To see all Christians grow in our faith and spiritual maturity by growing in our knowledge of God through the reading of the Word of God guided by the Holy Spirit of God to the person of God in a growing Christ centered relationship all for God's glory. For men, women, boys, and girls to come to know Jesus as Savior by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus alone.

Heavenly Father, we need you. You don't need us, but we desperately need you. We can't even take a step without you. We can't breathe without you. Our heart doesn't beat except that you give us beat of our heart and breath of our breast. Have mercy upon us, O Lord. Create in us a heart that loves you and seeks for you, a heart that humbles ourselves in your presence, a heart that truly seeks to love you and love our neighbor. Lord, we pray this evening for people who have trouble resting, many people who stay awake most if not all of the night, night after night, whether it's from heartache, anxiety, years of working in a job where sleep was hard to come by, whatever it may be, we pray for rest. Lord, you are the giver of every good gift, and rest is one of your most precious gifts. We thank you for the gift of rest. We pray that many would experience that tonight. Lord, your greatest gift is that you so loved us that you gave your Son that whoever believes in him would not perish but has everlasting life. By grace alone, a gift from you, through faith alone, trusting in Jesus alone. May many come to salvation, come to the new birth through faith in Jesus this day as a gift from you. Father, we pray for people who are in the hospital, in other care facilities, in emergency rooms whose anxiety levels and pain levels are off the roof, so to speak, and yet we know that you are able to bring calm, assurance, and peace into the midst of their struggle. So we look to you and say, Lord, help them, meet them at their point of deepest need, minister to them, and lead them and each of us in the way that is everlasting. Through Jesus our precious Savior, we pray. Amen. Thank you, my friends, for praying with me. God bless you tonight until we meet again.
