For most of us, 2025 has been an incredibly challenging year! And my guidance says, we're not through all the tough transitions that will lead to transforming our world back into balance.

So I thought a recap of our journey this year might be helpful. As we continue to move through the chaos and our personal obstacles. Look at this episode as a guide, to find what you need to strengthen your heart as we move into 2026. We explored a lot of things... And there are many tools here that may benefit you.

Happy New Year dear listeners. And may 2026 be a year of unfolding healing for all our world. May it bring us back into balance and lead us into LOVE...

Hello, I’m your host Riverann, and this is Heart Sense. A podcast for aligning, strengthening, and opening our hearts to a frequency of love that heals ourselves and our planet. Thank you for being here.

The music you’re listening to is from two remarkable and gifted violinists, Will Taylor and Tyler Carson. Who I want to thank for sharing it. You can find a link in the show notes to their music.

My apologies for this being my only episode in December this year. But I’ve been playing Santa all month delivering a message than most hear from this mythological character. check That Santa represents the spirit of Christmas. And gifts are meant to be a symbol of love.

I tell children I already know what they want for Christmas, it’s on my list. I want to know what they desire from their hearts. Then I ask them, who needs love in the world? And I instruct them on how we can send it through our thoughts and from our hearts. These can be somewhat deep discussions, depending on the age of the child. And their responses are beautiful and amazing. My goal is not only to bring love and joy to the children I see. But to deliver a message that contradicts the commercialism that Christmas has become in the United States.

It’s New Year’s Eve 2025, and I think for most people, this has been a tough year. So I decided to devote this episode to the journey we’ve shared in Heart Sense these past twelve months. I’d also like to suggest that if you haven’t yet listened to some of those episodes, you might want to go back and check them out. Because I feel they’re important to reinforce our strength for what’s coming as we continue to transition into the light in 2026.

We began with Origami artist, Lou Adams and her wisdom regarding The Feminine Portal. Lou clearly guided us into discovering what the feminine energy offers us on our journey to wholeness. It was a profound interview I feel everyone could benefit from hearing at least once, if not twice.

As Lou said, “Something it gets crazy for awhile. It means the known world is moving out of the way.” Because we are not alone on this journey. We are all part of something greater than ourselves, when we fearlessly allow the love to move through us.

Next we heard from the painter Andrea Smith. Whose mantra is Peace Within Peace on Earth. She spoke about watching and monitoring our thoughts and how they create our realities… Either strengthening our fears or manifesting our highest desires. How listening to our intuition can guide us through the most challenging experiences and lead us to healing results. Andrea survived a brain aneurysm late in life, to returned to her art afterwards.

Then we explored the value of the Authenticity and its power in our lives. This part of us holds the key to our feelings of worthiness. As well as our ability to fully explore and express ourselves. It’s like a golden ray of light that creates a frequency attracting what we need to survive and succeed. Authenticity is one of the most powerful energies we can embrace and it connects us to one another at a soul level.

In recognition of what’s truly valuable to our hearts, we dove into Spiritual Wealth. Acknowledging that desire for over abundance, has led humanity in the wrong direction, by discounting what is really important in our lives. I spoke about wisdom and love being our true spiritual wealth. How money is simply an exchange of energy and not the ultimate gift. But how difficult it sometimes is, to see intangible things carrying us through life, more than what society promotes.

We talked about banking love, compassion, kindness. And how rich we feel when embraced by love…. Verses how poor we feel without it. That spiritual wealth is the sacred heart we bring into this world, allowing us to connect with our higher selves as it acts as an anchor for humanity. How it serves as our strength, and is a tool for living with grace.

Then we visited with violinist and fiddler, Tyler Carson. Who spoke to us about his life journey as a child prodigy. How music became the conduit for accessing the energy he experienced in performance. An energy he eventually refined into an expression of his spirit, meeting the greater spirit… meeting the audience. His stage name, Fiddler on the Rock refers to — the rock of invisible spirit that carries his performances.

Tyler spoke about portals and seasons of his life and a great expansion of the spiritual quality and freedom of his music. He calls it “Living Music… which I see an expansion of the heart. Because it activates the frequencies of joy and love that we all experience.

When music is infectious, we embrace deep connection that’s authentic and meaningful. Tyler called it a white light experience. He defined it as a sudden unveiling of truth… or amazing beauty yet to unveil itself. A catharsis of emotion and spirit that suddenly have balance.

We basically examined what music really is for humanity. Tyler describes it as being, life indicating… Giving us a sense of peace and truth that’s life changing. A moment when we feel the questions we’ve had, suddenly have balance. The beauty and joy of these two episodes will literally fill your heart with joy and hope.

Then we jumped into a conversation with Annette Naber, on her life experiences as a homesteader and her book Seasons of A Wild Life. She spoke about the imbalance we see in humanity’s entitlement over the earth and all its inhabitants. A concept has reinforced by Christianity by doctrines like, “And man shall have dominion over the earth.”

Annette’s book blended scientific research with mythology and her practical experience with homesteading the land in its raw form. The reverence she has for all life around her, is a testimony of love. For what humanity has abandoned represents the imbalance in our world! She made suggestions to expand our awareness, and reconnect with all life on this planet. A important reminder if we are to survive what we have created.

As we continued to explore our spiritual journey this year. We were often provided with a reality check. I see these events as our Wake Up Calls from Mother Earth and the animals. Could it be our consciousness is creating the physical catastrophes we’re experiencing? My guidance and intuition says yes!

