Your ancestors are literally a part of you; their presence is within your genes. You are affected by their energy all the time, whether you are aware of it or not. Exploring who your ancestors were would be incredibly beneficial if you want to know who you are. Explore those genetic imprints left in your DNA, and find out if some of these imprints are of service to you or not. This is very beneficial in breaking negative patterns that cycle from generation to generation. Our time here on earth is to heal the past and shine the light for future generations.
