What do we do when we're overwhelmed? Is this the pattern we continually repeat. I know you're saying, but, these things need to be done. There's financial stress, bills and mortgages that need to be paid. Kids that need to be fed. Let alone a house that looks like shit. How much of this have we unconsciously created? Can simply bringing awareness to this sinking ship, lighten the load, perhaps buoy us back to calmer waters, at least for a rest?
