MattWelcome home. All right. Hey, I started on time. Forgot to turn the mic on. So, what is up, everybody? Welcome to the show. Uh, thank you for being here. Uh, exciting day for us. The chasing daylight where I got it back here. The chasing daylight grips are live on the site. Uh, they are on our YouTube channel as well. So, if you want to link through that, you can. Uh, if you can probably see it, if you look down below, it should be there. I have it set up to pop up. Hopefully, we'll see if that works.
JoeDaylight 15 does not work on this, guys. FYI.
MattYeah, yeah. The the on special releases and collaborations, the the code does not work, so uh don't do that. Um you could try, it just won't work. But but if you are a subscriber here on YouTube, oh did you get a you gave him a code? And you hit the uh birdie membership, which I'm I'm gonna change that, Joe, just because Joe's not happy with the name. But if you are a part of that click, uh you you have access to a discount code that you can use to save yourself a few a few ducats. So a few shekels, a few shekels, a few, a few pesos, little sli, little slices of gouda, a little cheese. So uh we got uh payment was kind enough. He he was the initial purchasee.
JoeUm that motherfucker, man.
MattI got the shipping all taken care of. There was a little flaw this morning. Uh, had to work through that, so it should be good to go. Should be good to go. If anybody runs into any issues with anything or something looks uh just a screwed, uh a rye, uh aloof. Please send me a message on the CDP Instagram and Teresa.
JoeTeresa's in the house. I ran the first two on whatnot on Saturday night before they ever went live. And Teresa was the first one that ever bought Chasing Daylight podcast.
DanOh, hell yeah. Shout out Teresa. Congratulations, thank you for Teresa. Thank you, Teresa.
MattShout out, Garson. Right, right.
JoeHappy Chasing Daylight Tuesday.
MattWelcome back. I have yet to make it through that entire episode. I've that was a long one, it's a good one.
JoeWell, it was good though, it was really good.
MattI don't have to we don't have to worry about an after
TV Talk: The Hawk, Stick, & 70mm Theaters
Mattshow because we had two after shows last week.
DanYes, we had a we had a we had a Joe Rogan podcast episode.
MattYeah, it was it was a long one, but really good stuff. I it's so much fun talking with Greenley, and I just sent him a message. I'm like, hey, Jeremy's on the way to Tokyo right now, so uh he ain't gonna be able to hop on. You want to hop on? He's like, I'm sitting in a movie right now, so no Greenley. What's he watching? What's he watching?
unknownI don't know.
JoeI'm going to that's a question I would ask for sure. He's watching the Odyssey, probably the Odyssey.
MattYeah, I'm taking uh the Brooklyn to see Spider-Man on Thursday, so that'll be fun.
JoeI do I would love to see the Odyssey in the full 70 mil like theater. We don't know Vegas, right?
MattUm I thought there was one at I didn't even look.
JoeI didn't even look where don't they here? That's me saying I would love to see it. I don't even really care that much because I didn't even look, you know.
SPEAKER_00We're sitting in the seats there.
JoeI would like to, I would like to. I would I wouldn't love to, I guess, but I would like to.
MattUh Green Valley Ranch, Joe, uh home of Joe's fireworks show, uh, has a theater that has the vibrating seats now.
JoeSo oh, yeah, full rano, full rent out. Palms is 70 mil, Kyle.
MattHmm.
JoeYeah, Teresa might be coming to Vegas to Vegas.
MattSo if you move to Vegas, yes, to Vegas.
JoeWow. Wow.
MattYeah, coming.
JoeHow much it's like 87. 87. I think we've figured out last time.
MattThat's a that's a good one. Yep, saw some articles. Okay, good. Yeah, okay.
JoeMight have to go to the palm, might have to go check out the poems.
MattI saw the Pinky Blinders movie there with with Mr. Gainey and uh good theater. Good theater.
JoeI I I mean, I wish like Ferris Bueller Revenge of the Nerds was shot in that 70 mil. I'd definitely go to the theater, rush to that. Probably saw would have saw more hair pie, you know what I mean?
DanUh oh, hair pie. Uh, that's great.
MattSo you guys talked a lot of RB. You talked a lot of uh food, talked a lot of a little bit of golf. Um yeah, I was gonna I was gonna talk about the hawk right there.
JoeYeah, I haven't I haven't fully finished it. I get I fell asleep. I haven't watched it.
MattYeah, I think I'm five episodes in. It's it's a lot more entertaining than what's the what's the golf PGA series, uh full swing? Way more entertaining than full swing.
JoeI I thought it, yeah. It's I thought it was really good. It's yeah, it's not bad. I think it's pretty act, it's accurate to what happens out there. I I mean not necessarily accurate, but but they use the corn fairy in the right way, they use like the digs that live are hilarious. Yeah, yeah, they they yeah, they use a lot of like lingo and things that actually happen out there, like in the right lingo, and that's what I really liked about it.
MattYeah, uh the you know, they have to ruin it yet, no spoilers. Oh, sorry, don't watch it yet, or just you'll like it, it's good, yeah, yeah. Very dumb. I mean, him you know losing in a bunker and and pumping the ground in the bunker, taking six shots in it. Little extreme, you never get to see that.
JoeA lot of stupid shit, yeah.
MattYeah, but and you know Will Carroll's gonna show a thong. He loves showing his fucking ass in a thong. Um, you knew that was gonna happen, and he didn't disappoint with that. So but it it was it was more entertaining than stick, which is the I never finished stick as Apple. I never even finished stick. Stick, I mean, I liked um what's his name?
JoeI liked it, but I never even went back. Like I we watched like the first four episodes and never finished.
MattI'm I'm so bad with names, but the the the main actor in that really it was I liked his character, stick and it was Owen Wilson. Owen Wilson, thank you, and then Luke Wilson's in Hollywood. Luke Wilson's in this one, yeah. So I was getting my my Wilson.
JoeUm, but I liked Owen Wilson's character. Typical Will Farrell, that's right. Mikey B, Jollibee. Shout out Jollibee, let's go! Shout out Mikey B. But no, I I um shout out Santa Clarita, you know what I mean? Um, but yeah, I never I watched we me and Katie watched like the first four episodes of this uh stick and hammered through it, and then I we never went back, but like with it was very predictable, very but I'm a big I grew up in that era as well, too. Like Will Farrow, like legend, you know what I mean?
MattLike, oh, there's some great characters in it, great actors in it, too.
JoeSo yeah, I think he went a little too little too Ian Poulter on it, though. You know, like a little too Ian Polter. I'm sure it was hilarious.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, did you get to that part?
