com, which is a favorite of mine. You can find sets used on there for a decent, I mean, much better than the new price, but yeah, yeah. Yeah, new price is crazy. Complete sets, everything.

Joe:

I mean, but it's roll and bulge. Like, and that's that's the theory behind a driver, too, is roll and bulge.

Matt:

Yep.

Joe:

And it they're bringing they brought it to irons, which is interesting.

Matt:

It's not a crazy concept, but no, it's being able to it's not easy to do with forged metal, so I can see why the 3D printed stuff is a crazy do you remember that club back in the day called a controller?

SPEAKER_04:

It was like a one iron. And I'm talking like late 80s, early 90s, but their whole thing was roll and bulge. So when when you said that right there, Joe, it can totally remind me of it. But yeah, there was this there was an iron back in the day called a controller, and they had a curved face. And they're like I said, they were just pushing the roll and bulge, a roll and bulge, how how it would go farther and straighter off off center hits and all that stuff. Way back in the day.

Joe:

Yeah. I'm looking at them. Yeah.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

Uh I don't remember. But uh yeah, that was a that was like a I remember an infomercial running when I was a kid. I think Daly might have played it or promoted it or something at one point.

SPEAKER_03:

The amount of offset on that thing makes me have anxiety. That's but I'm sure you can you can just pound it.

SPEAKER_04:

I don't know. I I never hit it, but I just I remember it.

Joe:

It almost looks uh Vosy or Vasi, if you will.

Matt:

The Voss, the V I S.

Joe:

Yeah, yeah.

Matt:

God, that's a hideous iron.

Joe:

It is, it really is. It really is. Oh, here's here's okay, but it's legendary, it's legendary though.

Matt:

There's Paiute. Look how beautiful that is.

Joe:

It's it's perfect. I mean, it's just it's and it's always like that. It's all I mean, it's always like that, really. So pure.

Matt:

So forgetting. I sent I was sending pictures to the our our video.

Joe:

Yeah, I was sending pictures to the to the whatnot guys in the in my text, and uh they were like, how much does that cost? I'm like, for you or for me?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, yeah. It's not cheap at all.

Joe:

But it's but if you're on a golf trip and you're gonna spend, you know, you're gonna spend 200 anywhere in Vegas if you're not a local, basically. One at 60, 180, yeah, might as well spend an extra 40 bucks in place somewhere like that, you know.

Matt:

Uh the conditions are incredible.

Joe:

But that's the benefit of wherever you live, locals always get a better deal.

SPEAKER_03:

So you know it'd be an interesting one. If let's say we have 500 bucks and we're going on a golf trip to Vegas, where are you playing? Are you gonna put two rounds at around Pyute price? What would you do? What would you honestly say if you were coming to Vegas and you had 500 bucks?

SPEAKER_00:

Uh I mean, we've already said it before.

SPEAKER_03:

Paiute Coyote Springs or Paiute Boulder Creek. I would probably or you could just drop one round at Cascada.

Joe:

I would probably, I mean, it depends. I mean, depending on the situation and how many days you got, I'd probably just roll Pyute Coyote Boulder Creek. That's probably gonna cost you around 500.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah. Yeah. Out of town rate?

Joe:

Uh maybe not out of town rate.

Matt:

It depends too. I mean, weekday versus weekend, Friday, Saturdays at Pyute for out of town, or the year that's pushing three bills right now.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, so you're also diving at that point. You're gonna get two rounds of golf at any of those golf courses out of town rate right now.

Joe:

Yeah, you you're driving also, you know. So yeah, you're not butting to Coyote Springs. That's where we play, though. That's where we like to play the most, right? I mean in agreement there.

Matt:

If you're staying on the strip and you're only Ubering, I would tell you.

Joe:

Oh, yeah, Uber would yeah, would fuck you on those ones.

Matt:

Yeah, I would tell you to go to national. Yeah, national.

SPEAKER_06:

Yep.

Joe:

Um, then probably nothing else is that close, dude. Nothing else is that close.

Matt:

I mean revere is.

Joe:

Don't spend all your money at Bally High.

Matt:

Yeah, don't go to Bally High. That's that's a waste. Um spend the spend the extra money on Uber and get to a course. Uh Legacy's really good right now. Uh Revere is really good right now. Um I've heard Reflection has turned it around, but still you're heard too. It's it's tough. There's not a lot close to the strip.

Joe:

Yeah. Just rent a car and drive to Paiute and Coyote Springs.

Matt:

Rent a car and drive to Paiute and Coyote.

Joe:

Yeah. Yeah. Just sleep, just rent a car, sleep in the car, and then just play all the courses at Pyute. You'll be fine.

Matt:

I mean, Rhodes isn't too far, it's in pretty good shape right now. Sienna's not crazy far. It's in pretty good shape right now.

Joe:

Yeah.

Matt:

I mean, everything, everything right now is in pretty good shape. We had an amazing overseas season, some free water for everybody, and the courses are it really every time like I get asked all the time, how how's this course?

