This fall we're revisiting our cultural values as a church; "Christ is our Core," "Mission is our Mandate," "Family is our Foundation," "People are our Priority," and "Generosity is our Gift." Our cultural values are the lived-out expression of Christ in us as followers of Jesus.
In this sermon, Pastor Jeremiah unpacks what our fourth cultural value is all about.
People are our Priority: We believe as followers of Jesus, every Christian is to live their lives’ as a witness to others—of the grace that has been freely given through the atonement that is Jesus Christ’s life, death and resurrection. We want to be a people that welcome others into a community that doesn’t diagnose their shortcomings, but faithfully and transparently loves God and loves people.
