I Changed My Mind: Yoga
This episode kicks off a new series, all about various health + wellness topics I've changed my mind on, over the recent years. I'm starting the series with the topic of yoga. This episode dives into the Hindu roots of yoga and assesses how we are to approach the practice of yoga as a Christian. I share how I went from doing yoga on a weekly basis in my early twenties to no longer doing it at all and what realizations and scriptures brought me to that conclusion.