Joe:

Where where would you go? And it depends what you want, too, because we have a little bit of everything for the most part, and depends on budget. And you know, if you're a classic, like and you're a big Tory Pines fan, you can go play the Las Vegas Muni, which is fun, and it's it's built by uh Bell, and he did Tory, or you can go do classic historic tournament golf, like with um Arnold Palmer, Tigers first win, you know, national, or you can go get the views, or you can go play you know, it's it just really depends on your appetite. Or you want to ball out, you can ball out too, you know. You can go play cascada, Rio's great, you know. It just it just really depends on the experience you're looking for.

Matt:

Yeah, and your budget, budget and experience, definitely budget.

Joe:

Yeah, budget's always first on the list.

Matt:

Yeah, well, I'd say look at your experience and then your budget. If your experience is this, you want this and you can't afford it, okay. Then you're just gonna go down and take your experience down a little bit.

Joe:

And you could always listen to the Chase and Daylight podcast, like uh um rankings episode of the Las Vegas Golf Course.

Matt:

Can't go wrong with that episode, yeah.

Joe:

But they're they're getting killed on the it also. Probably not stay, don't stay on the strip, uh, because you're gonna get killed on eleven dollar slices of pizza, and you know, stay stay on the outskirts and Uber to the stripes.

SPEAKER_04:

And roads rolling great. Stay at the station casinos.

Joe:

Yeah, roads has been in good.

SPEAKER_04:

Station casinos are near decent golf courses.

Joe:

They are, they absolutely are.

Matt:

Yeah, Durango's roads is a mile away.

Joe:

Yeah, yeah.

Matt:

And Siena's not that far either.

Joe:

And and Santa Fe is by Paiute.

Matt:

Yep.

Joe:

GBR is next to Desert Willow, Legacy, Revere.

Matt:

Legacy, Revere, Rio, or Cirquet.

Joe:

Yeah, Cirquette. It's always Rio.

Matt:

It's always gonna be Rio. But people are gonna look up Rio and then not find it. Like these guys don't know what we're talking about.

Joe:

Boulder right next to uh the ditch and styling.

Matt:

Railroad pass from Cascada.

SPEAKER_03:

Sam's Town. You got two courses.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Yeah. Sam's Town. Good old Sam's Town. That's where I rolled my 300 at.

Joe:

Bring back Boomtown and and fucking showboat. Shout out the showboat.

Matt:

Oh, missed the showboat. I only played once at Bears Best, once, but remembered loving it.

Joe:

Well, that's that's gone. It's turning full private.

SPEAKER_04:

They're doing a lot of work out there, completely remodeled. A ton.

Joe:

I saw I saw Cyrus was out there. I'm like, I didn't realize they were gonna do that much work. Oh, yeah.

Matt:

Oh, yeah. Yeah, the guys that did some of the courses at San Valley is the architect firm that they hired to do it.

SPEAKER_04:

Really? Wow. Supposedly they're knocking down the clubhouse and the cart barn, too, leveling it out of the ground.

Matt:

Yep. It's gonna be I never liked that clubhouse. That clubhouse is a good thing. Yeah, it's gonna be a three-story clubhouse uh with I think it's 12 indoor hitting bays. The range is being converted to a par three course. Nice. And a complete, complete golf course redesign.

Joe:

And it's gonna cost a lot of money to play there, dude.

Matt:

The membership dues. Oh my god.

Joe:

Yeah, I think now it's not the development. Hey, what up beautiful golf courses in the house? What up, Mike? It's not beautiful golf course. What up, Mike? It's the beautiful golf courses. Um I've I you would know Sand Valley architects better than I do. I've never been there.

Matt:

Yeah, that that's uh they told me who it was, but I can't remember. It was I don't know if it was one specific course out in that area or what is it?

Joe:

A D, AJ I don't know, I'll have to look that up. But it's gonna be cool and it's gonna be expensive.

Matt:

Well, they also did Scottsdale National. So whoever did Scottsdale National, that's who's doing it. But they're they're highly accredited, and yeah, I mean it's it's if it not if when it gets done, it's it's gonna be, you know, in true Vegas fashion, crazy, crazy expensive.

Joe:

Yeah, yeah.

Matt:

Full full private stallion and something else by Sam Stance.

SPEAKER_04:

They can make it sick though, man, especially when they get back in that like in that in that Jackson Car by where old 12 1314 was up there. Yeah, yeah, but like being so close to the red rocks, the views you have of the strip, like if they do, if they design it right, you can they can make that whole area real sick.

Joe:

So this says uh the primary golf course architects for Scottsdale National Golf Club are Jackson Conn design, which I know they do dope shit. Um yeah. Yeah, so and that's interesting.

SPEAKER_06:

I Amari coming soon.

Joe:

It will be it will be interesting because that's gonna I mean that's they're there's gonna be a lot of people Conway Farm, Scottsdale National, Monterey Peninsula. That's probably uh just uh you know some uh some work, Hayden Lake, Fay Ranch, uh Bootleggers Lair Estate. But yeah, I know Jackson Conn. I follow them on uh Instagram.

