Episode 4 - Clare Balding

For the forth episode of The Inspire Me Podcast, Amelie interviews the sensational broadcaster, Clare Balding. In Clare's earlier years she was a leading amateur jockey, and when she left University she went straight into radio and soon after became the face of BBC Horse Racing output in 1998. Since then Clare has worked at many different sports fixtures including Wimbledon, Six Olympic Games, Five Paralympic Games and Six Winter Olympics  and the Royal Wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Clare has also had her own show which included familiar faces in sport such as Lewis Hamilton, Charlotte Dujardin, Tom Daley, Johanna Konta and José Mourinho. Clare is a successful author and has written plenty of books as well as five children's novels. Her latest book 'Fall off, Get Back On, Keep Going' is incredibly inspirational as it sets out how to be at the top of your game and it also helps children to embrace their mistakes and move on!
