Nourish Your Soul Spell - from Deborah Blake
Tools: candle, a wee cake or sweet bread & ale – but any drink that feels indulgent works
Notes:
This spell is best performed on the night of the full moon, preferably outside. Light the candle. Ground and center, feeling the connection with earth and sky. Feel the goddess touch your spirit.
Say:
Bountiful Gaea, mother of the earth and of me Whose gifts sustain my body Please send me what will sustain my soul As I eat this cake, so I will take in what nourishes my soul
(take a bite of the cake)
Say:
As I drink this ale, so I will take in what nourishes my soul
(take a sip of the ale or your drink of choice)
Say:
I open my heart and spirit to your gifts And I open my eyes that I might see what you send my way So be it and so it is