Matt:

Yeah that's who's that's who's do good work. Yeah, that's who's doing it.

SPEAKER_00:

Cool.

Matt:

Uh yeah, so it's I mean it's gonna put a lot of pressure on some of the private clubs that are existing here already because they're gonna be pulling some of that high dollar memberships that those people have had and and promising them the world, you know, and it's gonna be all fresh and new and modern. So, you know, places like Spanish Trail and T BC Vegas or TBC Summerlin that have had members for a long time, you know, they're there's gonna be people that are gonna be jumping ship. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Even Red Rock right there with the a rumor I heard uh was that if Red Rock's new owners get the approval to build a mini condo tower where the athletic facility is now, then they're going to turn Arroyo private.

SPEAKER_04:

So that's another course that needs to be remodeled and redone and rerouted.

Joe:

Yeah, that's fine with me. I don't yeah, yeah, I'm good. I've played it a few times. We have our thing that sucks is it's gonna it's gonna pull people to the other public courses and it's gonna get even harder to get it tea time, you know? Yeah, that's the thing that sucks about it.

Matt:

Yeah, yeah. Desert pines going away. It's sad, man. It's sad.

unknown:

Yeah.

Joe:

You love desert pines too a lot, so yeah, I know you're very sad about it.

Matt:

Yeah. It's my favorite place in Vegas, clearly. Absolutely.

Joe:

Hey everybody, uh my favorite place.

Matt:

We'll rehash it. This is the giveaway we're giving tonight for anybody that leaves a comment during the live. Uh, CDP marker, hitting green sticker, new chasing daylight logo sticker, Garson Gall sticker. Shout out, Garson.

Joe:

Shout out, Garson.

Matt:

The new Chasing Daylight. Uh, that's us walking right there. Uh, that's a magnet. Uh a magnet. You can slap it on your car. It's a car slap. And this uh chasing daylight hand stamped by yours truly. Ball marker. Nice little copper, copper joint. So get in that chat. Get in that chat. Swipe, swipe, swipe, chat, swipe, swipe, swipe, swipe, swipe chat. Oh, so anything else? Anything else going on in the world that we need to uh to chat chatty up about?

Joe:

I mean, I don't know what you guys want to talk about, but uh, you know, you know I can talk.

SPEAKER_03:

I saw some post about Landman making some announcement. I don't know. It said I'll have to find it and send it to you guys, but it was something there they posted like a like a something about Rory, Scheffler, Keegan, and all that, and then also Landman making some announcement. I don't know what it is about, and there wasn't really a lot of information. But I'll see if I can find it.

Matt:

Another course.

SPEAKER_03:

Maybe.

Matt:

Uh Desert Pine, we've heard they'll stop operations probably summer of next year, is what I've heard. No, no, nothing set in stone that I know of, but that's that's the rumors we've heard. Come summertime when the heat's here and business goes, they'll shut her down.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. Yeah, it's some special announcement. It's and they posted like a you'll have to check the landman Instagram, but it almost looks like they're trying to do some type of event there or something. I don't know. Interesting.

SPEAKER_05:

Hmm.

SPEAKER_03:

So we'll see. Tomorrow they're tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. Eastern on Golf Channel. They're gonna talk about oh, really? Oh, maybe it's like an uh amateur event or maybe it's like a some special event because it's got Scotty, Rory McElroy, Keith Mitchell, Keegan Bradley, Shane Lowry, and Landman on these like T-sheets.

SPEAKER_05:

Ooh.

Joe:

December 17th. So that oh, that's the announcement date.

Matt:

That's the announcement.

Joe:

Yeah, they're not playing there.

SPEAKER_03:

Tomorrow 8 to 10 Eastern. So don't know. Yeah, they're not playing there tomorrow.

Matt:

Any speculation?

Joe:

We will close our 2025 year on golf channel Wednesday a.m. and go out with a bang. Joined by Scotty Scheffler, Rory McElroy, Shane Lowry, Keith Mitchell, and Keegan Bradley, as well as a special announcement with Landman. Tune in for a two-hour special with Gary Williams starting at 8 a.m. Eastern.

Matt:

What the two hour special?

Joe:

What the hell's gonna what's going on, dude?

Matt:

For two hours?

Joe:

That's crazy.

Matt:

They're moving the 20. What is it? So uh what it 25 right now? So they're moving the 29 Ryder Cup to Landman.

Joe:

Dude, payment failed. You better go drive out the landman tomorrow morning. Payment.

Matt:

So why is Dan staring at me like that? Smokey's got a question. Uh, favorite plays you have golfed out of state. Oh, yeah. Well, we just talked about it for Jeremy. Oh fuck. Jeremy, it's Landman. He loves Landman.

SPEAKER_03:

Landman's my favorite course, but experience is Bandon for sure.

Joe:

Yeah, I think I I might agree with that. Yeah, I could, I think I could, yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

Dan, what about you?

