Emma Symes, our Deputy Director of Nursing, explains all about this strategy. It sets out how we will achieve a sustainable, equitable, knowledgeable and caring service. The strategy has been developed with input from nursing, midwifery and therapy colleagues and it will help us deliver high quality care to our patients – with appropriately skilled and developed staff – as we face the challenges of the future.
