Here is where we spend 8-10 weeks diving into what areas of your life you want to change and steps to get you there.
There are 4 phases to our work.
In phases 1 & 2, we will get acquainted and see where you are, who you are (strengths and values), and where you're going.
In phases 3 & 4, we'll build goals, action steps, and habits to get you to where you want to be. As well as have me as your accountability buddy to help you stay the course on your goal/habit-building.
