BALI...the seventh international trek for people with Parkinson's led by nurse practitioner Sherrie Gould. Today is our traditional first training day hike around Lake Poway. This is a short, 3-mile walk on bumpy and rocky terrain and is the first of dozens of training hikes as the team prepares for eight days of 10-mile hikes in June with lots of elevation changes, challenging terrain, and the warm, humid air of Indonesia.
