Hello and welcome back everybody. I'm recording this off my phone again because I still don't have my recording set up in my house yet due to I don't know me just not prioritizing it. Honestly, I could have had it done by now but I just haven't. You know, I picked to do other things because you know, I mean, this is just, this is something I'm doing on the side and it's just not number one on my priority list. I know it should be higher up there because it's you know, it's me trying to spread the word and be positive, but it's hard to do that sometimes when there's a lot of things going on.

You know, life doesn't just go at a snail's pace. You know there's always something going on, but tying in with that, the holidays are here, doesn't even seem like it because there's no snow, but with all this Christmas stuff, you know, like presents and Christmas tree, it's just completely opposite of what we should be celebrating and that's Jesus's birth. But you know, of course humans just just go away from God with everything. You know it's we just, I don't know what our problems are. I mean, clearly it's sin, but we just, I guess not everyone but me, not everyone, but speaking for me here right now, like Christmas season. When I think of Christmas, the first thing I think of is like presents. You know, I don't think of Jesus's birth or that stuff, but that's what we should have programmed into our mind. But it's not because all we see is, you know, like the Grinch, that's still Christmas, or trees and presents everywhere and discounts because you can get something better, and it's all just opposite of what it should be. You know like how, how did it end up being like this? You know it's just completely opposite of what it should be.

Speaker 1

I'm probably sounding like the Grinch right now, but I mean it's true. And if you can somehow work Jesus's birth into this season, somehow, you know someone's like, oh, what's, what's the best thing about Christmas? Be like the birth of Jesus. You know, just just bringing up and you know, just make it a common, like a table talk type of thing. You know, just try to make God's life and not God's life, god being in your life a regular conversation. You know like if you have kids, it's a good example for them to see you and hear you talking about it, because then they see it as a normal everyday thing. Instead of Christmas is just about me getting presents, you know, and a Christmas tree and Santa Claus and reindeer, because that is just I don't know.

Speaker 1

Yep, okay, well, that's that's all I have for you today. I hope that you guys enjoyed it. Sorry that I was kind of negative there about some things, but it's true and I don't know it's try to find ways to search God during the holidays, even though it's it's like we're blinded from it. You know it's it's terrible, but I'm sorry for being so negative people. I I really am. But, yeah, I hope that you guys have a good time with family and, yeah, spent a lot of time with family, because that's that's what we really have here in this world. So, okay, thanks for listening. Have a great week. Merry Christmas. I don't think it'll be Christmas by the time you hear the next one, I don't know. Oh, yeah, anyway, have a great week, god bless.
