Ok this podcast is a little more personal as it is linked to my own growth and my conversation with Unakite on the subject of loneliness. I had been dealing with the frequency of neediness and found a fear of loneliness lay beneath the neediness. When I called upon the spirit of Unakite it really helped me understand that loneliness was in fact a separation of my connection to my own spirit... it was a reflection that my spirit was lonely... anyway have a listen it really helped me..
