As we continue our discovery of the process of becoming fruitful for God's Kingdom, we looked at the central role suffering plays. We looked at the life of Job, and this time we are talking about Joseph. Like so many others in the Bible, Joseph's life was riddled with trouble and suffering, but God caused all that happened to Joseph to work for his good.
That's the way it is with our lives. We aren't promised a life free of trouble or suffering just because we are Christians. It's quite the opposite, in fact. What we are promised, however, is that God will cause all that suffering to work for our good if we will submit to the process and trust God throughout it all.
