I reflect on the business side of healthcare, my conversation with a kind nurse named Ednor, and the sobering realization of how fragile life really is. Most of all, I open up about the burnout I didn’t know I was carrying—from overworking, chasing dreams nonstop, and never giving myself room to breathe.
