One year after he suffered a life changing stroke, Sean Flannery popped in to tell us about the journey he has been on, and about one of the most amazing recovery stories you will ever hear.
Well known around Sligo from his Sligo GAA and Sligo Rovers days as well as from his SFX Fitness business, this is a story you don’t want to miss.

My partner Maggie's input was most valued, her support was key from the outset at a very uncertain time and her positive outlook and willing me on just shows the importance of a support network for patient recovery & the indirect impact of a physical trauma on those closest to the person who has taken ill.
