Rachelle's odyssey back to herself & her purpose.

I know I have.

On this weeks episode we chat to a very special friend of mine, Rachelle Pitcher.
Rachelle is a Master Practitioner of NLP Time Line Therapy & Advanced Hypnotherapy, she is also a Reiki Master.  She coaches with a specific focus on helping people overcome fear, phobias and anxiety, it may not surprise you to hear that what lead Rachelle down this path was wanting to overcome her own struggles with overwhelming anxiety & fear.

Rachelle was raised with in the confines of a very strict religion and due to the immense pressure she felt she was under to be the "good girl" or the right type of girl for her family & God, she forced herself to become a very high functioning achiever, by the age of 14 she had finished school & by 15 she was in the work force.
Going out in to the world made her desire to experience new things that were frowned upon by the Church & her family, this caused her to disconnect from her body and extreme fear & anxiety began to take hold.

At 20 years old Rachelle was excommunicated from the church for decisions she made.
