CLIMB. In this episode, I had the opportunity to talk to Erika Seth Davies. Erika is the founder of the REAL (Racial Equity Asset Lab). She is on a mission to shift capital to improve the material conditions of Black people. Ericka walks us through the definition of impact investing, the importance of having diversity in Asset Management and her story teaches us the lesson that just because you are doing something good doesn't mean it's going to be easy.
