Welcome, listeners. Greetings, greetings. We are recording this from the new Strochane lair, somewhere outside of St. Paul, Minnesota. New faces, new energies, and several old spirits to deal with. But hey, what's new?
SPEAKER_00That's right. That's what happens around here.
SPEAKER_01The Don is as stoic as ever, thank God. Gary can't find any of his favorite books. They're still in boxes. Blaze is safely hiding in Wisconsin. Smart dog. Oh, bright, bright dog, yes. And I am Sandy from Gemological Esoterica. And I am Linda Strochane from Two from Two Dosy Broth from the Mercury Academy. And we are two dozy bras, usually. Last month we spoke about things you can do when leaving your old abode. This month we will be discussing what you can do while moving into your new place. These things don't all have to be done immediately, but do try to do as much as you can as soon as you can. It will make claiming your new space much easier.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so I kind of wanted to start. I don't know what this is actually called. I've never seen it anywhere, but it's something I've done for the last couple of houses. I just kind of call it a spirit of place house. What I do is I will go somewhere and I will get a little replica of a building, a house, a cottage, whatever, something that reminds me of where I'm moving into. Okay. And the what I have now is just a little white house. One of the important things, it doesn't matter what size it is, I prefer to do something that has a little bit more size because that way the energy, you're not constricting yourself. Okay. And then what I the one important thing is you need to be able to open it somehow. Okay. Whether you stick it something down the chimney or open a window or whatever you do, if you want to play Santa Claus, I don't care. So then what I do is I take a brand new sheet of paper. Uh white or red generally would be your best colors, but if you're really married to the color orange, go for it. It doesn't gonna matter. Uh black probably wouldn't be a good idea. No, you should not a good idea anyway. And then go out and buy a brand new red pen. Doesn't matter if it's a flare or a gel pen, whatever it is, but brand new, hasn't been opened, blah, blah, blah. Then what I do is I take a first of all take a separate sheet of paper and I write, what do I want from this new house? What am I looking for? Am I looking for protection? Am I looking for income? Am I looking for everyone in it to be happy? Whatever it is, make sure that, you know, write it on a rough piece of paper first. Make sure your intentions are positive. We don't use any negative, we don't like to use no and not and all of these things. And you can have more than one item. You can take everything you want. My my original one was actually two pages. There you go. And when you are through with your rough piece of paper, open your pen and transfer it to the good pieces of paper. And then either fold it up, roll it up, do whatever you want, and place it inside of your place house, I'll just call it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And put it somewhere where it isn't going to be jostled around or anything like that. Uh I actually have you've been to the house, obviously, I have mine on the upper shelf of the pantry in the corner. And it doesn't matter if there's stuff around it. I mean, if there's cinnamon around it and whatever, you know, your spice rack, it isn't gonna matter. It'll smell good. It'll smell good. And then basically just leave it do its work. But now what I do is after about 10 years, I pull it back out, make sure everything's all nice and dusted and this and that, make sure the mut the door still opens and the windows haven't broken or whatever. And I pull out the intention that I have written. And I look at it because, you know, even if you've written all these positive statements, you know, after about 10 years, things may have changed. They usually do, yeah. Can be health, it can be whatever it, whatever it might be, and again get a brand new piece of paper, whatever color you want, not black, not black, buy a buy a brand new red pen, even if you've sold the other one left. I don't care. Get get yourself a new red pen and go through the whole procedure again. And of course, when you put it together, you always clean and seal it, and you charge yourself and you charge it up to whatever like you always do, healthful living way. Yeah. So that's the one big thing I always do, and it isn't immediately, but generally within about the first month, I will do that. Now, when it comes time to you don't take the old one with you to the new house, you take the piece of paper out or whatever it is, and I generally thank it and burn it, which is what I would have done with the 10-year one too. And I do not keep that house because that was the the place house for that place, and you want something new for the new place. Right. And so it doesn't matter if this is a house, an apartment, a skyscraper, whatever it is. Wouldn't that be nice? I don't think I could I could dust all of that. I'm sorry. So anyway, that is what uh that is what I have for today.
SPEAKER_01So well, that's wonderful. I I am I am going into the dark and murky world of mercury retrograde, which is lurching toward us. Uh by the time you people see this, it'll be at least the toward the end of Jul of uh June. Of June, yes. And so look at what went on for you in June, because that's in in astrology, that is the Mercury retrograde shadow time that gives you previews of coming attractions. So the things you were dealing with in throughout June, you will be having a larger encounter with it throughout the retrograde. Not the fit necessarily the physical actions, but whatever ideas and thoughts and habit changes.
SPEAKER_00So we don't have to go through four more deaths in the family.
