Paula Wheatley, divisional director of nursing and unplanned care, talks to us about the nurses from CNS Unplanned Care who won the CARES Award for Safety at our recent Staff Awards. Paula talks about the vital role played by the nurses in unplanned care, the type of support they gave during industrial action by junior doctors and winning the award.
