Hello, this is Kelly with Gia's Italian Kitchen. What are you doing this Thursday? In two days, may 15th. So part of my cooking challenge series that I've been working on since December, this next one, giada. She has a new cookbook and we are going to be doing a couple test recipes live on Thursday nights, 6 pm Central. So we're gonna make some Calabrian chili oil with these gorgeous dried porcini mushrooms that we're gonna put. Check this out, got these online or, if you're in Sicily, get them there in the food processor, turn those into powder, and then of we've got some olive oil, some tomatoes, all the good stuff, right, oregano, red pepper. It's going to be amazing. And then we're going to make a Sicilian pesto. What is that? Well, you got to tune in. It's a little different, definitely different than a classic Tuscan pesto. So we're going to make these two dishes, combine them. They're going to be absolutely delicious. We will be live, 6 pm Central, thursday night.
Speaker 1:So, if you would like the recipes, so that you can follow along and maybe make these and try these at home, kelly, K-E-L-L-E-Y at gisitaliankitchenbiz B-I-Z. So share with your friends, invite your friends, comment and hope to see you there. It's going to be amazing. Gia's Italian Kitchen live at the Marian Library cooking. Gia Adams, super Italian.