SPEAKER_01No, you don't. You you you deal you deal with uh the the other kinds of uh like loss of a loss of something, uh more of an emotional thing. Okay, and and because this is a retrograding cancer, it's uh changing how one deals with certain emotions and certain emotional stimuli. And it's actually a good time. It the problem with it is that it can also be a time where vendetta runs wild and people are are we're trying not to. Exactly. And it's it's very good that uh there there doesn't have to be any. Now, certain people will not get this memo, and they will run around with their little vendetta their little vendetta hat? Yeah, their little vendetta hats and broomsticks and go, ah, why did you say that? You said that, and it was a terrible thing, and you know, just it's usually people running around being upset about absolutely nothing or dredging up something from the year dot and bringing it back up again. Now, this retrograde deals with home, family energies, and whatever in your life needs changing. Okay, and so that's what what it because it's cancer, that's how how do I deal with certain emotions? Okay. Uh, do I usually go, hi, my name is Susie, I'm freaking out. Uh, then you say, Do I really want to keep freaking out? Maybe I want to do something else. But it's it's looking at all of what one has dealt with. Now, the temptation is going to be to either receive or give guilt as part of this. And so do your best to neither give nor receive guilt. Uh, the past is going to be back with teeth when necessary. So, whatever shows up, find some way to deal with it. Okay. So the old ideas, the old habits don't have to get tough. It's the idea of you want you want the energies, the universe, the cycle, whatever it is, to speak to you, not holler at you or chase you with a large club. Uh people, oneself included, can be way too protected, uh, especially with loved ones.
SPEAKER_00Isn't that kind of a cancer thing, though?
SPEAKER_01Oh, it is. Cancer I the cancers are are very home oriented. And so the the changes making adjustments in home are beneficial, but one can go too far and realize that, and one can get way too emotional about stuff and get stuck on uh I must keep this, I must throw that, you know, whatever sort of stuff. Well, you mean the things you've been going through? Yeah, fortunately, I went through the bulk of that early and beat the rush. Now we just deal with the afterglow. Communication with loved ones can get sloppy, gooey, and bitter. Well, that's a cancer thing too. Oh, it is. Because you can make do commit the world's greatest crime to a cancer, and they'll never tell you until sometime when you least expect it. Because cancers will carry out the revenge. Scorpios will talk about it and they'll find a reason not to engage in it. But cancers Unless pushed. Unless pushed. Okay. That's scary. Unless pushed. But cancers, oh, they will find their time and they will do it. With abandoned. With a band and enjoy. Check and double check and oh the bloopers. We will see a lot of them in government and other things. There will be a lot of misspeaking that we will learn a lot from. So listen. Well, misspeaking. Pay attention. Pay attention.
SPEAKER_00Now. But do we have to watch TV? TV is so depressing. The news is so depressing.
SPEAKER_01It's it's very depressing. So listen to music, read books, uh, watch weird crap on TV. Okay. There's nothing wrong with old reruns of the 1966 Batman. I mean, that that is truly a documentary for all times. Now, cancer officially starts, it goes retrograde at 29 degrees of cancer. And it officially uh ends at 16 degrees of cancer on July 23rd. And so look at your chart and see where that is, because that's going to be the house or the area between two houses where you will really be nailed. Okay. Or at least have the most action. But the effects of it are going to be felt until the 1st of August, which is Llamas, which is an ancient Celtic festival of hooray, we got all the planting done, and we get to have a big picnic.
SPEAKER_00Let's get drunk.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Let's steal the beer barrel. Let's steal the beer barrel from the cousins, and that'll become a vendetta for generations. There you go. That's our family.
SPEAKER_00Yes.
SPEAKER_01Uh, with the old home new home thing that you're talking about. In whatever way, if you can do it, standing in it or just at least thinking about it. Thank the old home before you leave, if that's at all possible. And insofar as leaving, clap with intent in order to close the link with the old home in order. Break the time. And you can do if you can't get there physically, you think of it and you thank it, and you thank it for the happy times. And don't don't be so so sodden that you're like, no, it's never happy. Well, you're you you were alive during it. That was at least one thing. You walked out of it, didn't you? You walked out of it. For God's sake. Exactly. And then make sure and give just one solid clap, and that will take care of the link with the old energy. Uh especially if you've done any kind of energy work in the place. Oh, yeah. That means that whoever moves into it is moving into a place that is probably more uh cleaned and emptied than any other place they will have looked.
SPEAKER_00Oh, you mean like this place when you we walked in the first day? Yeah. That had interesting things in here.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah, that it had interesting things and byproducts. But they they they all went. They all went bye-bye and they disappeared. We actually one of them was actually named. Well, yeah, one had a name, but he also had a place to go. Yes, he did.
SPEAKER_00So it was But it was funny because all the old ladies downstairs were telling telling Don he was downstairs waiting for me to come in with stuff, and they were telling him who lived in here before and what his name was. And they said this was his name, and he's dead. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And what a what a what a good advertisement. But of course, Gary and I are moving into a place that is the the youngest people allowed here are 55 years old. So there's there's a lot of that going on. But that is my contribution to the state of things. All right. And so, well, back to unpacking. Crap. Well, you've got one or two things to do yet. Oh, one or two, or 12 or 120. If packing seems seems like a never-ending job, unpacking is even more tedious. Yes, it is. Very tedious. Yes. Uh spell it wrong. Oh, God.
