Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Biblical Christian Worldview
Longer life is not the highest goal in life.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Quick Quote - Source - Jeff Hilles
A Biblical Christian worldview perspective - Some live for a short time, some for a long time. Some of us live a largely pain-free life and others, sadly, live in constant pain and suffering. Some have an abundance of resources at their command and others barely have the shirt on their back.
Though arguably important during our life, in death, none of the above matters. In fact, because God's ways are above our ways (Isaiah 55:8), often those with less on earth will gain more in the beyond (James 2:5).
If one truly believes a personal relationship with Jesus and, subsequently, serving God is more important than longevity in life... it should make a profound difference in our day-to-day priorities.
