Nancy Baum Delain, Esq. is an intellectual property and business attorney with offices in Schenectady, New York, a city where she has lived for many years. She came later in life to the law, graduating from Franklin Pierce Law Center on the same weekend as her 25th Smith College class reunion was held (she attended the law school graduation). Her intervening career was as a technical writer, for which she holds a master's degree.
