Meet Em Connors, a passionate entrepreneur who fearlessly pursued her dreams and transformed her life in the process.
Em started her career in the fashion industry; if you’ve seen "The Devil Wears Prada", you’ve got a pretty good picture of what it was like! So after over a decade of living and working in New York City, Em felt a calling for something more.
Trusting her intuition, she left New York in search of love, starting a family, and fulfillment in her career. Shortly after moving to Maryland, Em met her future husband, and together, they ventured into entrepreneurship, opening a CrossFit gym. Juggling the roles of business owner and social media strategist, mother to two young children and a pandemic, Em discovered the power of Canva, a design tool that revolutionized their gym’s social media presence.
Em's hunger for personal growth led her to dive into the world of online course creation, teaching others how to use Canva to easily plan and batch social media content. When she successfully launched her first course, generating $12,000 in just five days, Em and her husband agreed it was time for her to leave her day job and fully commit to being an online course creator.
