In this "sleepy" episode we are joined by Dr. Kevin McGehrin, a neurologist at the Neuron Clinic, to discuss issues of sleep in people with Parkinson's. Dr. McGehrin looks at some of the causes of trouble sleeping, discusses REM sleep behavior disorder, and talks about some of the things we can do to help facilitate good sleep.
