On this episode we have musician Dave Elkins from the band Mae.
 
 We talked about being a single father, how he prioritizes his daughter, how therapy has helped him, how his dad influenced him as a father, life on tour, writing his first album since becoming a father, co-parenting, and touring the album the Everglow now that it’s been out for 20 years. 
 
 I appreciate Dave’s time for a call, and he was extremely eager to talk about how much he cares about being a dad and how much it’s made him reflect and grow as a person.  We jump right into discussing his relationship with his dad and the complexity of it, and I appreciate his vulnerability and honesty.
