ADHD in women is often misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed. In this episode, we'll discuss a treatment tool - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - that has an immense amount of research supporting its use. I will discuss which questions to ask yourself to start a conversation with your physician, and In addition to reviewing the research, I will share with you the how and why of CBT as an effective tool using specific examples. '