SPEAKER_04:

Uh uh The Bandon trip was the Bandon trip was pretty epic, pretty epic, but uh um I would say honestly, man, that Georgia trip and the Tennessee and Alabama, that was a good trip. That was a lot of fun, man. That was that was really memorable for me. So those two, those two for sure. Yeah, that Georgia trip will forever be in my memory.

SPEAKER_03:

Live in infamy. Do you think that'll ever be topped?

Joe:

Ah, that's hard.

SPEAKER_03:

I think that'll be it's just so many things that happened when you guys were there. It just made it uh unbeatable.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, just the the three to the three to the three states for one, uh uh the mileage that we put in there, the places that we stayed.

Matt:

Um it was it was very reminiscent of what happened in Nebraska. We stayed at a really nice hotel, we stayed at an okay hotel, we stayed in the ghetto, and then we stayed at a really nice hotel, you know, at and in Alabama or at Georgia, beautiful house. Oh, yeah, we yeah, then a sketchy ash trailer, a mess trailer, and a wild ass motel.

Joe:

I mean, it was it was yeah, there's there's so many moments from that one that I just like can see in my head, you know, like it I love Bannon to death, you know, but like that one was there was just so many moments, you know, Bucky's and Bob not wanting to go, you know, and then the the fucking burrito juice from Chipotle and the house that was in Reynolds Lake and the courses we and Matt's Ace, and uh you know, there's there's just so many moments from that one, and it just it was the perfect golf trip, and it was free, and it was mostly free. Mostly free.

Matt:

What's wild about that is you said Matt's ace, and I'm like, that wasn't even like yeah, that wasn't even now that I think about it, it's a highlight, but you know, driving with Bob, Bob being drunk at the rocket, yeah, top of the rock thing screaming happy birthday.

Joe:

Me walking to Waffle House, uh, me uh disappearing onto Sweeten's Cove and hitting a couple shots.

Matt:

Why Joe played Sweeten's Cove twice? I hit three shots.

Joe:

But like there's just so many moments about it, you know. And it it's just I if there was one I could go back to, that's probably the one I'd want to relive. Bandon was great, of course, but that one just was it was just special. It had the moments, man.

SPEAKER_04:

But they all do for different reasons, you know. Right, yeah. That's why you go on golf trips, you know. Like it's Joe, like Joe always says, it's about the moments, it's about the memories and stuff. And like, you know, Joe, when we went to when we went to North Carolina and played Southern Pines and Mint Pines and Pineals, eating at the track restaurant, fucking around on the cradle, going to Pineur's, like that was that was sick too. Playing drunk golf on number six. Yeah, drunk golfing.

Joe:

You know fucking Julian spending a thousand dollars in the grocery store, which we never ate, the food, you know. It's just yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

There's just yeah, there's so many good trips that make so many good memories.

Matt:

So yeah, it's it's it's always hard to pinpoint one. So, Mike, I got a question. If two of us will answer Sand Valley to that question once you've done it, who are the two that won't?

unknown:

Ooh.

SPEAKER_04:

Oh shit. I saw the 2026 tea times were just available out there, Mike. I don't know. Did you get in? Did you get in that? 1K.

Joe:

It wasn't it wasn't 1K, but dude, he wanted to buy everything. You had to be there. He left he left a ribeye in the freezer, so give him shit for that.

SPEAKER_00:

Matt and Joe won't.

Joe:

Matt and Joe won't.

Matt:

Oh. Interesting.

Joe:

Well, I want to get out there.

Matt:

Challenge exactly I want to play the Leto.

Joe:

Yeah, I want to play the Lord. Interesting. Interesting, Michael. Michael beautiful golf courses. Yeah, I don't know. I'm curious now because Like we need to go to Sand Valley tomorrow so we can actually see if Mike's right or wrong, because I think he might be a little wrong.

Matt:

I I don't know. Cliff says it's it's better than Bandon. That's Cliff's mind.

Joe:

No, the the thing about Bandon like Bandon too much. It's Bandon is not the ground. To me, Bandon is not the golf. It's the experience. Um and it's the journey, and it's like I love the golf, of course. And it's just the way it's laid out, and everybody is so nice. And I'm sure it's the same way at San Valley. You know, I'd be curious. And it's on the ocean. I mean, that's hard to beat, too. And San Valley is not on the ocean. Supposedly, I I have uh TNT. Supposedly I have.

Matt:

Yeah, well, I mean it's not right really east, but the closest that I'd say we have is you know, water joking a couple rounds. Tennessee tendency.

Joe:

This is true, right here. Payment fell. Shout out payment fellow. This is correct.

Matt:

Anything with sand, Joe would love Bunker Life.