JoeI've watched everything in the last episode. I think I watched half of it. Oh, there he goes, yeah. There you go. Mikey B. The hawk was filmed here in Santa Clara, literally down this from my street. Nice. Shout out Santa Clarita. Shout out Jollibi.
MattSanta Clarita diet.
Golf News: Koivun's Win, LIV Golf, & Rocket Mortgage Classic
MattAll right, so uh in some golf news. Let's see, I think the stick is great, but it's on a weird subscription. Is Apple? I forget, I don't have it. Yeah, I think the stick's on Apple. It's Apple, it's Apple. Yeah, all right. Uh so uh a little Google AI search for the top five news stories of the last 48 hours, and this is what it came up with. Uh Jackson Coivin uh got his win, uh War Eagle right there. 21-year-old uh got his win at the 3M open, uh charging Scotty Scheffler fell a few strokes shy. Um, but yeah, congrats to him.
Joe26 days as a pro, right? Or something like that. 26 days. Yeah, yep. I saw a very interesting reel today where it uh it was like somebody was like touting like Malbon, right? Like the future, you know, like when when he signed to Malbon 26 days ago, and they were talking about the different characters that are in Malbon and their different like ways they wear clothing, and like they were going back to like the announcement of Coivan, like the future, and then that dude wins within 26 days. I mean, good look for Malbon there, honestly. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
MattAll right, that was that was number one. Number two, this was this was a shock, shock across the world. Uh, live canceled their season ending team event in Michigan.
JoeDidn't even hear about that. Um, yeah, it's gone.
MattYou know what's what's crazy is it fizzling out the PIF funded them through 2026, right? Right, yeah. Where the fuck is the money? If they were funded through the end of the year, shouldn't you be able to play your events for the year?
JoeRight, if that's what I would think, but also uh what are we giving away tonight? We we didn't even mention a giveaway. I know we're not, but there was there was there was a bunch of people here now. There's not as many people here now. Let's get them, let's get them in tuned. We never mentioned it.
MattWhat do you want to give away?
JoeAre we gonna give away something out of the Garson bag? Give something around we getting low. We got three things in the Garson bag.
DanOh shit.
JoeWe got the Mira boys, Tony Final Boy, and we got the one of the PG Championship 2026. They sent me an extra one. I don't know if we I I mean, I don't know.
MattI I may need that one because I I must I mistake one of the masters ones that I shouldn't have.
JoeBeach Girl made it. Let's go. Shout out, Beach Girl. Uh, all you gotta all you gotta do is is leave a comment and be here when we pull the Gibby, and you can get your choice of one of these two grips. Shout out, Garden. Use code Daylight 15 and check out. But there you go. 10 people on the corner already.
MattSo one in 10 chance of grabbing a grip tonight. All right, number three was uh Ginny Shin snapped a 10-year drought at the Women's Scottish Open. So congrats to her for that. Uh the PGA is preparing for the final Rocket Classic, and uh it's crazy. It's it's you know, with how things are changing and that didn't re-up, that's not gonna be an event anymore. But they did some work on this course. This is a Donnie Ross going back to 1917. Shout out and they they redid all the greens to make them PGA standard, so it's all bent grass greens, they're new, they're firm, so they're saying that scoring chances are gonna be a little bit you know more difficult, but it was a 7,200 yard par 72, and it is now a 7,400 yard par 70. Uh, they took two of the par fives and made them over 500 yard par 4s, and uh they've narrowed the fairways some I think it was like six yards on average um to make it a little bit more challenging, and then they said that they opened up some of the fairways in the classic Donald Ross landing areas. So got you on the TV, not my phone. So this is my entry. Uh thanks, bitch.
SPEAKER_00Yes, thanks.
MattThanks, bitch. Thanks, bitch.
JoeThanks, little bitch.
MattSo if you want to see the Detroit Golf Club one last time on TV, don't know when it'll be back, if it's coming back, yeah, with all the changes going on. Uh, old time Donald Ross classic that's had a lot of work done to you know bring it up to tour standards. And then last news was the LPGA gears up for the final major of the year, the AAG Women's Open at Royal Lithum and St. Uns. That'll be taking place this weekend. Some cool stuff from Callaway just dropped today on the putter covers and the bags. They do a great job with those. Dan was saying a couple episodes ago that Callaway just knocks out the park with those, and they do. I agree. They do, they they really dig into the local vibe and the heritage of the course and and nail it. So those are pretty sick. In other news, um, Dan, how's work?
DanOh finally slowing down, finally slowing down, not done yet. Friday's my first day off, 27-day period. Can't wait. Wow, yeah, insane. Um, probably not. Uh, look at this. I think I'm gonna be in the hospital. Bob doing okay, or uh yeah, for the most part, for the most part, but yeah, he's gonna be in there for a few days.
MattOkay, yeah, I got uh I I did something I haven't done since 2018.
Joe2018.
Matt Prepares to PLAY (Not Run) a Tournament
MattYeah, can you guess what it is?
JoePre-Chaas a Daylight Podcast.
MattUh yeah, showered.
DanUm no. Um you you got a you got a ticket on your trip. Nope, no tickets. Okay, okay. Sorry, I didn't mean to put the bad module out there.
JoeEight wiener schnitzel.
MattNo, good guess, though. Good guess though. We were we were up in smoking, and there's yeah, I mean that classic R. God, probably longer than that.
JoeLet me see. Good guess for me.
MattYeah, very good guess.
JoeI loved Wiener Schnitzel growing up.
MattI signed up for a golf tournament that's not ran by the VGN.
DanUh oh, yeah. Oh shit. Are you playing in the are you playing in the grin event? I'm playing in the grin event this Saturday out of Boat Creek.
MattOkay, yeah, and so is Rob Chapman, and so is Greg Pars Paulson, and so is Kyle Shane, and so is yeah, I gotta get it. I gotta get it.
DanIt's gonna be a hot one out there, dude.
MattOh, it's only supposed to be 130. So yeah, yeah.
JoeDude, the uh me and Rob, when we were up at uh Royal, we were talking. He I forget, I don't know if he got one of my putting discs or what from me out the trunk, but um he was like, dude, I'm gonna have to figure out like tea times again. Like, because I'm I only I really the only time I really golf is during VGN tournaments lately for the past year or two, just how much is happening. So it's like, am I even gonna play anymore? I mean, like, you know, and he was saying he's like, Matt, just like just book like eight people occasionally every couple weeks or something. That way we just know it's happening, and then we can just be there.
