Welcome to the March episode of the Godolphin Flying Start Podcast, Leading to Success. Your hosts for this month's episode are first-year trainees Annabel Adams (NZ) and Edmond Ryan (IRELAND). In this episode, we caught up with the 2007 graduate Tom Morley as he discuss setting up a training operation in the USA. Shelley Mann, Executive Director of the Secretariat Center in Lexington, joins us to discuss Thoroughbred aftercare. Our first-year trainees have been completing a weekly practical experience rotation with Shelley and her team. Finally, second-year trainee Shea Connolly joins us from Ireland to provide an update on the final phase of the programme.