Joe:

No, Sand Foundation. Sand Foundation. I'm I didn't read the Bunker Life. Um, I was talking today, so in my show on Friday. I can't believe I give my phone number out to so many people on whatnot. It's crazy. Um but uh we can go into this real quick. Marcus, who's also another seller, Agu Marcus on whatnot, he was in town for the rodeo. He pulled up to my house, helped uh, you know, sell some stuff. We hung out with him and Bernard, and you know, just kind of had fun and and did our thing and you know, just you know, sold a few things and had fun. And it was cool to meet him in person, uh, just like it was awesome to meet payment failed. But uh during that show, somebody sent me a message saying, like, can I give you my perspective as a buyer on this app? I was like, Yeah, let's hear it. And uh I said, hit me up, and I sent to my phone number. Humbled, humbled by golf, I think is his name is. He called me this morning.

Matt:

And I was like, Are you guys next to room?

Joe:

Who's this guy? Who's this guy? I'm outside, and it said like Chris, and I'm like, Okay, I'll answer it. I mean, it's it's got a name attached to it, it's not spam. So uh he called me and we talked for like 40 minutes on the phone. He's in he lives in Silanee, Tennessee. He's a farmer. We were talking troubadour, we were talking sweetens, you know, and just and we're talking about like he's like, you know, if people are doing these these things on these these buyers giveaways, and and I'm like, wow, like how interesting, right?

Matt:

You know, so what was his perspective?

Joe:

Uh he said he said people are like I don't want to blow anybody up, but he's just said, like, you know, people are doing it wrong, and people don't look out for the buyers. And I'm like, yeah, but people also don't look out for the sellers, everyone wants a deal. And he was talking about like people can't source properly, and they're yelling at people for prices, not going for what they need. And he was saying, like, if that's your situation, start it at a number, like upstate. And we were just going into all this stuff, you know. And I was like, you know, it it was interesting, really cool guy. Um, but yeah, I can't believe like you know, I talked to him that long because he's a golfer. He's like, I'm a golfer, I'm a I'm a real golfer. I'm like, me too, bro. Like, you know, and it anybody that's a golfer and loves the game, like you can do that with which is so interesting. Never seen the guy, yeah, no one by a screen name, uh yeah, T. But it it was it was actually I actually enjoyed it, which is crazy, you know. And he called me, he's like, Hey, it's humbled by golf, or whatever, whatever he said. I'm like, uh, who? What like what? And he's like, I sent you the message, and I was like, Oh, okay, how you doing? I'm going to like, I'm on my way to work. I pulled over in the target parking lot. We talked for 40 minutes, you know. That's golf. That's fucking cool. You know, yeah.

Matt:

Mike says, uh, Joe, all due respect, really sick of the sellers on whatnot, tearing into buyers for not spending more money. It's the opposite of what makes sense to entice people to buy. 100%. I agree.

Joe:

Yeah, I mean, you don't yell, don't yell at the buyers.

Matt:

They're gonna send you money.

Joe:

No. You buyers take the risk, sellers take the risk. Okay, you're in it, it's a two-way risk road. All right. If you need a certain amount out of it, don't follow everybody. Dollar starts, put that number what you need.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

Joe:

Now, in my experience, usually, if you start at a dollar, it'll go more than it would if you started at that price. 80% of the time, right? Sometimes you get screwed. It depends who's on, it depends what what you're selling, it depends on your your viewership, it depends on your following, it depends on your character. Depends on how fun you are to watch. It there's so many aspects, and it's it's funny. Like, you know, uh you know, I got robbed. I I've gotten robbed, and that's that's on me. It's not on the it's not on the buyer. That's on me. And I mean, I'm not gonna say names, but you know, like it's just you can't do that if if you're they're your customers, just like golf courses, right? Like, if you go to a golf course and you're paying for your tea time, that's way too expensive. And the the Pro Shop dude is like, yeah, whatever, you know, it's customer service.

Matt:

Do you think that a lot of those I'll say characters that have that persona where they're they're just aggressive? It's more for a show. Like, let's see how many people I can get to watch me be this character, and then if I sell something great, or do you think that's like their real personality?

Joe:

I have no idea. I've only I mean there's only a few people from whatnot that I've met, like uh Marcus. Marcus is in the chat, great dude. Stop by, had a bunch of fun. Like, I could hang out and play golf with Marcus.

Matt:

Okay, I didn't ask that though.

Joe:

I asked no, but no, I know this is what I'm getting into it. I don't know if they put on a persona, and if they do that kind of sucks, right? Like uh yelling and all that stuff. When I did talk to that dude, he was like, you know who I really like? Because he's doing his own thing. He was like, Matt, tradition golf. He's doing his own thing. He's like, he seems a little pompous, but he knows what he's doing. And he he's he's doing his own thing, he's not following what's happening, and that and that's the thing. Find your own lane, find your own lane. Yeah, I just like crystal claw. Oh my gosh, I don't even want to get into that.

Matt:

Before the app kind of like started blowing up, I mean, I think it's still early in the app's progression, but I think trying to get people into your show and having a concurrent amount of viewers and not necessarily having this all the people there to purchase, but more as an entertainment value. I'm wondering if that's still in some of these guys' train of thoughts.

