To see all Christians grow in our faith and spiritual maturity by growing in our knowledge of God through the reading of the Word of God guided by the Holy Spirit of God to the person of God in a growing Christ centered relationship all for God's glory. For men, women, boys, and girls to come to know Jesus as Savior by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus alone.

Morning prayer. Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. Father, help us to stay connected to the vine. We can do all things through Jesus, but we can do nothing apart from Him. May we abide in Christ and He in us if we might live for you today, we might love you above all else and love our neighbors as ourselves, trusting you and obeying you in all that you've said and told us to do. Father, you have called us to live controlled by the Spirit, not by the flesh, that we walk by the Spirit and not by the flesh. Help us to listen attentively to the Holy Spirit speaking deep in our spirit with a quiet, still voice saying this is the way of life. May we live according to the Holy Spirit. Help us, Father. We pray for people who have cancer. We pray for strength for this very strenuous, debilitating journey. We pray for healing. We pray for full advantage and effect of the medical fields offerings. And we pray for you who are our healer to bring about that healing for your glory and your honor. Encourage their families also as they walk with the one who's battling this cancer. Father, help us to be strong in the Lord. The Lord is our strength, our salvation, our hope, and our joy. May we walk in the peace and joy and strength of the Lord this day. In Jesus' name, Amen.
