Rose shares with us her story of growing up in a controlling household where her father was abusive & addicted to drugs, she also bravely shares her account of being sexually assaulted at a young age. Beyond her traumatic story she goes on to share how she hit a turning point in her life where she realised things needed to change. Rose opens up about the people & tools she  that have helped her along her healing journey & the most effective things that helped her transform her trauma.
