Welcome to the Leading to Success podcast, a podcast created and run by Godolphin Flying Start trainees. The Godolphin Flying Start course is a two year full-time management and leadership program for the Thoroughbred industry created by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum. Hear about the first-hand experiences from the trainees themselves, who will provide insight to the course, their experiences, and careers in store for graduates.

Season 3 Episode 2
The second episode of season three features the hosts Gerard Donworth and Anna Cahill, who look back on their time in Ireland for the first phase of the programme. Guests include first-year trainee and American native Claire Wilson, who discusses her path to programme and her experience of the Irish phase. The team leaders are also joined by Clodagh Kavanagh, Godolphin Flying Start Executive Director, who spoke in depth about the application process, which will open on December 1st. Finally, second-year trainee Annie O’Rourke speaks about the Australian phase to date and what she and the team have been learning since arriving in August. The next episode of Leading to Success will be released on November 24th and will be hosted by UK team leaders Sean Cooper and Jake Swinburn.
