Kevin chats with Ron about his journey to build his life back up after a major break-up. There are so many factors occurring at the same time that can cause you to spiral downward into a deep, dark hole. You lose your friends, your family, your hobbies, and most importantly your sense of self. As Ron describes, it is only by actively seeking help in combination with the motivation and desire to turn your life around do you find redemption.
