Linda started her spiritual journey after she met the man that broke her... open. He was her catalyst.

This intense connection was unlike anything she had ever experienced before and when it ended, the excruciating pain drove her to look for answers. She realized that the reason this pain felt so familiar and so intense is because she had felt it, or a flavour of it, before.

She found resources that helped her understand her childhood in a new way and started noticing the similarities between her childhood trauma and her current life situations. So she worked to release patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that, while having served as coping strategies during her early life, were, as an adult, detrimental.

She started tapping more into her gifts and desires; remembering who she was and what she wanted before the world put expectations on her.

Life began to flow more naturally and easily. She started confronting long-held fears and for the first time in her life, she experienced the purity of joy.

Her purpose is to live a fulfilling, meaningful, and joyful life in alignment with her soul's gifts and deepest desires. And, to help you do the same!
