So we've got the sirloin that, again, they cut for me, yep, so I'm going to just drop it into this bowl, and I have some flour here that I seasoned with salt and pepper. That's great, because the flour will soak up some of the moisture and will also thicken the juice afterwards. Yes, exactly, okay. So we're going to take the flour and you can kind of go like this way and this way, or dump it this way. I'm going to do it into the bigger bowl because I think it'll just be easier to mix. Yep, and I'm going to just get kind of gross here.
Speaker 1:Ah, get your hands dirty. This is how the Italians do it, man, everybody does it that way. You've got to use your hands. Yeah, this is how the Italians do it. Everybody does it that way. You've got to use your hands. Yeah, my grandma, like you know, you've got to do the meatballs, but she even mixes the salad with her hands. Really, because I know that's kind of gross, I don't do that, but why is that different? She says that it gets mixed better, but why is it gross, though, if you're going to mix everything else up? Yeah, meat's okay, but salad no. No, I haven't forgotten. I touched that lettuce With the olive oil, with the olive oil, oh yeah, but I'll touch the rummy, right, yeah, that's right. Oh, you're funny, yeah.
