 Are you a perfectionist?

Let's face it, perfection is a trap, and it can suck the joy right out of you.

I think it's basically an illusion.

Come on, life is messy, it's unpredictable, and it rarely goes according to plan.

But that's okay.

Embrace imperfection. It isn't about lowering your standards. It's about being realistic and actually compassionate with yourself.

You know the magic happens when you let go of perfection and embrace good enough.

That warrior pose that might be a little wobbly or not quite deep enough.

Hey, it's good enough.

The homemade meal that just doesn't look  like you want it to. That's also good enough.

You know, there's a beauty in the realness of these moments because they are authentically you.

I want you to realize mistakes are not failures.

They're opportunities to learn and grow.

Each misstep teaches you something valuable, be it patience, flexibility,  or sometimes as in my case, you learn how to laugh at yourself.

And you know, these are priceless lessons.

When you're not obsessing over perfection, you're free to be fully present.

You savor the little joys in life that  seeking perfectionism often overshadows.

Oh man, the tranquility of Qigong.  The fresh air on a nature walk.  Big hearty laughters with a friend.  Spending time with family. That's what matters most.

So, at RiversZen, we celebrate progress. Not perfection.

It's amazing how far you can go when you're not weighted down by those unrealistic expectations.

Every single small step forward....  That's a win we're celebrating and you know what I've talked about this before you are perfect in your imperfection.

And with that move, well stay healthy, be happy... live today and every single day with passion  after you find your purpose.

Talk to you soon. Have an amazing day