Joe:

Yeah, I don't know, man.

Matt:

It's just it's just a turnoff for me when I watch something like that.

Joe:

I I instantly scroll, you know, just I mean, there's you know, I mean we're going way too far, but I think um he's so protective. I well, I'm on the app, man. I know you know a lot, you know, I know a lot of people and I talk to a lot of people, and you know, there's things that I'll say on here that I don't say there, and there's things I'll say in the you know, the the the group chat that I won't say there, and you know, it's it's interesting, but what you're saying is there is a shit ton of growth that's gonna happen. I guarantee you next year when when masters comes around. Oh, I mean that's why that's my thought process, right? Like it's like when every not all the country can play golf right now, so it's dead season, and it's but when masters comes around, everybody is fucking in jubilation of playing golf. Everybody's so excited spring again, and it's the masters, and everybody gets hyped, and uh it's gonna take off. But you know, you can't complain if you lose. That's on you.

Matt:

Yeah, remember the Scotty Driver Fairway cover in your last big follower mark show Joe. It sold for like 60 bucks for the set. It's 250 on eBay all day. Yeah, sometimes you take a hit. Yeah. Mike said it's a uh psychological term called transference. They're afraid they're not gonna make six figures on whatnot, so they tear into the buyers. I don't think it's a show. Most angry sellers are visceral.

Joe:

Yeah, and I I that's I, you know, I kind of changed my whole thought process uh recently. Like I mean, I'll do buyers giveaways occasionally, you know, but it's what I've done my last two or three shows is just I throw up buyers up and I don't tell you what it is, you know, and it's it's up to me on what I send you, you know, and it's it's it's the it's it's FOMO. Also a lot of it is FOMO.

Matt:

So it keeps people that want to be there there. Okay, and that's that's the thing. You I mean it hey, it's nice having it's nice having you know 600 people in a stream, but if 500 of those people are in and out, in and out, in and out, you know, and they're not engaging or learning anything.

Joe:

Well, that's the thing. I want people to come hang out, like truly hang out, you know, and and and teach. But you know, there'll be shows where I don't, I'm that's not the focus, or that's what I can't do, but like come hang out. You know what I mean? Let's talk golf because you guys know I love golf, so like that's what I want to do. And I'll support everyone else, and you know, can fum on or create the urgency, but I just love golf, man.

Matt:

Okay, so speaking of hanging out, we're we're doing this this chasing darkness, right? So once we're done here, we stay on, we stay on and chat more.

Joe:

Create the urgency, urgency.

Matt:

Mike, uh beautiful golf courses, has suggested that we do some kind of uh you know forum where we can get as many people in as we can. So I I found a way to do it, but through our current software, it's a ridiculous purchase. So if somebody wants to pay for that, let me know. In the meantime, what we can do, uh, and I don't want people sharing their emails privately, but if you have our Chasing Daylight IG page, or you know Joe or me or who however uh and you want to join the the after show, send us a message and we'll send you the link. And you can come and chat with us. Uh it is it is video, it is audio. You're gonna need to have a decent mic, and you're gonna need to at least have some headphones or airpods that doesn't pick up background noise. So if anybody is interested in doing that, get in touch with us. Like I said, as soon as this ends. Uh Zoom is kind of I I just I just don't like Zoom. Yeah, I don't like Zoom because I can't I don't like Zoom.

Joe:

Yeah, we can invite guests to StreamYard.

Matt:

Absolutely. We can invite guests, we just have to send it to your email. Um and uh, you know, anybody is welcome to join us. Uh, you know, depending you got good good camera and a good mic that we can hear you and talk.

Joe:

So uh I mean I know it is camera absolutely necessary. I mean you can do it on a phone, right?

Matt:

Yeah, you can do it on a phone.

Joe:

We've had Greenley on with his phone. Yeah, so I mean, all you need is a good phone.

unknown:

Yep.

Joe:

Not no, not no silverback gorilla iPhone one shit.

Matt:

Silverback gorilla. Uh the Google chat and all this. I I want to be able to control what I do with the audio. Yeah, that's why I like you know, we're paying for this software now, and it's very, very good. Kind of want to stick in with it. Uh, they have an option to we can invite, we can do a webinar. Have a hundred.

Joe:

Yeah, I think that's a great idea. Make it like a total request live, like open forum kind of show.

Matt:

Yeah.

Joe:

Where you can hear air your shit.

Matt:

You know, um, there's uh on the Chasing Daylight podcast, we have a contact page. If you want to reach out to us through that, you can. It comes right to my phone, so we get it really quickly. Um, big update. Did we talk about the website last week? Uh big, big update. I don't think so because I just when did I start doing it?

Joe:

You talked about doing it, but you know, yeah, I don't know. Within the last week.

Matt:

Yeah. Um, so let me I want to bring this up and show everybody so you can see what's going on with the website because it's it's going to be uh oops, that is not the right page. It's gonna be pretty freaking awesome uh once I am completely done with it.