These events are imitating the destructive energy humans are inflicting on one another as well as other life forms. If everything is energy, isn’t it possible that our consciousness is behind hurricanes, floods, and the fires consuming our planet? The destruction is similar.

When people engage in toxic attitudes, using force to achieve unstable outcomes. Isn’t it conceivable that our earth is sending wake up calls in the form of natural disasters. They mimic the physical, mental, and emotional attacks we see from humans.

However, if we take notice, our children are reminding us that only when we use the power of our hearts can we activate change. For when the heart is abandoned everyone becomes a victim. It’s a wake call for respect and accountability. One that will release us from the web of fear, and initiate intuitive guidance for creative solutions.

Moving on, we dove into our need for Grounding with the earth to heal ourselves. It’s about connecting with a synchronized energy that supports all life forms on the planet. Disconnecting from technology and returning to nature — calms, soothes and brings us back into balance. It’s also a reminder to explore, communicate, and respond to all life here.

As humanity exercises dominion over everything. We increasingly ignore our interdependence on all species. And the supportive ecosystems that sustain us. Every disconnect from the web of life creates an imbalance with something. In the human body it may show up as lack of mental acuity, emotional instability, limited body awareness, a lack of passion, or an inability to find peace.

Many haven’t noticed the change in thinking, that dismiss the realities before us. Grounding with Mother Earth leads us back to our roots. Without her, humanity is covered in illusions of what sustains us. All because there’s a lack of integration with the natural world — that all other life forms recognize. The only imbalances there are from human interference.

Mother Earth’s heartbeat is love song for humanity. Because it synchs our human DNA to the earth’s twelve dimensional grids. And the planetary acceleration we’re in is calling us to evolve with her. We can’t do this without grounding our electrical energies with hers.

Continuing our journey, we reached a point that we may still be in. Where communication with those of different viewpoints, feels almost impossible. So we re-entered the world of Human Design again to embrace our Human Circuitry.

This circuitry is referred to as three different types of human consciousness — tribal, collective, and individual. And they’re an integrated part of each of us. I like to think of these groups as a soul group carrying out their mission in the evolution of humanity.

Understanding this circuitry was to help us recognize and comprehend more fluidly, that our differences are instinctual. My hope was to dispel some of the harsh judgements each group has for the other. To create more empathy and understanding that might facilitate building… instead of burning bridges. And connecting with one another in our heart space.

When we prioritize connections, we are essentially prioritizing love and compassion. If we refuse, we’re delaying our evolution and adding to the resistance. Separation is not an option for resolving differences, or healing our world. There is no escape hatch, no other option, but to allow love in…

Which brought us to Talk About Love… what it does, where we can find it, and where we would be without it. Love is the most precious and powerful force in our world! The motivating force in life that triumphs over all illusion. It’s the light in the heart that reveals what matters most. And the tenderness we experience, every moment we respond to ourselves, and others with compassion.

Because love is the creative force that births the infinite. Her energy has the power to move us into an embrace with every facet of our lives. She holds us as we move through challenging heartbreaks, intolerance, and the toxic chaos created by fear in human consciousness. Calling us to awaken, recognize and receive the unconditional love we so desperately desire.

Love unveils the raw misconceptions of humanity’s hierarchy and rule over life on this planet. By realigning us with our spiritual vision, power, and purpose, as we journey into wholeness. She’s our deepest desire, and our most loyal advocate that swirls into an intoxicating high. As we dive into the depths of our own hearts.

Love is fueled when we recognize, acknowledge, and appreciate the value of everything around us. And when we see the mysteries of our interconnected worlds as beautiful gifts to explore. When we begin the process of unveiling what we have allowed to separate us, fear no longer controls our lives. So let’s continue to have conversations about Love. Because she cares for us like a mother cares for a child.

Speaking of unconditional love, I was reminded watching humorous reels of dogs that Animals Show Us The Way. They love their bodies and embrace connection with everything they encounter. No judgement, no divisions, only loving recognition. Our domestic animals are assigned to us as guardians for emotional and spiritual growth. And they will quickly give their lives for us if the moment arises. How many humans do you know that would do that for you?

Animals are always grounding to the earth, reminding us to be in the present, and showing us their unconditional love. They live to be of service and experience joy.

Basically they remind us what we need to remember… that our tribe is human, our Source is love, our religion should be oneness. We’re not rescuing them. They’re here rescuing us! If only we had their joyful curiosity, and a loving compassionate heart, that viewed our differences as gifts and competition wasn’t part of our lifestyle. We would restore our role on this planet and live in peace. It’s absolutely important to recognize the role of our animals. Because they show us the path into love.

Finally we talked about Restoring Sacred Balance. Exploring the history of the Divine Feminine. That represents the living energies of compassion, creativity,

wisdom, and receptivity. These energies will open our hearts to heal and balance our world. The planet is calling for great change. And the path is unveiled through the Divine feminine.

As we say goodbye to 2025 and escort in 2026… Go back to any of these episodes that may assist your journey. I sense we’re not through many of our most difficult lessons yet. We have to remain vigilant, focus on our strengths, and refer to our soul’s blueprint and destiny.  But don’t forget to find your joy, and experience the world of loving relationships, because we’re here for that too!

Happy New Year everyone! May 2026 bring healing and balance to our world and lead us back to unconditional love.
