The power of hypnotherapy lies in its ability to access the Subconscious Mind where habits, beliefs, and attitudes are formed, is also where we store memories, and experiences. How hypnosis can make positive changes to the way athletes think and perform?
Today will address how hypnotherapy can impact an athlete’s ability to perform at their best. 
Hypnotherapy techniques for managing performance anxiety involve identifying the root cause, and developing strategies to reframe the negative patterns of thoughts that can lead to better and more effective mental, emotional and physical actions in the chosen sport. 
Many famous athletes had received hypnosis sessions, before and after the game, training or practice.  Hypnosis facilitates  focus, concentration, relaxation, recovery, and injury prevention. 
Today I’ll talk about how an open mind  with respect to hypnosis can be a beginning of a great career in the world of sports or just play your game better at any level. 
The results of my skill as a hypnotherapist keep me excited, a reason why I decided to talk about this topic for today.