MattYeah, yeah. So I I told I told Steven because Steven Jackson is helping the grant, um, because he helped him before when they were around, and then he came on with the VGN. Um, he's got a client coming in, so he can't play. So I've been chatting with him about it, and I'm like, I said, you know, I it's it I the last tournament I signed up for that was like a stroke play tournament was a SNGA event long time ago. Um, and it was one of the reasons why I started the VGN. Um so I told him I said it's gonna be interesting being able to show up and not have to worry about anything except playing golf. Yeah, so it'll be it'll be interesting, and my game is kind of doing okay right now.
JoeI'm I'm you know, do you think do you think you're gonna play better? I mean, you you've your game has been pretty good, right? But do you think the stress of running the tournament and like all that hinders you from playing well? That would be interesting. Yeah, it's gonna be interesting to see. So you don't have to worry about anything.
MattYeah, I don't gotta worry about nothing. I I I can be free. Uh I don't have to worry about announcements, I don't have to worry about getting messages, I don't have to worry about that.
DanWas gonna be my next question. Is like, how many messages do you get during around a tournament round? Oh, probably a shit ton.
MattToo many.
DanYeah, too many.
MattIt's hard to try to zone in when yeah, and you know, and I want everything to go good, and I want everything to go right, and I'm worried about pace of play, and I'm worried about our reputation as the cool. There's a lot going on, and and so it's gonna be nice to just go play golf and you know see what happens.
JoeI I mean, I really try not to text you. I I typically don't text you, I've done it a few times, but it's only when there's something wrong. Sometimes something wrong is going on. Hey, where the fuck, where the fuck is this par three CPP par?
MattLittle bitch, and then I gotta find out who got it, why they got it, what are they doing with it, where is it at? Yeah, all while trying to hit a shot that you know, right?
JoeYeah, yeah, exactly.
MattBut yeah, it'll be interesting.
JoeUm I I would assume you would play better for sure.
MattI mean, I'm hoping so because I I have played like ass this year in the VGN events, just not good. Um, and it's disheartening, you know, because I want to play good, I want to get another win, you know, before we before we shut it all down.
JoeUm Chewy in the house, a lot Chewy.
MattThat's uh sometimes, you know, that's the way the cookie crumbles, and that's the way the ball lies and and all that stuff. So uh no excuses, just results kind of going on. So we'll see what happens. I'm looking forward to it though. Oh yeah. Looking forward to it. And then we got uh Sienna next weekend. Um, so back-to-back tournament weekends.
JoeI'm probably not gonna pay you until next Friday, but I'm gonna pay you. Okay. Okay, I'm going out. We're going out of town. Don't worry about it.
MattI know I got you.
JoeDon't worry about it.
MattThose those emails are going to the gallery.
JoeYeah, I gotta go to the gallery. I gotta spend a bunch of money at Scotty Cameron Gallery. I saw this email. This email, uh, I don't know. Did you guys get the Scotty emails? No, uh, but it said uh studio, whatever it said, studio closed. I was like, during the time I'm gonna be there, I was like, fuck. And then and then I continued reading, and I was like, oh the gallery's still open. So yeah, I don't think I'm gonna play. I don't know. There's a lot of people I gotta check in with too. Like it's hard, it's hard to like, you know. I played with Larson last time. Um I'm trying to hit a Pedro, Papa Bear, Clubworks, uh, a bunch of there's so many people that I know in the area now, and it's just like I don't think I'm gonna have time. It's like a problem. There's a little nine holer out there, so I might hit that. Yeah, we thought we'd have a problem.
DanYou gotta make time for yourself, man. You gotta go play some golf. You can't please everybody. Yeah.
JoeNo, I I know that, I know that, but um we uh we scrapped our so that's not happening. That's my time, but no get no New York, you're not going to be able to do that.
MattNo New York, yeah. It was just it was just gonna be too too much going on, and I I'm trying to have less going on for the boss, you know. She's in a very high stress environment. And uh so I was like told my my oldest, you're you're on your own. You're on your own. Figure it out. Yeah, I had a few bad breaks last tournament. Yeah. A few. More than a few.
The Arroyo Rant: Bad Routing & Terrible Service
MattOh.
DanDid you play with Vic the last tournament?
MattYeah, I played with Vic. It's so it's it's so fun playing with Vic because dude's got eagle eyes. He can he see he sees the ball wherever it is, and a couple times we couldn't find it, you know, and it was like I'm like, Vic en counter.
JoeWe should ban mini drivers from VGN. He doesn't have a mini driver. Oh, I thought he did. I was talking about it.
MattNo, no. Vic played really well. He played really well. He kind of caught fire and played really well.
unknownFucking big.
MattYeah, I was ready to play a scramble after three holes. You know that that rough out at Arroyo. I mean, the course was in the the greens were a lot better than the putting green because the putting green was rolling at about a four.
JoeOh, it was that putting green was oh no it was so bad.
MattAnd Boyd told me, hey, it's like that out on the course, too. And then we got out to the first hole, and or we drove by 18 to 17. And he's like, That looks like they rolled it. It doesn't look as furry. And they they rolled good. I mean, they were true, they rolled good. The it was in really good shape. The fairways were green, the the uh rough was I mean thick as it was nasty. It was a stroke penalty being in the rough.
JoeUh see when you guys because we were texting each other during that, and I didn't I didn't see that for the most part for the first I don't know, like 12 holes, and then uh the last ones I I was in the rough a couple times. Like, damn, this shit is thick. So I that's the thing about that place, though. There's like different departments of the golf course. It's like a lot, you got electronics, you got clothing, you got the market, like and Walmart golf course. If you know that golf course, it sucks, dude. I was in the baby driving across the road, you're lost. Yeah, it might be going to that par three. What's the par three? Is that nine? The the long one it played like 200 down that's downhill with water on the right. When you leave you gotta drive through the entire neighborhood, you go play one hole, and then you gotta drive through the neighborhood, like there's one hole just by itself, and it's yeah, it's fucked arguably the worst routing in town.
MattUm I hit my first t-shot, hit it well, it just kind of faded on me, and uh, we couldn't find it, could not fucking find it. We're driving all over the place, and I'm like, like by you know, by my carry numbers, this kind of is where it should be. And it was a little further, but we did eventually find it. Um, and I was I was like 145 out, something like that. And I said, Well, you know, this is pretty thick rough. I'm gonna I'm gonna club down and and swing hard. And it was a layup to the front apron, and I was like, holy crap! I thought I I nutted that and it it went 115 yards. I was like, holy crap, you know. So I knew after that that I was like, man, cannot be in the rock, honestly.
JoeAnd it was super soft and wet in areas. Like I had a great shot on. I don't even remember that. See, that's the problem with that place. I don't remember the numbers because it's discombobulated, but I I laid up and it just hit a shot, and it's just fucking sludge, just wet sludge. Yeah, went 20 yards.
