Antenatal classes - what do they involve?

Our classes prepare women, birthing people and partners for the last trimester of pregnancy and beyond. 

They are always up-to-day with policies and NHS guidelines, we help parents to make a birth plan and choose options for labour, pain relief, and how to feed and care for a newborn baby. We provide tips for looking after a newborn and give you the opportunity to ask any questions of concerns and to meet other people who are also expecting a baby.
