Working in the health and nutrition space for the last 10 years, as well as having a keen interest in personal challenges, Michael Chapman knew more could be done as a community to drive positive health outcomes.   

With a background in public health initiatives, behaviour change and community engagement, Michael wanted to build on the key pillars of My Health Pledge being individual challenges, community activation and corporate wellbeing.  My Health Pledge's origin was to consolidate health initiatives and reduce barriers to creating healthy, sustainable habits.