MattWell, the par four yeah, it was great. That's one I was playing really good, too. The fifth hole had that whole right side. It it felt like there was a river underneath the turf. It was so gushy and soft.
JoeYeah, but I was like even through six.
MattYeah, I looked on the leaderboard, and you were like, Yeah, after three holes, I was like, I'm I'm I'm battling for skins right now, you know, because it was it was uh no bueno, but you know, and you take away those couple holes. I didn't I didn't play that bad.
JoeWe uh I haven't played, I I haven't played there in so long, and I was like, I was trying to think because you know I love my routings and remembering the holes and like where are we driving to? I don't even remember remember this hole, and then we show up and I'm like, oh okay, it's this hole. And then we're driving. I'm like, what's the next hole? I want to know what like in my head, I want to know what's next, but it's just shitty routing.
MattWell, and and I was you know, we're not ever going back there to the VGN, so I can be a little critical of the course. Uh you know, we I I paid I paid for 53 players because that's how many people told me they were going to play. I had five people not pay me, which really pissed me off. Um and so then I found a couple people, right? But I had sent over the T sheet and the the card signs for 48. Um, and so I found a couple more people, and so I just changed the grouping from a four-ball, the last group, to a three and put the other two in the back of them. And you know, so we had a three-three. And uh I sent James Lewis a text message. I'm like, hey, you're gonna get a text message about your starting hole, and it's gonna be different from the pairings that I sent out. I just want to let you know why. And he's like, Thank you so much, really appreciate it. He goes, the course is five minutes from my house. I'll get the early and let them know that we need one more card. I'm like, sweet, thanks. Well, I'm leaving. It's five, 5:30 in the morning, and James is texting me, already let them know that we got a card, they pulled it out, we're good to go. And I'm like, all right, sweet, thanks. And I get there, and and the guy that was running the course that day is like, hey, so uh what's going on with these extra players? And I'm like, what are you talking about? He goes, Well, uh, we had you for uh, you know, 48, and now you need another cart. I'm like, well, yeah, I said I I paid for 53, we only had 48, but I found two guys that night. And he's like, Oh, that might be a problem. What he's like, you know, it's it's a 90 degree day here in Vegas on a Saturday in July. We're packed.
JoeWhat does that have to do with it?
MattI paid for 53 players. Yeah, you're double dipping on my spots. That's not my problem, that's your problem. Yeah, um, so that pissed me off. Then they weren't shuttling us to the range, which, if you're familiar with the Aurora range, um, yeah, you have to risk your life going. It's dangerous. It's very dangerous, and it's on the other side of the Red Rock range. Um, and that upset mean they left us like 10 carts, right? And said, Here, there's 10 carts. And I'm like, Okay, that's great. That's good for 20 guys. You know, what are the other 30 gonna do? Right? This is a shotgun start, you know.
JoeYeah, it's a tournament, it's a tournament.
MattPeople want to play with it, they gotta warm up. And and then the guy on the range was Was there anybody on the Red Rock side like warming up? I'll get there. Okay, all right. Oh, okay.
unknownMy bad.
MattJumping in.
DanThat's okay.
MattThe guy on the range, the range attendant was an ass. He's yelling at people, you hit enough balls, clear out. You know, you've been there long enough. If you've hit enough balls, clear out, you know. Okay, and Rob Rob went up to him and said, Hey, can you put some balls over here? Because you know, there's space over there to the right of where they had everything set up. He goes, No. And Rob said, I'm what? And he's like, dude, there's no there's no more places to hit, but there's plenty of spots over here. This is where we're set up. He goes, So you're not gonna do it? He goes, No. Of course, he was just being just being an ass, you know. Yeah, that guy's a prick. Yeah, uh, and and so Julian said to me, because we know Julian and I know the guys over at Red Rock, we know the head over there, and we have fitting events there all the time. And Julian's like, hey, why don't we you and me just scoot over and we'll go warm up on the Red Rock range? And I'm like, I'm not gonna do that. Somebody sees me over there, it's gonna open the floodgates, and everybody's gonna be over there. And I send out a message privilege, yeah. I send out a message, do not go to the Red Rock range, they don't like us, you know, common folk folk, common folk over on that side. Yeah, well, Sean, Sean has you know clients and and kids that are play out of Red Rock, he knows the guys, too. He was over there hitting some balls, and he had he had like three balls left, and the red rock guy comes over and says, Hey, you can't hit here. And he's like, Okay, yeah, I get it. He goes, I got three balls here, let me just hit these and I'll leave. And he's like, No, you need to leave. He's like, dude, I I've been here for like 30 minutes and nobody has said anything. I'm just gonna hit these three balls and I'm done, and I'll leave. And he's like, No, you are not gonna hit that ball.
JoeThat's the other thing I hate about that. You know, like put a fucking wall up if you're so concerned. Build something so you can't even access it. I first never played there, I went to that range. First never played there, didn't you like it? Put something up so you can't go that way or something. I don't know, but it's your fault because you have two you have a public course and you have a private course, it's your fucking fault, and your layout is shitty as fuck. Yeah, great condition, but it fucking sucks.
MattThe bunkers, the bunkers are garbage.
JoeUh the ones I were in weren't too bad, but don't don't be treating people like shit because they think that's the range, because you obviously are gonna think that's the range, yeah.
MattYeah, and because we're a local group and they gave us, you know, a better price than what the public you know rack rate is for a Saturday morning. Okay, I understand you don't want to fucking tender to us and and cater to us, but we still brought 50 guys out to play your golf course. Don't treat us like assholes, you know.
JoeThat's the thing I'll never under spell understand about golf courses is like if if we you there's 50 players, right? But we all live in this city and we all play golf and we love it enough to go play a tournament, yeah. And that's 50 uh customers that you could have, and they just are just I would I would love to QA the whole 50 guys that played and say, Who's gonna go play Arroyo next week?
MattYou know, who's coming back to Arroyo?
JoeI I don't go there because I don't like that place. It's not it's you know, I'll go play like Jordy says, I'd rather go play Wild Horse. I think Wild Horse is more fun than Arroyo, way more fun. Shit can be not saying it's yeah, not saying it's better condition-wise, but I have more fun there.
DanYeah, I know, yeah, it's skipping his shit.
JoeYeah, wild horse is dance favorite horse. Yeah, you're usually done in three hours, and then yeah.
DanIs that what it is to play royal right now? 120.
MattOh, we looked what what the local rate for that Saturday morning either played played it. I think it was 155.
JoeThere you go. Ten minutes from my house, and I will avoid it like the plague.
