The Godolphin Flying Start course is a two year full-time management and leadership program for the Thoroughbred industry created by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum. We also get his views on the recent sales from this year. We also chat to current first year trainee Rachael Doody from Ireland who gives us her journey before the programme and how she is getting on so far.