SPEAKER_06:

See here. Bring it up here. Add this to the stage. There we go. Let me make this full screen so you can see something.

Matt:

This is our this is our main page, uh, and all these links uh go to the the platform. So YouTube music, Spotify, podcast, cast box, you can listen to it there. Uh on the main page, we have our five most recent episodes. Uh we put together five must-listen episodes. We have our social pages and some Garson Love, of course, down at the bottom. Uh, the about page, this is this is uh a great resource for information about us. This is about us, uh, what you can expect from the show, yada yada yada. Uh yada yada yada yada yada yada, then there's your hosts, and then this is where you can really dig into the show. Click on that. So this is what's taking me a long time. So all the episodes are listed, and I've done it by year. So this is this year, then we got you know 24, all the way back to going back to 2020. So all the episodes are listed here. What I'm doing right now, which is what's taking me forever, is I'm building a page for each episode. So on each episode, uh, you have it here, you can listen to it, uh, link to our uh Apple. Hey, if you're not following on Apple, please do so. Give that little plus mark, a little follow, helps us out. Uh, talks about the episode, it's got all of our resources to it, all the links. Uh, and then uh you can get the full transcript down at the bottom. On shows that we have uh a video version that is also now going to be on the show. So you can watch the YouTube, you can listen to the audio, you can read the transcripts, all of that is available there. Building the guest page. Uh, so these are all the guests that we have had uh in alphabetical order. This is all the brands that we've had in alphabetical order. The guests will all have a bio page. Uh so if you want to learn more about dig into that.

Joe:

Dig into that look at Mike.

Matt:

Uh Dr. Mike, uh, there he is right there. Um yeah, it's awesome. But then on the it's crazy the amount of people we've had on the show.

Joe:

It's crazy. It really is. If and a lot of people don't even know these people, and they're so fucking they're dope. They're so dope.

Matt:

Bradley Putters, you can you can click on him, and then there's his there's his episode. Uh, you know, I I sent out the guest form to everybody today. Got uh Matt Marino. We were just talking about tradition golf. A little bit about him, links to his whatnot show, his email, his IG, and then if you want to listen to the episode, there it is. So that's all uh taking place on there. Uh, and then I'm also uploading a blog version of the podcast on there, and then this is gonna get updated as well. Uh, but if you want to buy some gear and help support the show, this is where you can do it. This hoodie, love it.

SPEAKER_03:

It's very sick.

Matt:

Very, very sick.

Joe:

So and it's uh all those items are made to order, they don't come directly from us.

Matt:

Yeah, some of the stuff we'll have in stock, uh, like when when like some of the it'll be it'll say on there, you know, direct to consumer, or if it's you know, we'll be shipping it. So uh keep an eye out for that. But yeah, and it's all sorted, you can sort it by hash, you can that so big update to the website, a lot more coming. But it on this contact page right here. Joe:

Biggie boys, biggie boys.

Matt:

He saw the shirt, the the picture.

SPEAKER_03:

Yes, he did.

Matt:

Uh yeah, it's it's I've been sitting, you know, on on my uh my laptop doing this, and I'm an old school WordPress guy. Anybody that knows WordPress, I'm a classic editor fanboy. And then I found out today that using the blocks saves so much time. Um so now I am slowly converting to be uh using a block editor, and uh yeah, it's it's a whole new learning experience.

Joe:

But uh, go back and read some of the chat. Uh Bush, if you want to jump on the after hours, um just text me your email.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

Joe:

Mr. Mr. Big Man on UVS.

Matt:

Everybody from whatnot has it, anyways.

Joe:

No, not everybody. Bush does though. But Bush definitely does.

Matt:

Uh yeah. So, and then uh I'm gonna have a dedicated page for Garson um on there, and on the bottom, it the grips that each of us play. If you click on that link, it takes you actually to that page so you can buy that grip.

Joe:

So we'll be here. And you're working on the what's in the bag, what's in our bags, right? Yeah, yeah.

Matt:

Well, that no, that's alright. I got that already on there. Oh, it's already on there. Wow. Yeah, let me uh I'll bring that back up and show you real quick. Do do do do do do do do do uh so if you go to the guests and then you click hosts. Oops, that's hosts and click on Joe. Goes to his page, his little bio, and then my current setup so you can see what all of us are gaming. So we have that on each of our page. So if you want to know more about us, that is a great great way to uh Uh check it out.

SPEAKER_06:

Super Dan. Super Dan.

Matt:

Yeah. So not sure.

Joe:

Nor Nori, what we're doing is if we do a show after the show. Okay. This show is our podcast. The after show is for subscribers of our what do you call it? Not only fans, but you know premium service fans. Our premium service, our supporters, our subscription service, where we kind of hang out after the show and we just bullshit. So if we know you and you want to listen, you want to come hang out. Your questions while we're hanging out. Subscribers of the show get to watch that in a dedicated link that is sent out only for subscribers. But if we know you and you want to come jump on the show, you can send your email and we'll invite you where you can be on that show. Right?

