SPEAKER_01This is Scott with Mentor Me Ministries, mentoring fatherless boys for Jesus Christ. We have a great show for you today, and here is our founder and president Bobby Solomon.
SPEAKER_03Hello, friends. Hello, fatherless boys. This is Bobby Solomon. I'm really glad to be speaking with you today. I pray that you're believers of Jesus as Lord and Savior, as a good master who can help us with all things, as a master who can give us eternal life, a life in paradise. Today Johnny Blue Heart's going to give us a new story. For those of you who don't know Johnny, he's our puppet friend. He's a puppet horse and he talks about peace a lot. As a matter of fact, there's a special Bible verse that Johnny likes to say. Johnny, how are you today?
SPEAKER_02I'm doing fine. I have peace on my heart from Jesus. Hi Francis Hi fatherless boys. Do you have peace on your heart from Jesus?
SPEAKER_03We sure hope they do, Johnny, don't we?
SPEAKER_02Yes, Bobby, sure. Absolutely we want the fatherless boys to have peace. Finally have some peace in their lives. Yes, sir. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_03Johnny, what is that Bible verse that we like to share so much on this radio show?
SPEAKER_02Bobby, it's it's from the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 27.
SPEAKER_03Can you read that for us now, Johnny?
SPEAKER_02Sure, Bobby, absolutely. And this is Jesus speaking. It says, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Fatherless boys, don't be afraid. Have peace in Jesus.
SPEAKER_03Now, Johnny, you're still helping your master on the horse farm that he's building in Hawaii, right? A paradise island.
SPEAKER_02Yes, Bobby, sure, absolutely. I'm still helping him there. I want to tell the story.
SPEAKER_03Okay, Johnny, go ahead and tell the story. Now you call it a farm, right?
SPEAKER_02Uh uh yes, Bobby, sure. Absolutely. Because we grow things there too. Oh, wonderful things like pineapple and papaya and bananas. We love it there. Oh, it's so much fun. My master helps horses. He helps horses that are having a hard time. He rescues them. Oh, and there was this group of horses, uh, and they were like teenagers. Uh my master got them and they were they were going to be killed.
SPEAKER_03No way they were gonna be killed. Why?
SPEAKER_02Uh because Bobby, they were like a gang. Oh, and nobody wanted them. Uh they went around the island and they destroyed things, uh-huh, and they destroyed crops and and and they ran over in in the fields that had the papayas and things. It was awful.
SPEAKER_03Well, what happened?
SPEAKER_02Um uh my master rescued them. Uh-uh. Uh and and the these teenage these teenage horses, uh, these boys, they they just my master saw a lot of potential in them. He thought they could do wonderful things. Uh-huh. And when he brought them to the horse farm, uh, they saw that he was loving. And over time they learned to love him. And they did whatever he said. Uh-huh. And it was so much fun. They didn't destroy things anymore. Uh, and they they helped on the farm with the other horses. It was great. Uh-huh. Bobby, uh, my master gave them a new life on an island paradise.
SPEAKER_03Thank you, Johnny, for that wonderful story. There's a wonderful Bible verse related to this from Luke chapter 23, when the criminal on the cross hanging next to Jesus said that Jesus did nothing wrong, and he asked Jesus this, Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom. And Jesus said to him, Assuredly I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise. That's verse forty two and forty three. Thank you everyone for listening.
