The Godolphin Flying Start course is a two year full-time management and leadership program for the Thoroughbred industry created by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum. Welcome to the March episode of the Godolphin Flying Start Podcast, Leading to Success. Your hosts for this month's episode are first-year trainees Annabel Adams (NZ) and Edmond Ryan (IRELAND). In this episode, we caught up with the 2007 graduate Tom Morley as he discuss setting up a training operation in the USA. Shelley Mann, Executive Director of the Secretariat Center in Lexington, joins us to discuss Thoroughbred aftercare. Our first-year trainees have been completing a weekly practical experience rotation with Shelley and her team. Finally, second-year trainee Shea Connolly joins us from Ireland to provide an update on the final phase of the programme.