MattYeah, yeah, and I heard I saw some photos too. Stallion looks like it's in phenomenal shape.
JoeI love stallion. I haven't been out there in a long time. Is it yeah, yeah. I took my PAT course man of war tees, man award tees. Let's go.
MattYou said you took your PAT there? Yeah, when what year was that?
Dan2000 and did you play the man?
JoeWas it the back tees? Yeah, played the back tease.
Dan36 souls. That was a PGA course back in the day. Yeah, um that finish is this was like 2000 or 2001, something like that. And then uh yeah, I took my Pat, but then I just I'm still catting and just decided to go play.
JoeI love that finish. What is that? That full that that four, that short four, short four, the par three, four, and then I think you got the five, and then the and then the three, and then the five or something. Yeah, it's a great finish.
MattGood finish, good stretch. It's a good stretch, good stretch. Hey, so uh you I don't know if you guys saw, but I I should have put a little bit more details in it when I reposted it, but uh the guys at Please Let Us Golf were doing they asked questions in the most overrated courses, and I had responded about Cabot Cliffs, and so they they gave me a chat. I did see you close something, yeah. Yeah, I didn't I didn't see that. It's at the 17 minute mark. If you want to go listen to the latest episode of Please Let Us Golf, great podcast, by the way. There, there's some awesome guys on there. Um, they're geeks like us, and yeah, I I voiced my opinion on Clabot Cabot Cliffs, so which took a little criticism. I've heard it, yeah. You've everybody's heard it, everybody's
Matt's PNW Camper Van Trip & Liberty Lake Golf
Mattheard it. So uh we did we did something this past week. The fam. We hopped in this thing. There's there's my sister's neighborhood up in Spokane for those viewing on YouTube right now. Hopped in the van.
DanThe Death Star.
MattYeah, uh, took it up to uh Spokane, visited my sister, stopped in Boise, visited my mom. Air quality, air quality in the PW right now is oh no bueno, no bueno, forest fires, the whole state of Oregon's on fire right now. And my god, I I love chewing my air, and uh it it was thick in some certain areas. So uh thoughts and prayers out to everybody up there. I know Bend is getting just ripped to shreds right now with all the posts. Oh, yeah. Oh shit, there's some great golf out there. Yeah, that sucks.
JoeI saw a video of your client situations, pronghorn. Like I was I was watching a video on Pronghorn. Yeah, pronghorn looks sick. Gotta go to Ben, gotta go to Ben absolutely, absolutely fancy creeper van.
MattYeah, so we took it on it, took it on its first initial uh voyage. Uh van did well.
JoeUm, did you did you hit a champagne bottle on the front?
MattNo, I didn't didn't do anything like that. Um martinelli's, maybe a little martinelli's did some uh recording from the uh you know the phone mounted on the windshield. So got some road crossing into Idaho and Oregon and Washington. Got some of that, uh, some scenic views, um some fun time, but band did great. Uh, I tell you, I haven't driven something that gets affected by the wind so much. I mean, my forearms were on fire driving home uh Sunday because dude, it was so windy from Ely to it was windy and boisey, and then we got down past Ely and it was like a 20-30 mile an hour gusting side wind that's like BGC in the house.
JoeHow many people does it fit?
MattUh, you can fit four comfortably, five if somebody wants to lay down in the back, six if you don't mind the person laying next to you.
JoeI was gonna say, let's get Bob on the on the steering wheel and not shit people up somewhere, you know what I mean?
DanNo, we're tipping, dude. Yeah, no problems. We're tipping.
MattWe took uh from Spokane, we went over to Quarter Lane and then went south um all the way through Idaho, and there's this one stretch of road where you get way up on the hill, then it's like like five miles of just straight downhill and uh with like winding curves. It's it's beautiful because there's a huge uh valley down below you with the river running through it. And uh yeah, the I we're cruising, going downhill, and the first turn comes up, and I hit the brakes, and like it it doesn't break, you know. And I'm like, whoa, you know, and so it's like the first time I realize, like, yeah, when you're traveling at you know at 75 miles an hour downhill with that thing, the the brakes don't act like they do in my Jetta, you know, it it takes a little while for them to bring that. So that was a learning experience, but it was fun. Uh, it had a good time. Um, it's uh it's gonna be fun using it for because you know, we just parked at my sister's house and stayed inside her house. We didn't sleep in it, just too hot outside to sleep in it without being hooked up to power to run the AC. But uh yeah, it was a good time and uh played some golf while I was up there. This is uh Liberty Lakes. Um no, I'm sorry, this is this is trailhead. Uh so this is the nine-hole course.
JoeUm Jeremy Jeremy's in Japan, Mike on his way, he's on his way to Japan.
MattYeah, he's on his way to Tokyo. They were in the airport and had a little bit of a delay before their flight. So yeah, he's on his way to Tokyo. Uh so this is the nine-hole.
JoeMike, should we try and see if Mike wants to join?
MattI think he's working right now.
JoeOh, saving lives, way more important.
MattTaking care of heat stroke victims from the 110 degree heat in Wisconsin with 80% humidity.
JoeOh, dude, I saw DC Land Man the other day. It was like 92, and it said it felt like 130.
DanYeah, 127. Yeah, I should say passive.
JoeWow. Passive uh auto pass out.
MattYeah, this course is fun. It's trees, you know. You see that you don't get those out here. Uh fun little nine-hole course, shot even par. I was really proud of myself for that. And I walked, carried my own bag. You know, it was only nine holes, but hey, it's a start for me. Uh, then the other course I played was uh Liberty Lake, which the front nine is kind of okay, but the back nine is fire. Um, I'm standing right in front of the green. The T-box is behind the trees on the left. Uh, it was a 270-yard shot to that bunker on the right. Um, so it's it's a hard 90-degree dog leg to the elevated green. Oh, such a great hole. Downhill par three after that, that had banded trail vibes. Just really, really good. Probably some of the best sand I've ever hit out of. No joke. It was flawless sand. Oh, really? Perfect depth, perfect texture. I mean, it it was elegant, and I had three sand shots. That's good. I can't wait to rake this bunker. The sand is so plush, and uh but very wet golf course. They got they got that thing up there called water that just runs freely out of the ground everywhere. So um, yeah, uh it's it's fun and fire logo of of you know, I was kind of questioning that.
JoeLike, so uh uh I'm curious to see if Wildwood had the Sasquatch first or if they did.
MattIs it the same?
JoeIs there exactly it's not the same, no? But it you like how many courses use the Sasquatch?
MattI I looked it up and I found like three that use it all in different variations. I didn't see any that had it like that. So but they had they had a cool their their T markers.
