Richard Smith of Car Donation Services burns some of his hard earned time telling us what the heck happens when somebody donates a car to a charity. He's true car guy and drops some great stories about various donated vehicles over the years, from good to bad to revoltingly ugly. We then pin him down and force him to do PCP, as has become tradition.
