Think of that spark of energy that burns inside of you. 

The force that guide you through your days with purpose and excitement. 

That helps you tackle challenges -with enthusiasm. 

And find real joy in the simple things. 

If you've tapped into that even a little bit. 

Then you've glimpsed the real truth. 

Vitality does not come from a pill or a quick fix. 

It comes from your mind, body, your spirit, all working together as one. 

It's this mind, body spirit connection that changes ordinary moments into something special. 

An adventure. 

Where you drink in each breath with true wonder and total appreciation for the gift of being alive . 

So how do we grow and protect this vitality?

For me. It starts with honoring this incredible body that houses my spirit. 

Treating it with deep respect through practices like QiGong,

that strengthen and align our physical and energetic selves. 

QiGong is an ancient art I've grown to love for how it tends the fires of our vitality from the inside out. 

You probably recognize it, I incorporate it in a lot of my classes. 

These are simple flowing movements,

and focused breathwork 

that fires up the inner flames,

while it clears the way all that energetic garbage. 

We've also got to be choosy about what kind of fuel we use to nourish those fires. 

Don't we? 

You know, food, isn't just calories. 

It's instructions for our cells to either thrive,

or slowly die away. 

As always, I encourage you to opt for whole foods as much as possible. 

And pay attention to how these different foods impact your energy level. 

I always say your body's smart. 

You've got to step back and listen to it. 

So let your body's wisdom guide you, 

towards the most healthy diet -for you. 

Let's talk about the power of stillness and silence.

Simply being, instead of doing all the time. 

The quiet moments of breathing deeply. 

Letting that monkey mind's chatter and all that garbage go away

and enjoy stillness's embrace. 

For me this is one of the best ways to recharge and you know what? 

No stimulants are required. 

Vitality is also deeply nourished through connection... 

connection with others. 

The energizing exchange we experienced through these relationships. 

Lifelong friends with whom we can be truly authentic. 

Family who reminds us of our place in the world. 

And I'm not just talking your given family,

I'm talking your chosen family. 

Kindred spirits who uplift us. 

Allow yourself to bask in these amazing connections. 

Finally, I encourage you. 

Pursue your passions and callings.

There's no greater source of vitality, 

then engaging your fire within. 

By taking these simple practices and incorporating them into your daily journey,