JoeI mean, let me see if I can bring up the T markers real quick because I mean I know Wildwood's T markers are Sasquatch feet. I mean, I think Ryan up at Wildwood just he's killing it, dude, with the this was the uh come on, bring it up.
MattNope, wrong one remove there we go. So that's the white t marker, the blue t marker, yeah, and the red team marker is a footprint of a Sasquatch. So I like that. Yeah, that's that's that's good. So they had they had some good merch.
DanButternut Hills in Sorona, Wisconsin uses a Sasquatch.
JoeAh I feel like that's like way off the area, though.
MattIsn't Sasquatch more of a PW thing or Mike? Is it a Canada thing?
DanI think it's a tree thing.
JoeThere's trees chupacabra. There's definitely chupacabra down there.
DanSkunk apes and all kinds of these mythical creatures.
JoeYeah, I'd be really curious because I love what Ryan does at Wildwood, like the golf scout, like he's he's like a graphic artist and he does killer merch too. Like he he he takes it to a different like area spectrum. Like I mean, think Malibon, but like even cooler for like for the area it just fits. So I'm really curious who had the size watch first.
MattAn eagle up in a tree, which was pretty sick. Yeah, you know, old eagles all over the place up there. It's it's cool and Portland. It's funny that uh my sister told me or my brother-in-law told me he's like, everybody here is tall and fit, it's crazy. So we were we were out, you know, we went downtown and saw a few things and did some things, and he's right. There's like tall people like crazy around there, they're all descendants of Sasquatches. Um but there's also what I also noticed was there is a race to have the most shit on your face for the women out there, like nose jewelry is a big thing there. I know nose rings are popular right now. Not a big fan of the nose ring for me, it's just something I don't find appealing.
JoeI always I always love the little Dell the Punky Homo sapien nose ring. If you know, you know.
MattAnd uh yeah, I mean, they are not shy to throw shit all over their face. So yeah, it's it's it's a different town, different vibe. Trip and fall, tackle box. Yeah.
JoeExactly. I've seen the Trout National logo. I haven't even seen the Trout National. I've got National Logo. I haven't seen the logo. Get on that, Joe. Let's see.
DanTrout National.
JoeWell, I was I was gonna give a shout out to the homie Hesher Hack, real quick, because he surpassed he's on 604. Shout out to Hesher Hack. That's the homie, man. We've been with him since like probably day six.
unknownI don't know.
JoeSummer anyway. Yeah, and also shout out Ace Energy. Just I feel like Ace Energy came around and just gave him new life.
unknownYep.
JoeLike Hesher Hack is feeling it. He's learning lefty.
MattI converse with him quite a bit, and uh it I'm so happy for him. Yeah, because he's he's he's found his he's found his element, you know, and I know he was concerned about what if I make it, then what do I do?
JoeYou know, yeah, yeah. He sent me he sent me a message, or yeah, he sent me like a screenshot of something I told him like a year ago. He's like, dude, this is always stuck with me, bro. Like so, yeah, dude. He's the homie, and he rocks the hidden greens t-shirts occasionally, and the CDP hat.
MattHe's like the only hat that he bought hat.
JoeYeah, yeah. Um, let's see what else is I gonna say national logo. Oh, yeah.
MattLook
Golf Logos: Roasting Trout National & Sasquatch Debates
Mattup the trout national logo.
JoeGolf course, golf course, logo. Logo's very important, guys. Logo is very what is two jewels? What is that? I don't know what this is.
MattT Lu, what is that?
JoeT Lu with four jewels. Nice jewels. Hey, T Lu got two sets of jewels on him. You know what I mean?
MattGot that logo yet, Joe. Come on.
JoeI'm looking at I don't see the logo. I see the routing, I see pictures of the golf course, but I don't see the the logo.
MattGreenly said he's watching the Odyssey because we I told him we all guessed, you know, what movie. And he said, I got new irons, new balls. So much to chat about.
JoePHCB. I don't know. It's it's in the chat option. All right, well, let's just throw some jewels out there.
MattThrow some jewels to see what happens.
JoeIt's gonna be special. Whoa, so what's the throwing up stuff?
MattHey, you guys that are on YouTube right now. Um, can you see the grip in the because we can't, I don't think don't we don't we don't see it like you guys see?
JoeIs this it?
DanI think this is it right here. Yeah, I don't know who said it was good.
JoeThat's the trout national logo, I think.
MattOh, is that Mike Trout's course?
JoePalmetto, yeah. That's the Mike Trout, and uh I'm assuming is this it? Palmetto, it's tight tiger design Mike Trout golf course. Palmetto is that really his logo, though? Um, I see like some baseball scenes.
MattThat's what made me think about Mike Trout.
JoeTerrible that's a sick look. I I mean, I highly disagree, but I mean to each their own.
DanI don't like it.
JoeThat didn't hit with me at all. Sorry, is this it? Palmetto, is this it?
MattThat looks like uh uh eight-year-old art class with it looks very generic.
JoeHonestly, it looks like Matt did it. I mean, I see I see everything in it, right? I see the baseball seams, I see the T, trout, tiger, I see the G for Gur and Tiger. You do you see the G? I don't see, yeah.
MattThere's what's the little shark fan? What's that supposed to be? That's a flag blowing in the air. Oh, that's a terrible.
DanYeah, I don't know. Yeah, I'm yeah, I'm on the I'm gonna I'm gonna give it that.
JoeHonestly, but we're some of the pickiest golfers you'll ever see. Yeah, we need how is that we need to do a logo episode because it's backwards here. That's why it's it's a backwards sheet if you look at it, because it's it's flipping my screen.
DanSo I think uh swing and a miss.
JoeYeah, sorry, Brent. Sorry, Brent. I don't like it.
DanI don't like it.
JoeI think it's I think it's kind of corny. I do know that the golf course is not corny, though. I do know that. No, of course. Sometimes you know, you can't, I mean, uh a logo only elevates a good golf course, just a hair. It's not all about the logo, but a good golf course is always good. But if I was to spend money in that Pro Shop, I might just go with a logo ball. Honestly, five bucks, give me out of there. I don't even know if I don't need a polo or a hat. I I mean, but I'm also not a big baseball fan, you know. I love baseball. Now everybody can see it the right way. Instagram sure does like let me show you this right here. One of my favorite logos.
MattI yeah, Dan, I'm with you. That's that's no I don't like it.
JoeThey could have done better. Ring and a miss. How how would how like a like a trout, like a fish, maybe? That's what I was expecting. Like an angel could have done. Is he still on angels?
DanHe won't want to dedicate his whole life to that, but I should have put a ring, World Series ring with a fucking nothing, with a slash right through national, no and like this, wasting his career and overing hands.
