I've got a very special guest today and I'll tell you why she's here... because I had this brilliant idea to introduce the balance and alignment 30 day challenge starting tomorrow. 

I told Peggy I wanted her to get a pair of sky high stilettos and model them to show everybody how amazing her balance was! 

And you know what she said? 

No. 

I couldn't believe that because I just thought it would be amazing. 

You know, I also like to see beautiful women in high heels. 

What can I say? 

Being she wouldn't let me do that. I told her, well, in that case, you need to come explain what 30 days to dramatically improve your balance is all about... it's on YouTube, starting free tomorrow.

Peg. What is it about, why do we want to improve our balance as we age? 

Well, number one, I gave up the stupidity of wearing four inch heels for... 

I wouldn't call it stupid. 

/I did it for like 35 years. That was stupid. Okay? Everything that it did to me was the error of my ways. Okay?

Because many of the things that are wrong with me... and actually they were wrong with me, but they are way better now. 

Most of the pain and suffering was connected with... being in four-inch heels for probably 35 years, and lots of sitting. 

The 30 day challenge for improved balance is really a game changer, because right now, can you stand in the middle of the room and put your socks on? Can you put your trousers on? Are you able to do those things without assistance? Those types of things are what give you freedom. 

Having better balance is going to improve your gait, is going to improve pretty much all of the systems and functions that you go through in a given day\. 

Because balance is so critical. It's going to help with your alignment, It's going to help... not only with your balance, but it's going to help you with all of the motion that you're involved with as well, because for everything that we do, we need to be able to be in balance. 

/So what happens if I decide to do the 30 days and I log onto YouTube tomorrow morning... what am I going to do? Am I going to have to stand on one foot and jump up and down in the air or something? Or what happens? 

/It's a slow transition. Oh, it's a little bit each day. 

/I could probably do that. 

You could probably do that. It's all geared for starting with where you are. And slowly getting a little bit better every single day. Needless to say, if you have questions, you know how to get ahold of us. 

So starting April 15th, it's all on YouTube. We want it easy. Most of you can probably watch that on your TV. 

And you know, if you come in late that's okay, just jump in and it'll all still be there. 

Every day you're going to have a 10 to 15 minute session with Peggy.
