To see all Christians grow in our faith and spiritual maturity by growing in our knowledge of God through the reading of the Word of God guided by the Holy Spirit of God to the person of God in a growing Christ centered relationship all for God's glory. For men, women, boys, and girls to come to know Jesus as Savior by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus alone.

Evening prayer. O Lord, our Lord, how majestic, how wonderful, how amazing is your name in all the earth. You are God, and there is no other. Our hearts look up to you. We rejoice in you. We sing praises to your name, for you are our God, and we love you. Help us to love you more. We want to love you with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love our neighbor as ourselves. Help us, Father. These are not things we can do in our own strength. Help us to walk by the Spirit and not by the flesh. To humble ourselves and be obedient to you, to trust in you with all of our heart. Do not lean on our own understanding, but in all of our ways to acknowledge you and know that you will direct our paths. Let us not think of ourselves more highly than we ought, but think of ourselves humbly with sober judgment according to the measure of faith given to us. Father, we pray for people who are struggling with dread diseases like ALS and other similar debilitating, deadly diseases. Father, there are many of them and we pray for all of them. We pray for effective research and medical development that would bring an end to those. We pray for your healing mercies. We pray for peace in the midst of the process. You are our God and you are more than able. So our hearts look up to you and we find in you all that's needed for this life. We bless you and praise you through Jesus our Savior. Amen.