JoeLet me show you one of the best logos ever to exist right here.
DanJust go to the Dodgers.
JoeGod, that's one of the best logos ever, right there. One of my favorites.
SPEAKER_00I agree.
JoeOr the onion at a hoopie. Uh it's gotta be simple. You can't you can't be a tryhard.
SPEAKER_00I love that one. All right, it's a good one. It's all that one and the dynamite.
JoeThe dynamite one is solid, yeah.
MattTriple bangers, double bangers. Uh, we need to do we should do that uh uh logo episode, right? Logo battles and randomly pull up logos and we vote on them. Maybe do that next week. Are you gone next week, Joe?
JoeYeah, I'm gone next week.
MattWell, maybe we'll do it the week after that when everybody's back.
JoeI don't even do my I don't even do that on whatnot. We're just you know, my phone's not helping me.
MattHe hasn't figured out how to use Google and add an image to the show. Oh, let's see. What do we got? We have 50 minutes. We're two hours and 10 minutes shy of the longest episode that took place last week. So um, don't think that's gonna happen again tonight. There it goes at that lettuce.
SPEAKER_02Look at it, it's glistening.
DanGlistening, it's getting so long. It doesn't give you explosive diarrhea, does it? Uh no.
JoeShut up, Carson. As always, Marcus is out there at the PGA buyer show out in uh Frisco. He's out there. I saw him on that charterie.
MattIt's right here, right here. It hasn't left, it's still here. Joe's like, oh, he's a local, and then Joe leaves it up to me to you know figure out.
JoeI ship all I ship all kinds of stuff out of here.
MattThen send Pro logo solid. Send me your address on on the CDP IG, uh, name and address, and I will ship this out tomorrow because I got some grips going out tomorrow. Hey, you can buy a grip too, and I'll put that in there as well. That would be the move, honestly. Yeah, that's that's the right way to do it. No, it's it's right here. I got here. It's that Dan Defasion stuff over there too. I haven't forgot about that.
JoePJ Buying Summit has been an eye-opener. So Marcus Agomarcus, he's uh also an Instagram or a whatnot, or um, he and him and his dad went over there for the first time. Uh it's not the big one, right? It's not Orlando, uh, but I'm assuming they probably moved the Vegas one to Frisco.
MattYeah, the Vegas one died.
JoeYeah, Vegas is gone.
MattYeah, yeah, that they destroyed that. It could have been so good, and they just squashed it. Just too hot. People didn't like coming here in August.
JoeThat's sick, Mike. Tie-dye, that it that fits the vibe all day. I tied one tie-dye to one of my own shirts at a um hey, just put it on with a corduroy hat, Mike, and you'll be good to go.
MattYeah, there you go.
JoeDude, and Mike would look sick. Imagine him pulling up to the coffee spot, and it's like the question for the day is like day or night, and he's in tie-dye, he's like both.
PGA Frisco: Is It Tough Enough for a Major?
MattUh, we played Frisco, a lot of people say daddy did.
DanI've yeah, I've daddied on the course there for a few days. Um, what are they shitting on it about? Is it saying saying like it's not it's not a PGA championship venue? Because I would agree with that.
JoeUm, we see that next year, right?
DanNext year, is that two years?
SPEAKER_00No, next year.
DanThey're gonna have to bring in those fairways a lot because that course is not difficult. And uh the only thing really that could protect it would be if the wind was blowing 40 to 50 miles an hour. Other than that, they're gonna shoot, they're gonna shoot 24 under the week. No problem. Yeah, yeah, Mike. That's it. Well, that's uh yeah, like I said, they're gonna have to make some changes because yes, it is definitely definitely not hard enough.
JoeIs it short though?
DanI don't because I don't think I don't think it's not really short, it's just it's just wide.
JoeLow scores are the problem.
DanIt's just wide, it's not it's not, it won't be there's no penalty off the test. Yeah, it won't be a difficult test for these guys. They're they're the best in the world.
MattYeah, major venues need to be they need to have some teeth.
JoeWe want we want them to struggle. We want the major struggle, I want high scores, plus scores.
MattI want like the winner to have been the best player of that week that excelled at golf, not you know, somebody that was able to hit it from bad shots because it wasn't in trouble, you know. Yeah, I hear yeah. I want to see the uh the elite level that these guys are.
DanI think Mike, there's there's probably a few holes where it would be tough to navigate through to get some of the crowd out there. Um but I don't know if you've ever seen any pictures, but there's like a big plaza and a shopping center out there, and the PJ headquarters are there, and there's a big hotel there. So there's a lot of space for the patrons to mingle and have like room to do stuff, but there are going to be some spots where it's gonna be difficult to access the course, that's for sure.
MattYeah, be interesting. So, what are our majors next year? Augusta, pebble, is pebble the U.S. Open next year, right?
DanYeah, yeah, yeah. That sounds right.
MattAnd then PGAs at Frisco and St. Andrews. St. Andrews. Oh, Pebble and St. Andrews. Hey, maybe Tiger, you never know. 16 right there.
JoeHe's gonna play, he's gonna play. He's playing both those. He's playing three majors next year. He's playing Augusta, Pebble, and St. Andrews. Let's go, Doc El Tigre.
DanYeah, Mike Masters is going back to Augusta, and
WE'RE GOING TO THE MASTERS! (Wednesday Practice Round Plans)
Danguess who else back to Augusta too?
MattThese fucks right here. These guys, I still can't believe that that happened.
SPEAKER_02I know me. That is pretty crazy. I'm like giddy, giddy, giddy, giddy. Giddy, giddy, giddy, giddy, giddy. That was wild.
JoeI was thinking about it again the other day. I was like, you know, what do I do if I'm definitely barefoot touching that grass? I'm taking a shoe off. Sir, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Uh how much are you selling tickets? Selling tickets for shit.
MattYou think they'll let us bring in plastic baggies and just pull divots off the fairways? Go plant it in your backyard and grow some Augusta grass.
DanJust come out there with a little passing. They said the tickets will be mailed to us in March.
MattSick.
DanPhysical tickets, too.
MattYou know what we don't have to do this year? We don't have to order the taste of the masters because we're gonna eat it there. We're gonna have it fresh as can be. Yeah, so take that taste of Augusta.
JoeSorry, we're gonna have to run the gates, we're gonna have to be there. Like, I'm so down to show we're gonna be there at 5 a.m. all day. Yeah, because there's gonna be too much to do. Yeah, we're gonna have to walk the entire course.
MattWalk the entire course is my one of the first things I want to do. I want to walk the entire course just to say, yes, we did it so people can see, you know, we get that line for merch.