Matt:

Yep.

Joe:

Okay. I did well.

unknown:

Thank you.

Matt:

Yeah, well, the the after shows are available on iTunes right now. Um, so you'll see it and it'll say private episode. You must subscribe to see it. So um the the subscribers to the show have access to that. But I just I I'd love to get in some conversations with some people that you know maybe that they don't want to ask questions here, and in a little bit more intimate, private setting, they can uh not intimate, a more private setting, they can uh ask away.

Joe:

Turn the can light the can put on that put on that Jodice tape.

Matt:

Light the can't sweaty.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, we have a 900 number too, if you prefer that.

Matt:

Any courses around here you guys like to walk? Uh Nashville's a good walk. Uh decent walk. Munis. I think country club's a good walk, Muni's a good walk.

Joe:

Summerlin's a good walk. I like Summerlin as a walk. Some people disagree, but I thought Summerlin was a great walk.

SPEAKER_04:

I'm gonna be the only one that's honest in this group, and you don't walk in Vegas. There's no walking going on.

Joe:

You can't do it all year.

SPEAKER_04:

Oh, you can, but we don't walk.

Matt:

Like like today it was a gorgeous day to walk. Yeah, but we know beautiful.

Joe:

The best walk in Vegas is uh the country club.

Matt:

Yeah, by far.

SPEAKER_04:

Do not walk Cascada.

Matt:

Do not walk out. I wouldn't like or revere. Or revere, yeah. Or even Sir Ket. I mean, God, they used to have the Wendy's three-tour challenge out there.

SPEAKER_00:

It's like, oh god, man, these guys are same thing with reflection.

Matt:

I would not want to walk reflection.

Joe:

Ever played a course that has lights on it? Sure have. Just this little place called Shadow Creek. Yeah, that's an exclusive experience for sure.

Matt:

Yeah, just drink lots of water, Dan. Come on.

Joe:

I've I've played, now that I think about it, I've played three golf courses with lights. You played clipping, didn't you? Four. Yeah. Shadow. Uh Cloud9. Las Vegas Country Club or not Las Vegas Golf Club. No. Las Vegas Golf Center. Um North Las Vegas Part 3. Oh, North that's five then. I've played five.

Matt:

Yeah. I've got Cloud Nine, North Las Vegas Part 3, Callaway, Shadow, Shadow. I didn't get to play Shadow. I wasn't here.

Joe:

At night. Depends, Bush. Depends. It's I think it's a little funner at night. If the lights are good. If the lights are good.

Matt:

If the lights are good, it's fun.

Joe:

It's fun.

Matt:

Yeah.

Joe:

Cloud 9 at Angel Park.

Matt:

They do need to update those lights, but it's it's it's fun out there. There's some areas where it's like really dark and you have no idea what's a little rapey out there.

Joe:

Yeah, uh Mike, I've also played uh this place.

Matt:

Beth Page, yeah. Yeah.

Joe:

You were there at night?

Matt:

You've played Shadow, haven't you?

Joe:

I was there at night, yeah.

Matt:

Yeah.

unknown:

Yeah.

Joe:

Not under the lights, though. Not under the lights, though.

SPEAKER_04:

No, I didn't play it under the lights.

Joe:

But I have you guys played this place?

unknown:

No.

Joe:

No, but you have, right? Yeah, once. I've played it one time. That's the only reason you're wearing that shirt.

Matt:

That's what I'm gonna get you for Christmas, a sweetened coast shirt that says I've played Sweet and Cove.

Joe:

No, don't do that. No, it's no, that's a lie. I have not. I've not.

Matt:

He's played it. Ask me about Sweet and Cove. I've played it. He's played it. No. Oh, getting ordered tomorrow.

Joe:

Hey, do it. Can I should I show him? You know what I should I show him? So you know me, right? I forgot. You know what I mean? I forgot. So we got you something for being the commissioner of the VGN.

Matt:

Aww, you're talking to me?

Joe:

Yeah. I got myself something. Uh a little fake for Breeze. No, so we had this made. Uh, you know, we were looking for something custom. Um, and uh, I we had this made, and uh damn, I'm looking for something to just fool you with, and I can't find anything. Um, but shout out Cactus Friend. Had a little hat made for you in the snow camo.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, sick.

Joe:

In the snow camo. Shout out there you go. We were talking, me, Dan, uh, Jeremy, and Trey. We were talking about getting you something for being the commissioner. There's a lot of work that goes into being the commissioner to the VGN as well as the man on the WordPress behind the Chasing Day Live podcast. So uh there you go. It's a leather patch with the Vegas.

Matt:

That's why that's why you needed the logo.

Joe:

I'm surprised you didn't ask me why I needed the logo.

Matt:

You just figured it was something for whatnot.

Joe:

Yeah. Run it.

Matt:

Run it. So that's that's yours. Awesome. Thanks, guys. Uh, run it. That's hilarious. You may you might see that Friday on Joe's show. No, I'm just kidding. Well, hey, let's wrap this.