JoeWell, we probably have to stay in line for merch first.
DanI've I've heard that from more than a couple people. They said get your merch first, but I don't know.
JoeYeah, I would say because they can ship everything, so I'm gonna be very and then we have to we're gonna we have to walk the entire course. I've from one to eighteen. I don't want to go. I want to walk it. Yeah, 18.
DanYou want to walk the routing? Yes, walking.
JoeAnything I would ever want to do in arroyo.
MattWhat you don't want to walk? That should be the punishment. You finish last, you're walking aroyo. Yeah, yeah. Oh, right. We got anything else going on? They sell the gnomes quickly. Yeah, I have no interest in a gnome.
JoeI mean, like, I I don't have super like I don't need a gnome, but I would like a gnome, you know. I can live.
MattI would like them at the master's price, not the whatnot price. Exactly. Yeah, yeah, I'll get I'll get one to sell one for sure.
JoeBut no, I I would love to just knock that out because the the line gets long and just knock it out, get your shit.
DanYou know, see, look at Mikey B right there. Merch first, then they can hold it for you.
JoeYeah, they can shock it straight to your house, hold it. I mean, they know what they're doing.
DanOh, yeah, because they make millions of dollars doing this shit with all this merch. Just a little bit.
JoeYeah, I mean, I wouldn't just a little bit, you know, knock it out because that's one of those things. You know, like when we went to Bannon for the first time, like I was worried about what am I gonna get? What's going on? Just knock it out, get it out, then you can just walk the routing, eat a Georgia peach sandwich, little you know, pimento cheese, whatever you need, egg salad.
DanI heard they uh they only limit the gnomes to one person.
JoeYep, gnomes, gnomes are yeah, gnomes are uh galleries. And we're going on the par three day, we're going on a Wednesday, and and there's gonna be par three uh gear merch that you can only get on Wednesday contest any other day, dude.
DanLike I I'm I'm a I'm not gonna lie, I'm slightly, slightly bummed that we don't get to be there for the tournament days, but to get the practice rounds and and the part of the contest, that's like a nice run-around finish.
JoeI mean, if you if you had to I think Wednesday is probably the best day you could go.
DanWell, yeah, I mean almost the top, yeah.
JoeOther than like run around Sunday, yeah. I can't believe you can bring a camera. You can bring a camera.
DanIt said Sunday, and but the thing is you only get two tickets, yeah, yeah. So that would have been crazy to get Sunday tickets and only two, and then we gotta find it out who's gonna go.
JoeI honestly I I mean it I would I mean you I would love to hear the roars on Sunday, but like I love it. There it's just an expansive area, like it's hard to see everything that's going on. Like, I like watching like big sporting events on TV, especially there because it's so expansive. But I would love to hear a Sunday roar, yeah, like in person. Uh but other than that, like I want to see everything that's going on. But I think the best ticket you can get is Wednesday. I I really do believe that.
DanNo, Tyler, I didn't I didn't get Thursday through Sunday. I got a Wednesday ticket, man.
MattYeah, we got Wednesday.
DanSo you don't uh you get to choose which days you want to go to, but you have no control over when they draw your name. You just draw you for the day, and that's it.
MattI'd almost rather watch Sunday on TV to follow everyone live and see the shots.
JoeYep.
DanYeah, that's what me too.
MattI mean, being on being on the grounds, being able to check out the merch, being able to walk the course, being able to see the guys on Wednesdays practicing polocations, you know, that's what I can't wait for.
JoeOn Sunday, you can't take a picture of yourself because no cameras, no cameras like on Wednesday, we're there's gonna be a chasing daylight podcast picture from the masters.
DanYep. It's I definitely would much rather watch Sunday too on on the advance. Yeah, just imagine though, like if you were there when you know Tiger came back and won 18. Or if you were there for his chip in on 16. If you're green side when Phil won his first major, you know, like granted, yeah, especially Phil's a little different now. But uh, you know, just I'm just saying, just special moments out of Gust on Sunday.
JoeIt's that it's you wouldn't you wouldn't have been able to see every shot, you know.
DanNo, no, that's that's true, but to witness the legendary ones at a place like that would be sick. Pretty special, yeah.
MattAll

JoeShout out pads, they are good. Yeah, shout out pads, very good shorts, very good. I did wear them. I wore them when we did our little staycation downtown. Solid. They are better than the previous black ones, like whatever previous generations are much better.

JoeWas it in Lando's or who?
MattI don't even know. No, that was in uh right here. Uh Theel. Oh. That was his shirt, so Oh, I thought Lando's Tyler Lewis right there. Okay.
DanY'all got any loggerhead Garsons?
JoeLonger.
SPEAKER_02Wait, what?
JoeLonger Garsons? Like the 17s? I think he's talking about the longer ones, the 15s or 17s. That's what I've assumed, unless I'm incorrect.
MattThe 17?
JoeThe ultimate seventeen.
MattThat's a that's a beefy boy right there. Um I'll have to look and see in my garage. Oh, it's on the website. What size? Let me know what size, and I'll I I have a bunch in the garage. I may have one. Not my government.

SPEAKER_02He's a hippie.
JoeHe's a Subaru. He f he follows Dead and Co and fish around the country.
MattI have been to a Grateful Dead concert though, so Oh.
DanI see what I see what Tyler's talking about. Please, Maddie.
JoeDid they drop something to you or not?
DanLoggerhead. What is Loggerhead? I think it's a turtle.
JoeIt's probably part of their thing, where you know my garden thing. Where they're producing for other people. Loggerhead is a big turtle. Holy smokes. Thiel. It's a turtle. It's a turtle. It's sold out, but it would be uh the color. You like the colorway. Yeah, that makes sense. Well, if you sell these ones out, maybe we'll do other colorways. Yeah, sell these two podcast ones out.
unknownMaybe we'll do that.
MattOh, why are you protects like their Jesus? Yeah, that is true. They they love their sea turtle protection. They do. Uh all right. So

JoeJewels on YouTube Live are a digital currency that viewers buy in bundles to send interactive virtual gifts to creators during live streams, but you didn't buy any. Yeah, he spent he spent five Give it. I'm just I'm assuming you earn jewels from watching shows, and then you can spend them where you want, or you could buy them. Yeah, I I don't think you purchased any, so you must have just got them from watching.
MattThe show is now sponsored by beautiful golf courses. Sorry, Garson. Uh no, just kidding. I don't remember purchasing. Uh have you been working like a 36-hour shift? So are you a little delirious right now?

JoeI can't wait for two years.
DanYeah, Joe's gonna have a show every night on what's going on to do that.
